Will someone please help me with this Samsung Intensity III??
I have had this Intensity III for 3 days now. I stay completely confused EVERY time I open the menu. Somehow I was in "Phone Settings" & accidentally chose "NAM Select". I don't have any idea what "NAM" even means!! When I tried to exit that place "Auto NAM Select". The only option was "OK", which made to phone automatically turn off showing "Reset". I am not sure what the original settings were, so I don't know if I even changed anything. Each "NAM" option have different choices. I am SO confused!!! Any help would be SUPER appreciated!! Someone please help me with this sync problem
Ok here we go. I have had my laptop for a little over two years. Ever since i got my iphone 4 last summer it has been such a pain. I have backed up my phone and synced it multiple times on my computer. Every so often though i plug my iphone into the computer and it recognizes it in itunes but asks me to either set as new iphone or restore from back up. I have tried to restore from back up and it says that the back up has failed even though there is obviously a back up on the computer. I have set as new and it works fine for a day or two and then i got to resync and same problem. I have completly unistalled itunes and all its files and redownloaded it and it worked for a week or so and then same problem. I have also had my computer reset to factory settings (for an unrelated issue) and it worked the first time but then stopped working. I have tried everything i can imagine and am at the end of my rope with this phone. im so ready to call it quits and get something different cause this is so frustrating.

If it is a disk drive eject it first using the Eject icon in the System Tray. To plug the iPhone into a USB port directly on the computer insert the USB end of the sync cable into a USB port on the computer.

Can someone please help me with this. Loading problems and error codes.
I have several problems with itunes on my PC. I use 2 PC's and Iphone for work and I have an IPod nano. For about a week I have been having several problems with Itunes. The first problem is I cannot access the store, I get the loading screen and that is it. This screen lasts forever, nothing ever happens it just loads, and loads, and loads. . . .
I try to sign in thinking that will help the loading issue and I get error message saying "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-50)." This happens on both computers. I also cannot download from my iphone, I get the same error message. Running diagnostics does nothing, itunes says everything is in working order. Uninstalling and reinstalling also does nothing. I have had itunes for years now and up until about 10 days ago had no problems. My itunes is not behind a firewall on either computer. I'm saying all of this because I would prefer not to get obvious answers or links that do not help me. Please someone has to know how to fix this.Welcome to discussions! I've tried everywhere, even technical support but this has been a nightmare. Technical support have been driving me in circles and not getting anywhere.
I purchased an ebook from amazon.com back in 2004. This was fine but in 2008 I brought a new PC as my old one died out. Now I had backed everything up on CD, loaded it back on new PC.
Back then, i don't think this Adobe Digital editions existed, anyhow I can't open the ebook now. Firstly, let me say this, I have already contacted Amazon, they are of no help as they no longer do ebooks and no longer provide support on ebooks. I was told to speak to publisher, publisher said its none of their business as I never purchased it off them and told me to go back to amazon. Technical support are running me in circles telling me to install, reinstall Adobe none of which works.
My question is I have purchased an ebook, why should I not be able to use it?
One point however, I did use a different email address when i purchased the ebook however when contacted customer services that adobe ID no longer exists on their database and the email address I use for adobe digital editions is a different one as I cant use the old one as there is no password for it now.

Someone please help me with this Mac mail nightmare!!!
somewhere between 10.2 and 10.3 my mail settings became all wild and out of control. What I'm talking about is this. When I open my Mac in the morning, or anytime I go online I must first clear out all mail in my .Mac mail account first before proceeding to Mac mail. If I don't delete all mail in .Mac's mail account first, and then open Mac mail, it will freeze up on me immeadiately. Even if I'm using mail and more mail comes into .Mac mail account from the Internet....it will freeze up too. This has become very tiresome!
So, everytime I want to send an email from Mac mail, I must first go .Mac mail account and delete all mail .
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, do you have a solution?

Please help me with my Samsung Intensity 2!
I have been having this issue for awhile now and it's seriously starting to frustrate me. For some reason, after awhile when I have my boyfriend's cell number {or any number HE is using for that matter}, his number glitches and he is in my contacts twice for some reason. When I go to delete it, it still shows he is in my contacts. The only way I have found to make this issue better, is to hard reset my phone, which I have done about 4 or 5 times {I have had my phone for almost 2 years now}.
Now, the issue I am frustrated about, is when I have had to hard reset my phone, all the games I have downloaded are in the "Browse & Download" section. All my games are there, but when I go to click on one of them and press restore, nothing happens. I have no idea what else to do. Someone help me, PLEASE! I am 9 games that need to be restored!Contacts on my phone will be duplicated if I manually add a contact and then later sync my contacts with my Gmail account. My device allows me to merge the two contacts. Your device may not allow for merging. Check to see if your device is syncing with a database such as Gmail or Hotmail.

First of all, I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sometimes, I use a VPN to search on the web here. I purchased Toy Story 3 on my MacBook Pro 2011 OS/X - Lion through iTunes. I initially had trouble downloading it which may be due to being on and off the VPN but after a while it finally downloaded and shows up in my iTunes library on my MacBook.
Under my Apple ID account (which is the only Apple ID account I have), I look under purchase history and it shows that I paid for Toy Story which is where I got my Order # from. But if you go to the iTunes Store then to the Quick Links then click on Purchased, under all my Movies, it does NOT show Toy Story 3 as one of my movies.
Now when I go to my iPad (3rd gen.), Toy Story 3 does not show up under purchased movies (all or not on my iPad). It does not show up on my Apple TV as well. If I want to have Toy Story 3 on my iPad or Apple TV, then it says I have to purchase it again.
I have searched for help via Apple support communities but so far none of their solutions have worked for me. I have tried logging off iTunes & App Store on iPad and also shutting down the iPad. I also made sure that under iTunes Preferences>Store that iTunes in the Clouds purchases is checked. Can someone please help me with this? Your consideration is greatly appreciated. I understand the logic behind this that we first need to group together all the locations and then the users belonging to one country and then find the average of their posts.

I have a red vertical line on the right side of my screen and it will not go away tried restarting my computer and that didn't help at all, please help me with this problem it is kind of annoying
If it's a thin 1 pixel wide vertical line it's highly likely it could be caused by a defective LCD.
One quick basic way to check is to note the position of the line. Then go to System Preferences, Displays, and lower the resolution. If ther line moves it's on the video and the logic board or video card if fitted is likely to be defective. If the line stays in the same position it's likely to be an LCD fault. Either way to have it repaired you'll need to visit an Apple store or AASP.
The worst offender for this problem is the Late 2006 17" iMac. FOC replacement of the LCD used to be covered by a quality program, but it's now ended.

The method createScreen() creates the first screen wherein the user makes a selection if he wants all the data ,in a range or single data.The problem comes in when the user makes a selection of single.that then displays the singleScreen() method.Then the user has to input a key data like date or invoice no on the basis of which all the information for that set of data is selected.Now if the user inputs a wrong key that does not exist for the first time the program says invalid entry of data,after u click ok on the option pane it prompts him to enter the data again.But since then whenever the user inputs wrong data the program says wrong data but after displaying the singlescreen again does not wait for input from the user it again flashes the option pane with the invalid entry message.and this goes on doubling everytime the user inputs wrong data.the second wrong entry of data flashes the error message twice,the third wrong entry flashes the option pane message 4 times and so on.What actually happens is it does not wait at the singlescreen() for user to input data ,it straight goes into displaying the JOptionPane message for wrong data entry so we have to click the optiion pane twice,four times and so on.

I am going to do my best to sum up what is going on right now.
So a few months ago, my uncle passed away, and I now have his laptop. Even though he bought it in March 2011, he never used it, so it was practically brand new when I got it.
Long story short, everything was fine up until about a week ago. That is when I noticed something was wrong, but didn't know what.
Well I ended up just resetting it to factory settings. ()
At first I thought that after resetting it, everything would be fine, but I've had to do that with my old Dell Laptop.
Well, everything is not fine.
Now I just keep getting the same message pop up on my screen every so often, telling me I have to "start the backup process"
But I did that already, and it keeps popping up.
But there is no pop up about a disk failure, or how to fix it.
So, I'm really, really hoping that someone can help me with this!!
I uploaded a screen shot of the pop up, so you know exactly what I see.

wtf.PNG 68 KBIt seems the hard disk is failing. The notice about backing up doesn't mean that the backup process will fix it. The computer has detected the hard disk is failing and needs replacing. It's suggesting you back up your data so that you can replace the hard drive. You could take it to a service center or try replacing the hard disk yourself. Replacing the HDD isn't usually too terribly difficult if you're comfortable. Somewhere on the bottom will be a door that can be removed to give you access to the drive. Sometimes there's a metal caddy on the drive, and sometimes there isn't it. If there isn't, you simply swap in the new drive. If there is, you'll need to remove the caddy and put it on the new drive. You'll want to ensure you have recovery discs though. You can use the Toshiba Recovery Media Creator (sometimes called Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator) to create back ups. Then you replace the hard drive, put the disc in, and start the recovery process.
