There is something wrong with the card I have on the App Store I've tried everything so if I reset my phone it'd b like starting over right

No, resetting yoru iPhone by holding down the home and sleep buttons, waiting for the Apple logo, then letting go of the buttons will not delete anything.
Can you tell us what happens when you try to update your apps?

If Wi-Fi is greyed out, it is not possible to backup to iCloud.
If the device is backed up to iTunes and contacts, calendars, notes, etc are synced to a supported application or cloud service, and media and pictures are on the computer, then a restore will not cause any data to be lost.

This is not very iTunes Public Site Manager related... but I was in the same situation as you a little while ago.
1 - Sync/back up your old 3gs.
2 - Activatie your new phone when connected to itunes via cable and it will ask you if you want to restore our old phone.
3 - ???

might also work with icloud but i have not tried that method.

What do you mean by resetting? Restarting the computer? If you saved your work before doing so then no.
Now, if you are, for example, say currently working on a Pages document and hold the power button down to force the computer to turn off, then yes you will lose the work you were doing in that Pages document if you hadn't save it first.

Will resetting my DRM erase my iTunes Library?

Okay, this is kind of a long story, I will try to make it short.
There is an online music store that specializes in video game soundtracks. Their song files can only be played with Windows Media player after download, but they do encourage burning the songs to CD and downloading them to iTunes. They are also having trouble getting Windows Media Player 11 tp recognize their license.
I bought soundtracks, I have Media Player 11, it does not recognize the licenses so it will not let me burn the songs to CD so I can put on my iTunes. The company support group suggested I use Napsters DRM Reset program to reset the licences, but the program warns doing with will erase all my music licences and I will need to contact the non-Napster vendors I bought the music from to get the license renewed.
My question is this. The only songs I have on Windows Media player are these soundtracks. The rest of my library is iTunes. Will running this program affect my iTunes library/song license in anyway?

From your description, the DRM on those tracks is probably "Plays For Sure," which is licensed by Microsoft and is usable in WMP. It has nothing at all to do with the DRM on iTunes purchased tracks, which is known as "Fair Play" and is exclusive to Apple. Modifying one will have no effect on the other.

My phone erased everything

I updated my phone using the desktop manager software and usually, when I plug it in, it updates automatically...This time it didn't and when I put the phone back on, everything had been erased.
I plugged it back into the computer and restored some information from a much earlier backup but things like my documents to go, games and phone language settings, didn't come back.
Is there a way to get these back ??

Will resetting time capsule erase my backups?

I can no longer so backups on my time capsule. If I reset it will I lose my backups on it?

Thanks for your efforts. Let me add, I mentioned the dates only because I don't know it Apple came out with an update which may have contributed about that date.
But here is something else that may be much more important. Messing around one night with my MacBook Pro and trying to make it so I could share files back and forth with my wife's MacBook Pro, I went into the permissions settings on my root directory and changed them. It made my system unuseable at the time and I had to reinstall my Operating System, Snow Lepord. After that install is when I found out I could no longer back up to my Time Capsule.
Seeing my wife's MacBook Pro gets the same message as mine, could it be that somehow it changed things on my Time Capsule? What's odd is I have full access to the Time Capsule over the network, just can't use the Time Machine.

If you have activated Find my iPad on the device, you can wipe your iPad remotely. To do it, your iPad must be connected to Internet.
To wipe your device, open http://www.icloud.com, log on with your Apple ID and choose Find my iPhone. Then, choose the device and wipe it, so it will be wiped when it's connected to Internet. If you haven't activated Find my iPad, you can't erase your iPad. Note that you won't be able to track your device anymore if you wipe it in Find my iPad

"Came across"? Is this legal copy? Terms of use on this board specifically prohibit promoting illegal use of software.
In addition, if it is an install disc that shipped with some other machine--as opposed to an off-the-shelf package--then it is a bad idea to try to install it on your G5. Discs that ship with hardware have machine-specific installations, and will not work and play well on incompatible hardware.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Okay, so I got Apple to restore my whole Mac operating system, and it obviously reset all my settings and computer to factory settings. As I now have an iPhone 5 and wanting to backup my iPhone 4, I can't do this as my Mac does not have any recorded backup's from before as they were deleted in the restoration. So i want to plug my iPhone 4 in to back it up. The main question is if I plug my iPhone 4 in, will it erase everything? and if so, how do i prevent this from happening as I have very important data on my iPhone 4 i can't lose.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
