Will there be a Oracle XE 11g version?

This is an easy question, right?

You have to Check in the ORACLE.com for more information or headlines of oracle for further information.

  • Oracle Database 11g version 11.1.0.6.0 can be installed on windows 7

    Hi,
    I would like to ask if Oracle Database 11g version 11.1.0.6.0 can be installed on windows 7 32-bit.
    if it could please how?

    Welcome to the forums !
    Officially, Oracle has not certified any database software for Windows 7 as of today.
    That does not prevent folks from trying to install :-) see Oracle 11g on Windows 7 as an example.
    Use the search feature to find other threads.
    Pl note that if you run into issues, you are on your own.

  • When will there be a 64-bit Linux version?

    After fillinging out a long fill-in procedure to apply for a US passport, I found that the Linux program Okular could not finish.
    I had to use a 32-bit Linux program that had Adobe Reader available, since there is no 64-bit generic version of Reader,
    and PCLinuxOS-64 does not have any provision for running the 32-bit version.. I do not want to use the two or three
    Linux-64 distros that permit that 32-bit use, since they have many other ideosyncracies which I deplore.

    I'm sorry "Test Screen Name", but could you please point to any more definitive announcements that there will be no more development of Linux versions of Adobe Reader?  Thanks.

  • Will there be an iPhone/iPod Touch version of Illustrator Draw?

    Yes, we are hard at work on a version of Draw that supports iPhone and iPod Touch.

    will there be a new ipod touch coming
    It's almost certain there will be an new iPod touch coming. I doubt very much that they have stopped developing and discontinued the iPod touch with the existing models.
    The question is "when?", and no-one outside Apple knows that.
    Thinking of buying an ipod touch but not too sure if it is worth the wait for a newer model.
    Does the current model do everything you want? Is it at a price you think reasonable? If so, buy it.
    If not, wait for a model that does do what you want at a price you like.

  • Will Oracle Portal 11g ever be released ?

    Hi all,
    We are just to choose Portal product from Oracle. earlier this year I read SOD about Oracle Portal 11g.
    But with the WebLogic stack now, I read that OAS will never be 11g, what about Oracle Portal ? is it the same fate ?
    Will it be any Oracle Portal 11g ?
    What is Oracle direction for Portal ?
    Thank you very much,
    xtanto

    Oracle Portal is on a Continue & Converge track product which means that for the next 9 years (starting from this last summer) these will be supported, the new versions will be released, and the new features, patches and updates will be provided.
    this means there will be another version of Portal (and not a PatchSet) releasing soon.
    however, the strategic product for Enterprise 2.0 and Portals which goes beyond 9 years of support and advancement, is Oracle WebCenter which is already available.
    please listen to the podcasts or several statements of directions showing Oracle Product Strategy here.
    This idea was also emphasized repeatedly in my several private conversations with Oracle Support and Product Management staff.

  • Are there any Oracle OLAP ODI Knowledge Modules for Oracle Olap 11g ?

    Hi guys, wasnt sure where to post this so I put it here and the ODI forum
    Does anybody know when Oracle OLAP Knowledge Modules, will be available for Oracle Olap 11g. It appears that the knowledge modules released with Oracle Data Integrator 10.1.3.5, currently only work with Oracle Olap 10g...
    If there is no timeline, does anybody know of work around to get ODI reverses working on Analytical Workspaces built in Oracle Olap 11g
    Thank you
    Richard

    Raise a service request with Oracle Support (Metalink) for your system slow issue. May be, they will recommend you the workarounds for the issues which are not yet available for 11g in the form of Patches.

  • Will there be an iPod Touch version of iPhoto

    Hello,
    I was just wondering. Will there be an iPod Touch (4G) version of iPhoto for iOS? Because that would be awesome

    It is an app from the Mac App Store that slows corporations and other large groups to set up large amounts of devices exactly the same very easily. Or if preferred, allows them to set up different configurations and mirror different devices to different configurations.

  • Oracle UCM 11G missing Web Form Editor

    Hello All,
    Oracle 10G UCM provided a WebForm Editor. After installation of newer version Oracle UCM 11G we found the feature is missing.
    Is there a substitute provided by Oracle in 11G version for the same?
    We need to provide functionality to end users where they could go and create some forms on their own. We were thinking to use Web-Form Editor for the same, but to our surprise we found the feature is missing.
    Can anyone suggest if we are missing something. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Kent,
    You're correct that the general UCM docs don't include that detail, but the FormEditor component readme.txt does include that info. I didn't open the readme.doc, but the readme says that there's more info in there.
    From the component readme:
    <snip>
    Updated 2010-02-16
    The HTML editor UI is now only enabled if the configuration parameter HasWebFormEditorUI is set
    to true. See BUG 9218712
    </snip>
    Thanks,

  • Oracle 8i Lite version 4.0.1

    Hello,
    I've installed Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition (8.1.7) and i'm willing to install
    the Oracle 8i Lite version 4.0.1 to sync with Pocket PC. The problem is that
    this version is really old and it's compatable with NT, not with Windows 2000 (wich
    is the OS i have).
    The problem while installing is that Oracle Installer tells me that the Oracle Home
    is currently used by 'Oracle 817 Production' and cannot be used as an Oracle Home for
    'nt'.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Try also adding the path to oljdbc40 the SLP and JLP settings in the jdeveloper.ini file.
    The following is from the 3.1 Release Notes:
    JDK 1.2/1.3 and Native Code
    If you are using the Oracle JDBC/OCI or Oracle Lite JDBC Driver with JDeveloper (JDK 1.2/1.3) add the %ORACLE_HOME%/bin directory to java.library.path and
    sun.boot.library.path in bin/jdeveloper.ini. It should look like this:
    [Java_2]
    JDK=java version "JDK1.2.2_JDeveloper"
    Java2VM=OJVM
    JLP=-Djava.library.path=.;%JAVA_ROOT%\bin;%JAVA_ROOT%\jre\bin;C:\ORANT\BIN
    SLP=-Dsun.boot.library.path=.;%JAVA_ROOT%\bin;%JAVA_ROOT%\jre\bin;C:\ORANT\BIN
    If you are executing applications which use the JNI to call native libraries (DLL files) under JDeveloper with JDK 1.2/1.3 it is necessary to edit your project properties. Add to the
    Java VM Parameters, under the Run/Debug tab the following setting: -Djava.library.path=(Path where DLL files are located)".

  • Will there be any improvements made to how Photoshop handles pixel dimensions on a Retina display?

    I'm a web designer and I still use Photoshop to mockup, to a certain extent the design of my websites. I find it frustrating however that when I make the mockup, it appears half-size in Photoshop. I have to double the size of everything to make it "appear" as it would in browser. Will there be anything done in future versions of Photoshop to make this a little less painful. I have to zoom in right now on normal sized templates which makes everything pixelated. It's annoying when you do this all day long. Maybe this has been discussed before. Sorry if I'm late to the party.

    I think I have a workaround: Make sure the clipboard settings are on 72 by cutting and pasting a 72 dpi file in PS, as it seems Illustrator images are seen that way, no matter what the output resolution is. Click on Photoshop and start a new document. It will retain the proportions of the Illustrator image in 72 dpi. Then open image size and make sure the resample box is checked. Change the resolution to the desired, in my case 200.. Then place and crop your photo, and save the PSD file. Open Illustrator and place the PSD file. This works for me.
