Will there be a siri update for ipod touch??

I was wondering if there would be a siri update for ipod touch in the near future.

Doesnt have the proccessor to run Siri, even i do wish they made a special version for siri to run on this proccessor thou but they have probably already tried it but funky errors or whatevr and they will get complaints for it so they will just drop the subject for the iPod Touch 4G to have siri.

so thats y they created the iPhone 4S, it does the same basic things with the iphone 4 but iphone 4s with specail new features for the camera and having siri built to it, plus watevr they added it to it that the iphone 4 cant handle it.

I recently got a iPod touch so I could access the internet anywhere on OSU's Campus. For some reason I cannot connect because none of the passwords I have seem to work. I was told that I needed a 802.1x WiFi update for the iPod Touch. Where can I get this, if it is available? I really need some way of getting the internet to work.

No, such an update is not currently available. Whether it ever will be is impossible for anyone but Apple to say and they generally don't announce such things ahead of time. I'm sorry that the Touch isn't doing what you want but it sounds as if you may really need a laptop, not a digital media player.

No. You have to do it on the device.
However, you do not need any app on the iPod. All yu needed to do was to go to Settings>iClould and turn on FIndMyiPod.If wifi is on and connect go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. You can also wipe it and have it play a sound. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

I was synching my new iPhone 5 to my Macbook Pro when I accidentally restored it to my old iPod touch instead of starting new at the welcome screen. Is there a way to undo the restore to get it back to the iPhone 5 format instead of the iPod touch one? I've already managed to get my contacts back but can't figure out how to undo back to the iPhone 5 "factory settings" without getting rid of the couple of purchased apps etc. Feeling like SUCH a newbie! Yes, restoring deletes everthing on the iPhone. You will then have to resync the apps from iTunes on your computer, or re-download them from the iTunes Store:

Whenever I restore or update all of my iOS devices (iPad 1, iPod touch 4, and an iPhone 4s), I get error 3194. I don't on another computer.

In the past, I have restored and updated my devices without a glitch/bug. However, recently, after the release of iOS 6, after upgrading my iPod touch and iPhone 4S, I started getting these errors. I thought it was iTunes, so I followed this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925, but it did not help. Then I tried restoring my iPod on another computer and encountered no problems. So I tried restoring my iPod touch directly after restoring it on my original computer. I still got error 3194 ( and other errors that I have since forgotten).
I am on Windows 7 pro, 64 bit.

Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

Album Art not synching, I have 1 iphone 4s, 1 ipad G4, 2 ipod touch G4 and 1 ipod touch G3

Hi, I have all the aforementioned devices listed, all with the latest ios version availabe for the device and allways have the latest version of itunes installed.
when sysnching if the album art is provided by apple, then it will synch, but if is manually added it, some time it will be transferred and some time not, do not have idea of what can be the problem. Please help. BTW and the album art that is/not transferred is differen in each device some time some song will get it on the ipod, some times it will not to go to the iphone and so on.

The update applied to the device is the update that the device qualifies for. In your case, all of the devices you listed qualify for the now current (Dec 17, 2014) iOS 8.1.2. If you update any of the devices you listed, they will be updated to iOS 8.1.2. You cannot install an intermediate iOS version (for example, iOS 7.1.2). Even if you had the .ipsw file (iPod Software Update) for your particular device with the version you wanted to update to, the update would fail as Apple checks the device along with what iOS version it's qualified for at the time of the update. If the iOS version you are trying to update the device to is older than what is current for your device, the update will not proceed.
You can always choose to stay at your current iOS version on your devices and they will run/work just as before. However, if you want to run more recent apps that require iOS 7.x - iOS 8.x, you will need to update the device to iOS 8.x

I think you didn't understand. I meant the size that takes from the flash memory. I hava an iPod Touch 5G and the app was 1.4GB the day that was release.
