Click Support at the top of this page, then select itunes or itunes store (whatever the problem may be) then select the option that best describes the problem. It will give you options from there.

    You can install the new hard disk yourself if you want to. You just need a 2'5" SATA II hard drive, which is compatible with your MacBook Pro. You can buy one at OWC > http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/hard-drives/2.5-Notebook/ You can filter hard drives by computer, so press a "Click to view all...", choose your computer in the sidebar and it will give you the compatible hard drives.
    There are different brands for the MacBook Pro. The most recommended are HGST and Seagate, which have good reputation. A 7200 rpm hard drive will give you extra performance

    This is EXACTLY what happened to me and many others. Tech support returned most of my money but not all of it. Figure that one out! It is clear no music is downloaded (or in queue), it is clear an unknown error message is produced, and it is clear we, the consumer, are still being charged anyway. Will Apple require a credit card from its customers and alienate those that do not wish to use a credit card? Will Apple insult its customers and make silly suggestions such as 'Use an iTunes gift card' in much the same way a forum moderator has already recommended?
    I have an idea: Acknowledge the problem publicly (via email, for example) and fix it in a future update. Customers will be more understanding if they know there is a temporary problem and Apple is working hard to fix it. Oh, and return our money, please!

    New MBPro last August, running OS 10.7.5, have a code for Mt Lion which I have been trying to download ever since. (Am confined to bed a lot so cannot just run down to Apple store.) On and off over the months of trying both, I have had to make 4 different Apple Id's, each of which eventually stop working.

    If I didn't love my Mac I would sell it after all this frustration. Cannot begin to estimate the hours, days I've spent on this.

  • IPad could not make purchase and itunes support does not response?

    I've sent out quite a number of email to the respective in itunes support and none of them response back.
    Automated email said within "24hours" then become "48 hours" but until now, no response too.
    This is just so rude and unresponsive to consumer.
    Recently i need to purchase in-app items with my newly bought iPad, but when i tried make to make a purchase it pop up an error "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed"... please contact support etc. Problem is that when i make a purchase using my iphone, it worked. But no matter what i do for iPad, it failed.
    This frustrated me as i need to purchase an item in-apps in which the promotion is coming to due date. Till the promotion end, the error still left unresolved.
    My IOS is latest, restart iPad, check setting for iTunes in-apps purcahse setting etc has been checked and done on my side.
    I've do quite a bit of research on this issue and none of them worked out for me, thus my direction left me with only apple itune support.
    Sadly as mentioned above, none of them reply.
    Do anyone have any complains path whereby i wish to lodge an complain to higher level.

    I don't see the "filter bar" or "my responses" after I log in. I just see "Ask a question" "my log in name" and some other stuff to the right of that and below that.
    So after I log in, how do I look at strings of my previous questions and all responses to them, including new ones?

    I just figured it out!!! Wha-lah. Go to a question and then click on the underlined text in the question. Then a string of the Q and subsequent responses appears.

  • Skype for 8520 and other BB version's / Question needed to be answered by Blackberry support for everyone!

    This is a question that seriously needs answering for myself and other BB customer's.
    Personally the only reason I have a BB is because I can have window's live messenger on it, But WLM is closing in April and updating to skype, Meaning everyone who use's WLM that their contact's will be going there and not to any other network!
    Now I've read from what I've researched that BB maybe will be joining with oovoo something like that, Why when that is not where people's MSN/Hotmail contact's will be going ?
    BB paying customer's to BB product's want access to there MSN/Hotmail contact's not to be diverted to another service that does not have their MSN/Hotmail contact's.
    Also I have seen that skype or something along those line's will be available for the new BB 10, So what about earlier product's such as BB curve 8520 that I personally own myself that has nothing wrong with it?
    So us paying BB customer's are going to be excluded because we don't have a brand new version of BB due to there being nothing wrong with the BB's we have? Which so were going to be penalized?
    I would like these question's answered please because I am not happy about this and I'm sure a lot of other BB customer's are not too, It's not anyone's fault that WLM is going to be taken away but atleast make sure that BB customer's have a skype app to access their MSN/Hotmail contact's and can conversant with them directly like WLM.
    Honestly I love my BB and wouldn't be without it purely because I'm able to log in WLM when I like, Where ever I am and talk to my contact's directly, Not all people have BB's and can not be added to BB messenger which is why WLM is a priority on BB app's for BB customer's, Is something going to be done about this? Because if not then that is just wrong which will result in many valued BB customer's changing to other phone's purely because out of being penalized of not having the newer version of BB 10 or not having skype at all regardless of IM+, We should have a direct Skype app and be able to have direct gain to our MSN/Hotmail contact's like we did on WLM.
    So can someone answer this please and give us BB customer's confirmation on what is going to happen, Thank you.

    The answer is actually simple...example...6.0.0.415 for a 9860 is very different from 6.0.0.415 for a 9670. Hence, the app developers must port their apps to every combination of (usually) major OS level (e.g., 6.0, 7.0, 7.1) and specific device model number. That's a lot of combinations to which they must port their app...and many choose to not do them all. But the choice is the app developers.

    -If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com.  Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE:  This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
    -If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address.  Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security.  You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

    Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
    Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

    Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

    Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
    Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
    Does it install properly for you?
    If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

    Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
    You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.
