Will there be a Vista compatible version RoboHelp soon?

Hi everyone,
I'm working for a large enterprise which is soon going to
migrate to Vista (Now Windows 2000) and we are trying to find Vista
compartible versions of our softwares.
Thus I would like to know if a full Vista compatible version
of RoboHelp is going to appear in 2007?
Hope someone could help me.
Thanks a lot

Hi M(ike) and welcome to the RH community. You may want to
check out
this
link posted by John Daigle after he attended the sneek peep at
the next version of RH earlier this year. It will support vista.
What no one on these forums can answer is when the next version
will be available. I guess even within Adobe this is a closely
guarded secret for commercial reasons. I think you'll just have to
keep your ear close to the ground.

Look thru the system requirements for the various versions and then download the trial version accordingly...

  • Will there be Notification Centre widgets to download soon

Will there be Notification Centre widgets to download soon like a music to play music,or options to turn bluetooth and wifi on and off and maybe like an airplane mode switch as that would be very good and helpfull, but otherwise thanks apple, ios 5 is great, updated first time just took a while because of all my apps

As you know from reading the "Help & Terms of Use" for this area, this is a user to user discussion area and not a direct line to Apple. There is no guarantee that anyone from Apple will ever see any of these threads. Also you will remember that speculation on future Apple products or services is forbidden.

  • Will there be an iPod Touch version of iPhoto

    Hello,
I was just wondering. Will there be an iPod Touch (4G) version of iPhoto for iOS? Because that would be awesome

It is an app from the Mac App Store that slows corporations and other large groups to set up large amounts of devices exactly the same very easily. Or if preferred, allows them to set up different configurations and mirror different devices to different configurations.

  • Will there be an iPod touch six released soon

will there be an iPod touch six released soon

Well we don't know, we aren't Apple.
But i would say no. They just released the fifth generation in September last year which was a big update in comparision to the 4th gen one.
And they released a new 16 GB model like a month ago.

  • Will there be a 64 bit version in June 2011?

There has been talk of a 64-bit version of Final Cut Pro out in June. Does that mean that FCE will also be 64-bit? Does this matter if Final Cut Pro is going to sell for only $300? I have not found anything in the news, just wondering if I have missed something. Thanks, David

It seems from statements made at the FCP X demo in Las Vegas in April that there will no be further development on Final Cut Express. The upgrade will be to FCP X. It also appears will be no further upgrades to the current version of FCP. FCP X to released in June will be a wholly new application.

  • Will there be a left handed version of the Apple Watch?

In the hopes of being accessible to all people, will Apple consider making a version where the crown will be on the left side of the watch for the left handed users?

Although I love the design of the new Watch, I was really disappointing watching a 10min video with only right handed people using it. I hear that Apple explained that is a way to flip the screen though the "crown" will be at the bottom rather than the top. Rather poor solution in my opinion.
Apple has the best designers and nobody has thought about left handed people, that  counts as 15% of the population. A specific and unique Watch for left handed would be the real revolution here.

  • Is the windows PDA sync software officially released yet (out of beta) and is there or will there ever be a MAC version?

I've just tried to get PC Suite version 6.86.9.3 to recognise my Nokia 6220 classic on my Mac by running it on Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 by way of Microsoft Virtual PC 7.0.2, and it's bad news.
PC Suite installs & runs fine, but when it comes time to connect the phone, despite selecting PC Suite mode on the phone when I plug the cable in, the software just can't see the phone. This doesn't surprise me, given that the phone isn't connected to a real PC USB port - it's merely connected to a Mac USB port masquerading as a "virtual" PC USB port.
Plan B involves borrowing my Dad's PC laptop & making a back-up using that.
My Mac is an old model that can't run Windows software natively. Current Macs can though, so eventually when I get a new Mac I'm sure PC Suite will see my phone perfectly.
I would have bought an iPhone 3G instead of the Nokia (which obviously wouldn't have given me the compatibility problems) but the iPhone only has a 2 MP camera, has no flash, won't record video & can't send or receive picture messages. Hopefully a future iPhone will have as good a spec for imaging as the 6220 classic, but that's probably a long way off.

  • Will there be a Twin Frozr version of the GTX 670?

So i'm looking to build a new PC soon, and was wanting to get a Kepler graphics card. I can't quite afford a GTX 680, but i've always liked the Twin Frozr series of cards/coolers that MSI do. Given that the GTX 670 they've already released looks mostly stock but is already factory-overclocked, and given the slightly odd form factor of the 670 reference card (the base PCB being much shorter than most cards, with the fan actually sitting behind the PCB and making the card seem 'normal' length) are we likely to see a Twin Frozr version of the 670, or is the current version MSI produce likely to be the only one we get? If we were looking at similar timescales from reference card release to Twin Frozr release as the 680 i'd have hoped to have seen the 670 version by now.

Cool, ta. I googled for 'MSI forum' and somehow managed to miss the 'Users-to-Users' part of the title. Fail on my part. I actually already have a query open with MSI Support but didn't seem to be getting a reply. Theoretically they're ignoring me as they can't answer my question for whatever reason, or they're just really busy.

  • Will there be an E3000 firmware update anytime soon?

I wonder if an updated firmware for E3000 would come out. Current one have few web-interface issues at QoS, DHCP, Custom Routes and WiFi setup pages.
Also would be nice if there would be an option to turn off Guest SSID for WiFi.
BTW your forum does not work corectly with Opera.

Please let me know the current firmware version on the router? If it is the old one then try to download the last version from the Linksys/Cisco website.
After download here is the link to upgrade the firmware:

After upgrading the firmware it is recommended to reset the router. Here are the steps to reset:
Push the reset button on router for 30 seconds, turn off the router wait for 30 seconds and then power it on. Power light should blink when you perform the reset process.
Once you have successfully reset your Gateway, you will need to reconfigure the settings again and the check the status...

  • Will there be a 3TB internal HD anytime soon?

Since reading that many PCs are limited to using a 2.1 TB hard drive, I'm wondering if that is the reason there isn't a rush of internal HDs larger that 2 TB hitting the market. Seagate has a 3TB external drive out, but it is the only 3 TB device available. It wasn't that long after 1.5 TB HDs hit the market that 2 TB came along. Anybody in the know have info about this? My 2 TB internal HD is approaching being full and I'm wondering what to do next. I suppose I'll have to separate items on to different hard drives. I bought and tried using a 4 bay Drobo for Time Machine backup, but it worked poorly and really upset my Mac Pro...it would not shut off or turn on, kernel panics, etc., so I got rid of it.

There is WD 3TB, it ships with a Highpoint 2-port controller, needed for XP users, Apple addressed the 2TB limitations with GPT, which Windows Vista/7 support but only for data drives.
PCs have had to partition off drives or RAID arrays (say 4 x 1TB) due to booting MBR limitation.
And Microsoft has FAQ on GPT. There are few non-Apple motherboards with Unified EFI support which is also needed to boot from GPT.
People with Mac Pro have been using volumes of 8TB already. If I were you I'd look at the OWC RAID case or move away from FireWire and build an SATA setup.
RAID0 is fine, but you do need backups, and even if you want to use TimeMachine, still good to add or even more important, clone your volume(s) with SuperDuper.
Rush? it takes time, and seems like 2TB was yesterday, and 1TB is about 3 yrs old?
PCs are not limited to 2TB though. Master Boot Record, yes.

  • Will there be a new ipod classic released soon?

Am thinking of buying a new classic but have seen that the nano, shuffle etc have just been upgraded. Are there any plans or expectation that the classic will be refreshed soon too?
    Thanks.

Well Apple just made their announcement for the new iPod Touches but doesn't look like any changes were made to the Classic.

  • Will there be $99 WHITE iPhone 3G anytime soon?

I hope there will be... but something tells me I am a fool if I really expect it to happen soon.
    What's your opinion?

no, you can get a 16 GB 3G in white for 150$ while supplies last (Maybe Best Buy or something). They never made the 8GB in white and probably never will.

  • Will there be a more durable Mighty Mouse soon?

With all of Apple's continuous improvement of everything, and the general durability of their products, why have they let the VERY FRAGILE Mighty Mouse go so long without improvements?
It's a major topic of discussion on the Internet that its trackball gets clogged very easily and stops working, and I find that even if I follow everybody's instructions as to how to get the track ball working again, it eventually can't be repaired.
I'm tired of buying an expensive new mouse every nine months or so. Does Apple have any plan to manufacture a mouse that will last a normal length of time?

Nobody outside of Apple knows what Apple's plans are.
If you don't like the Mighty Mouse, vote with your wallet by buying one of the dozens of other mice and trackballs that are available.

  • Vista Compatible PC Suite for 3650 - When?

Hi, I would like to know if a Vista compatible version of the PC Suite for 3650 is in the works? And that would include ability to support the Vista native BT stack.
And one big question: Why can't we (3650 users) use the full featured PC Suite 6.82? We are stuck with a lame version of PC Suite. I hope there is still a better version coming, because v3.0 really sucks.

With the 3650 you are stuck with whatever is the latest PC Suite version for it. I don't believe there'll ever be any updates for it to support Vista.
The new PC Suite 6.* generation depends on a very different mechanism to connect to the phone than what's available on the 3650. So, the 3650 would have to change to get the necessary bits that the newer PC Suite versions expect it to have. That's not going to happen, either.
Nokia could, of course, have made the newer PC Suite also compatible with older phones, but probably decided it wasn't worth the effort, or something (like not enough money budgeted for the development for such nice-to-have things).
