Hello...Any help? i cannot be the only person with this problem. My coworker is actually dealing with the same problem!!!!
As an update i uninstalled and reinstalled all ipod updates and Itunes completely. Still only have the folder with exclmation point problem. I have followed all of Apple Ipods websites support tips. no luck..

If anyone can assist with why my Macbook Pro will not pass the first screen, please respond. I have been getting the spinning pinwheel for a few days and cannot lg on now. In recent days I deleted some files and thought that would help the computer move a little faster but now it will not sllow me to access my account. Any suggestions on how to get pass the initial screen?
Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS. -

Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

What service are you trying to access? Safari and Chrome are both supported by the Acrobat online services, so there shouldn't be an issue there. Have you tried clearing the browser cache for each of those browsers? And, is it possible that your computer may have firewall or proxy settings that limit your access to the Internet?
Finally, what happens when you try to sign in to the service from within Reader? Any luck there?

Just got the Iphone 4s in June, now everytime I go to download an app, it will not download. When I go to get updates, the apps will not download. I tried, reinstalling, resyncing, turning the phone off and on, what is happening? How do I fix this?

Stop whining and you're much more likely to get help.
Managing content on the iOS device has not changed in any way with the new version of iTunes.
It is still possible to "drag and drop" content onto the device, my personal opinion is that this is a silly way of managing content.
Simply select the content desired to sync to the device and synce.
IF you really want to "drag and drop" content, then Manually manage content on the device must be select from the summary tab for the device. Then drag and drop content all you desire. This may require having the sidebar displayed. To display the sidebar, type Cntrl + S. -
when I tried to update to the new version of Itunes - message box appears "APSDAEMON.EXE MSVCR80.DLL is missing". Then another box indicates "Error 7 (Windows error 126)". Itunes will not start. Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix?

Welcome to the Support Communities! When did you purchase your Mac? The first thing I would suggest is to review the information in the resource below for the Up-To-Date Program for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
Once Yosemite is installed, you should have the option to Accept the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps in the Mac App Store Purchases pane.

When I charge my I pad I just get the apple sign and not a charge. After hours of charging sometimes I might get a slight red battery but then it returns back to the apple sign. I am using the correct battery.

That doesn't sound good at all.
Since the Reset didn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.
