WILL SOMEONE HELP ME

Verizon wireless was a great company for years.  The last few years I have had them however have been horrible.   I have unexplained charges on my bill constantly. I was harassed by a worker at your call center.  Complained and was ignored.  Had to spend several hours on the phone to dispute charges on a S4 handset that stopped working less than a week after I got it.  Went through 7 HTC Rezounds in under 2 years.  I will say I was never hassled on replacement of those though,  it was almost like they knew the phone was junk.  I have had to call customer service atleast 30 times in 2013 compared to less than 5 times in the first few years.  I feel like every month I have to check my bill to see what kind of charges they will try to slip through next.  I love the network, love my phone, hate the customer service.  My bill went from being the same every month to being all over the map.  I pay over a $100 a month, I dont want constant problems and I surely dont want to waste my time by repeatedly calling customer service to fix there own mistakes.  I really have been turned away from Verizon in the last 6 months, I thought it was great that I had to sit outside my fathers hospital room on the phone for 2 hours debating with a customer service rep about money I didn't even owe in the first place.  Sincerely yours a DISPLEASED customer.......As I am currently on hold with customer service.....lol.

Well you did not really say what problem you are having other than with customer service. Billing is what you have referred to in the post.
T-Mobile has a new plan where they will pay off your early termination fee for you and you must trade in your device and buy another on their service at full price but over 24 months on the EIP plan. The plan is $50 unlimited talk & text, $20 more for unlimited data, then you pay $20 per month on the new cell phone.   • Will someone help me open a cisco swf file

    I am trying to open a cisco swf file on my xp computer.I initially downloaded "IrFanView" which was a program internet explorer told me to download so I could open it. I downloaded the aforementioned program and when I try to open the file I get on the bottom of screen "unidentified error" then a popup box that sais "Internet Explorer can't open this file". Then I try to open it with Google Chrome and I don't get the popup but still the "unidentified error" at the bottom of the screen. I have heard that adobe flash will open it but here is the tricky part. In my add/remove programs it shows I have adobe flash 11 active x. However, when I right click on the file and click on "open with" the only adobe product that shows is Adobe Reader.I'm thinking if I could get the path to adobe flash then I might have the answer. Is my thinking along the right path or not. Lastly, can someone help me find the path to adobe flash 11 or help me to open this swf file.

    Call 1-800-apl-care. Get a case number started and get them to send a box to send it back to them. Mine had problems Summer '06 and they sent box, I shipped and got it back in 4 days and have had no problems since. The longer you wait, the more upset you will get with it.
    Call them now, either they will fix or replace it.
    If you got it at a store, go to it and pleasently ask them if after they determine what is wrong, if they could possibly replace it. You will have to have someone at the Genius Bar diagnose it first, before they will swap it for you. You might want to go to www.apple.com/retail/"yourstoresname" and set up an appointment at the genius bar.

    My question is: Do I need to re-install Snow Leopard?
    Here is what happened: 
    I downloaded a program "Monolingual" to remove other languages (mine is English) which I began removing and discovered I should have un-checke "Enlgish - United States" but had only un-checked English so I cancelled the "Remove" after it had run for a period of time.  I received the message that some files had not been erased.
    A tab at the top showed I could removed unused "Architectures" so I began removing PC powe-point architectures etc - and begarn removing them when I suddenly remember some programs I use have that achitecture and stopped the program.
    To be able to use those programs, and I am not sure how far the removal program had progressed,
    Do I need to re-install Snow Leopard.
    I would appreciate your help.

    If you have a full backup (clone or Time Machine) restore from that. It's always a good idea to have some form of reliable backup. Otherwise, yes I would reinstall (not erase and install) Snow. Just choose the install option. This will give you new system files while preserving your user and network settings as well as all apps. When finished, update to 10.6.8 using the Combo Update.

    Monolingual is very bad news and it will hardly save you any disk space.
    PPC means PowerPC, not powerpoint.

    That's what happened to me too after I upgraded to firefox 4 and it wouldn't connect to my internet. Now I'm stuck with Internet Explorer with none of my important personal information like my favorites.

    I've got the same issue and it affects all my adobe software.  You are not alone as I have seen several postings looking for the answer to this help request.

    Hello. I would really appreciate anyone's help.  I just updated my I Phone.  I am not a tech savvy person, although I am a writer.  So, please understand. I just got an I Cloud account.     iPhone 3G is Old technology. When it was launched it had iOS 2.0. Currently, the highest it can go is iOS 4.2.1 and therefore can not handle many newer applications. As you have recorded, it is giving good service for which it has been designed.
    Needless to say, if you want to use applications as stated, you must have at least 3GS, whose current is iOS 6.1.2. On the lighter side; Rather than updating iOS they are asking you to update iPhone (Technology). Cheers

    As stated above - I am having a really big problem with the iTunes 10.6 installer.
    First tells me 2 DLL files are missing and then that a program needed for the install isn't there.
    I never had a problem withiTunes last year when I had an iPad.
    I deleted the iTunes from then because I found the iPad to heavy - I have very severe arthritis
    in my wrists. I might as well send my iPhone back to the retailer I got it from if this issue can't be solved.
    I'm using Windows XP Pro with SP3 so it should work.
    Please can someone help?

    Perhaps Bob will see this thread, he is the professor in these cases.
    You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
    All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
    Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
    Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
    All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
    Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
    I want to test 2 other things:
    1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
    2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.
