See the RenderPDFForm's Input > PDF Form Render Options properties. The Character Set and Locale properties probably need to be set. I don't see Arabaic as a supported locale though....

From When Adobe CS3, CS4, Cs5, CS5.5 and CS6 will loose activation support like cs and cs2

Nobody can tell you that. CS2 activation was turned off because of bugs in the software that made it too difficult to maintain. so far no such thing has been the case with the otehr versions. Either way, if and when that time comes surely Adobe will let you know and provide a solution...

  • Will Adobe flex support Arabic language on Mac OS

    Hi,
We have developed a webapplication using Adobe Flex SDK 3.2. the content in the application is in arabic language. Unfortunately the arabic language is unreadable if viewed on Mac Os. but the same arabic language/text is perfect and accurate if viewed in Windows OS. kindly help us in finding a solution.
What we need is the arabic text should be accurate and readable if viewed in Mac OS.
    Thankyou
    regards
    sandeep

The legacy TextField class in Flash Player -- which is the basis for all text display in Flex 3 components -- does not properly support right-to-left or bidirectional languages such as Arabic. However, the newer Flash Text Engine (FTE) APIs in Player 10, and the Text Layout Framework (TLF) library that is built on top of FTE, support bidirectional text.
If you use Flex 3.X you will have to write directly to the FTE or TLF APIs. If you use Flex 4.X, you can just use the Spark component set, which use FTE/TLF for text display. The MX components in Flex 4 still use TextField by default but can be configured to use FTE/TLF.

MS Word for OS X has never supported Arabic (or Hebrew or any Indic langauge).  I think it is in fact the only word processor in the universe which cannot do Arabic on a Mac.   Common sense should tell you that the place to complain about that is Microsoft, not Apple.
OS X does have full Arabic support.  The best word processor to use is Mellel, but TextEdit, Nisus Writer, and OpenOffice should also work OK.  Plus of course Mail, Safari, etc.  iWork apps have bugs.

i hope one day apple will create iwork with full arabic support people these days in meddil east the are using apple but the problem the arabic please

    > I hope one day Apple will create iWork with full Arabic support
Solving the problem is systemic: it involves the UCS/SFNT font model of the TrueType Specification that maps input characters to output glyphs, it involves mapping of layout rendering order to logical reading order in SGML-compatible DTD Document Type Definitions, and it involves modernised page description programming models.
Mac OS was the first system software to support Arabic in 1992. Apple's approach has the composition logic in the font file (like the successful ICC approach has the separation logic in the profile file). Microsoft's later approach has the layout logic in the application software, or in a system level layout shaper.
PostScript has no concept of Unicode page text, nor of the SFNT Spline Font file format required for complex rendering in Apple and Microsoft system software. PDF 1.5 and higher is able to embed the CMAP Character Map for simple TrueType shaping, if PostScript is not intermediate.
PDF 1.6 and higher is able to embed Microsoft extension tables (GPOS and GSUB) for reshaping, if PostScript is not intermediate. No version of the PDF Reference Manual has a specification for embedding Apple's extensions to the TrueType Specification. ISO 19005 PDF/A-1:2005 was not satisfactory for several reasons.
ISO 19005 PDF/A-2:2011 includes embedding of Unicode character information. This ISO upgrade is intended to compete with ECMA 388 Open XPS which Microsoft advertises has the ability to embed Unicode character information and SFNT Spline Font file format glyph runs (which is what produces WYSIWYS What You See Is What You Search for reshaping and reordering in complex line layout).
The root of all these problems is that the printing industry has rejected any and all page description programming models that solve the shortcomings in PostScript, since RIPs still process PDF by converting down to PostScript, so the RIPs that feed the printing presses become the real obstacle. The pressure to solve this problem somehow is big, but so is the problem.

They know, they do not talk to users generally, and the question is are they going to do something about Right to Left text. We await their pleasure.
    Meanwhile use Mellel.

  • How can i make my photoshop support arabic language

How can i make my photoshop support arabic language?

You can swtich your Mac to view in Arabic by going to the Language & Text system preferences and then dragging Arabic to the top of the list. If Arabic is not in the list, then click the "Edit List..." button to enable it.
This will make any program that is localized to Arabic appear in Arabic.
Next, go to the Region section of these preferences and choose the one that best suits your needs. If you click the Show all regions checkbox then you will have options in this menu to view all Arabic regions as a submenu.
Finally, go to the Input Sources section, where you can check various Arabic keyboard layouts to enable them. Then check the "Show Input menu in menu bar" option at the bottom of the window, which will place a small menu extra to the right of your system menu bar at the top of your screen.
In this menu, you can select the enabled Arabic layouts, to use them if and when needed.

  • How did you know your idevice will be activation lock ?

I bought used iPad mini (only the body) at present it's work well I could use my Apple ID, buy some apps and update the FW via OTA. I heard from amny person If I restore and maybe it could not work unless I do not know the username and password of the previous owener (Activation Locked). My iPad mini will be a piece of junk only.
My question is how did I know my current iPad mini will be Activation Locked if I do the restore ? Do we have the method to check ?

And how should I know my device was enabled the Find my Phone already ?
The way to know would be to look in the iCloud settings to see if Find My iPhone is set. If you can't set into those settings, then it's highly probable that it's set and hence Activation Lock will be in effect.
Because If the previous was never enable it, it should be ok from Activation lock right ?
If you are certain that the previous owner never set up Find My iPad, then Activation Lock would not be a concern.
    Regards.

Methinks you should be posting to the server forum.

  • What will iOS5 features will not be supported on a 3GS?

Everytime a new iOS comes out, the feature set that is supported on the iPhone 3GS gets watered down and watered down.  Yeah yeah yeah, I know I need to update my hardware, but it just isn't in the budget this month.
Other than some of the more obvious things, like Siri and mirroring, what features in iOS5 will not be supported on the iPhone 3GS hardware?  I thought someone would put out a list, but there is nothing in the wild yet.

it doesn't support Arabic well, and some time it remove some letters from the pargraph !!

I actually published an interactive Arabic textbook with iBooks Author - there were a lot of annoying formatting bugs, and more of it was in english than Arabic, as it was for beginners. I submitted it to see how much interest there was for doing more in Arabic, but I haven't had much demand so far.
