Will there be Lollipop for S820?

Does anybody know if S820 and/or other smartphones are getting the Lollipop Upgrade? Or...if it is possible to use a Rom like the ones from Cyanogen?

Still waiting for the Lenovo update matrix to be updated.All new upgrades should be announced there.
Keep an eye on that.
Or...if it is possible to use a Rom like the ones from Cyanogen?
Not aware of a CM version for the S820.

When will there be fix for AirPrint? Since upgrading to Yosemite I cannot print from my MacBook Air which I use mostly. (I can print from the my old 2005 G5 desktop and iPad2 just fine on the same network.) I could print just fine when I had Mavericks. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun: resetting print system, deleting and adding the printer, checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling printer software and folders, turning off modem, router etc. NOTHING works.
The laptop shows that it is printing but nothing happens. Then it says it cannot locate the printer or there is a broken pipe. But it does tell me that I have a low level in one of the ink cartridges (which is true.)
Help! I have warned everyone I know not to upgrade. Is there a way to go back to Mavericks?

Check with HTC. They are one in charge of coding for that device not Verizon Wireless.

Will there be generators for Data Modeler

Are there plans to add any generators to SQL Data Modeler? This would be similar to what we had in Oracle Designer. One of the nicest things with Oracle Designer was that we could interview the End Users, build the ERDs and FHDs based on the interviews, push them down to tables and modules and menus, then generate those with Forms and Reports and then show the End User the prototype. This would provide the feedback if we were in the right track or not very early on in the design process. Since we had the data model transformers, we could modify the logical model and then re-push the changes.
With DM 3.0 and all that it provides on the modeling side, will some form generators for a user interface be provided?

Mer is a Maemo 5 (freemantle) port for the N800 N810. it is allowing the older Nokia tablets to catch up to the N900.

I don't remember the website crashing when the Druid X was launched so I don't think there will be a problem with the iPhone unless a bunch of **bleep** from AT&T are on there trying to order on the 3rd when they can't until the 10th. From my research it looks like the Druid X was more hyped up and in more of a demand than the iPhone, Most say I will wait for the iPhone 5 or that there happy with Android and not a Apple fan boy I hope this is true so there will be more iPhones for the rest of us!

i dont think they will have pre orders i honestly think it will be easier to get because most people that wanted white went ahead and got black i think they will have enough stock to sell people the phone if they walk right in. but i havent heard anything about preorders on the white iphone 4 and nobody had posted anything about pre orders for it

Adobe adds support for new cameras as soon as possible after they are released. Hopefully, support will be in the next update. But only those who are working on the support know, and you will find out as quickly as anyone else here will find out. Since Lightroom 5.4 is a relatively new update, it could be 2-3 months before we see another update, if there is one. It might be time for an upgrade. But again, nobody here knows the answer.

OSX 10.9.1, will there be drivers for a Cannon MP800R printer

I can't find any drivers for a Cannon MP800R Printer/Scanner for use with OSX 10.9.1, does anyone know if these will be available.
The printing with the previous drivers produce striped printouts.

Bobster16, to answer to your question, there will not be any update from Canon for your printer drivers (see there : http://www.canon-europe.com/Support/Consumer_Products/operating_system_drivers/).
However, I also have a Canon MP800R printer and I found a solution on my own iMac, working under OSX Mavericks (10.9.1).
I first installed the following drivers and softwares from Canon website (although said not to be supported by Mavericks) :
Canon IJ Network Tool : mnt_-mac-4_2_0-ea11
MP Navigator v. 2.1.3 : mpnosx213ej7
MP800R printer driver : mp800rosxcp102620ea8-2
MP800R scanner driver : msd_-mac-mp800r-12_13_3-ej7
Installing those softwares allowed me to configurate the all-in-one printer, by using an USB cable.
In order to operate the MP800R by Wi-Fi, I then used Canon IJ Network Tool (installed automatically in Applications folder). It seems necessary to unable MAC adresses to set up the wireless mode. I had some troubles doing that, don't hesitate to ask for further information.
At that time, I could use my printer, but with some restrictions, e.g. some choices in the printer menu were stroken through. I then download from Canon Website the latest driver for MP printer (MP980 CUPS driver : mcpd-mac-mp980-10_84_2_0-ea13), and installed it. I didn't have to set up anything more, the files for Mavericks had been found by OSX, and everything works correctly now.
Please excuse the possible faults, English is not my mother tongue .

When will there be support for the norwegian language?

I just started using the iBooks Author and plan to use it for a book I already have made. Now in Inspector, More, Text, my language is the only Scandinavian language that is not supported. For anyone who would like to know, this means nearly all of my text is underlined in red due to the "minute" difference between Norwegian and Swedish spelling.
Does anyone know when this will be fixed?

The 64-bit kernel thing will leave a lot of use behind. My main machine is a 2006 Mac Pro on which I've spent some money putting in two 4-core CPUs and an ATI 5770 GPU in the past year. If I want to run ML I can't do so. The only options I have for a desktop Mac is either a newer Mac Pro model - post 2007 - used or refurbed or a recent or new iMac. This assumes the Mac Pro line may be dropped. Apple has been very mum on that.
Clearly, Apple wants to get users of older hardware to buy new machines in order to run ML now and in the future. Because it is possible to boot the older models with the 64-bit kernel via some hacking, Apple might have been able to install ML on them by adding some code and retaining 32-bit drivers where needed, but they've chosen not to take that route. I think it's a bit of a marketing ploy to help drive up sales of new Macs, but I appreciate that Apple has chosen to abandon legacy support in the past in order to avoid having an OS like Windows - bloated by support for older and older hardware.

I asked the same question about the new Bamboo stylus fineline, and I haven't heard back. However, I think Adobe needs to clarify their divided focus on their mobile drawing apps: Adobe Sketch, Adobe Line and Adobe Ideas. It appears all their focus is on Sketch and Line right now, since they were immediately compatible with Adobe Ink and Slide. I assume this focus is temporary, as Sketch and Line are more consumer facing, whereas Ideas (with more advanced features like multiple layers) adds incentive to purchase Creative Cloud. Further on this point, the Wacom website now indicates that Sketch and Line will soon have compatibility with Intuos Creative Stylus 2 and Bamboo stylus fineline; Adobe Ideas is not mentioned. Will there be "Anna" for N97?!

Since i have a N97 (from about one week) i have a problem that most of the people complain about aaaand there is NO solution to it ... i'm with the firmware v 22.0.110 and it wants me to update it to the same firmware (the one i have v 22.0.110) which is pretty much useless .... It's a RM-505 type soooo it can't be upgraded more .... I've tried it all hard reset, reinstall etc. nothing works ... if there is a Anna OS i think it can pretty much make the phones Usefull once more ! So if you got any info go ahead .... Please write back as soon as you can guys ^_^

Sorry for putting you on a downer but the N97 is too old and underpowered to be able to run Anna. The only suggestion is to sell it and get yourself a Symbian ^3 device.
