This is the only app in the App. store titled Siri. Is this the one you're talking about? If so, it has no resemblence to the Siri app on the iPhone. Sorry it copied over here in such a small font.

Bluetooth recently will not work with my iPad 2 or with iPhone4

Bluetooth on my iPad2 and iPhone4 worked fine until recently. The only change is operating system upgrade so must be some problems with the upgrade. apple is really dropping the ball with their operating system upgrades. The operating system upgrades create more new problems ratther than correct prior probrlems.

I got a ipad mini for christmas and because the lightening cable and 5W charger don't reach because i have only got one socket accesible in my living room i was thinking about buying the 10W Charger from Western Computers in Cheltnam, Gloucestershire And I Have a few questions about it because it does not tell me on the website which devices it is compatible with my following questions are
Will It work with my ipad mini?
Will it charge my iPad Mini Quicker?
Will it be compatible with the lightening cable my ipad comes with or will i have to get a adapter of some sort?

The 10W charger will work on all of Apple's iDevices. It will charge your Mini faster.
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

Are you using the Sky Go app to try and watch it ? If so are you logged in with your Sky account ?
If you are using the app then you could try closing the app completely and see if it works when you re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Sky Go 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Sky Go app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
