I downloaded a movie to my laptop and I cant find the file or I guess it didnt finish. Did they charge me for that? if yes, will they charge me again if I downloaded it again? Thanks.

Non NTE5 master - will they charge me?

I have an old style (2A?) master socket and an extension coming from it downstairs. There is an intermittent fault in which i get a continuous dial tone when trying to ring out. Incoming calls seem to be OK. An engineer is due on Weds and I am worried that I will be charged but feel this would be unfair as the master socket is customer inaccessible. I have read that BT's responsibility ends at the master socket but if they installed the extension then how would I access the wiring at the master socket if it is illegal for me to remove the faceplate? Surely the master should be replaced by an NTE5 socket at no cost to me??

Very unfair, I agree. Its on your property, you dont own it, you cant touch it, you cant maintain it, and you have to pay to get it fixed. I had something similar with a fault, and fought like mad to get the charge waived. But it took a lot of doing.
See if you know anyone (handyman) who could check it out for you? Might just need a new socket and any electrician can do it, its only 4 wires.

HT1203 I have an account which is shared with 3 computers. I have managed to get all files on Itunes. I have made a new playlist and when right clicked I pressed Download. Will this charge me again?

I just need to know if i pressed "download" when right clicking the playlist on the new authorised computer, is this charging me again?

Sometimes if you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store the Genius will exchange it at no cost. It is not coverd by the warranty byt sometimes the Genius will. Otherwise for a 32 BG yu will have to pay $149 for the exchange..

I would take it to an Apple store, if it's deemed defective you will receive a new one.
Before this make sure you try to reboot, reset, restore
As for the app, you can reload purchases from the cloud but it you should be syncing to iTunes. Also backup your device.

As long as you are using the same apple id you should be able to get it for free. You can use your purchased content on 10 apple devices and 5 computers at the same time free.

If you purchased a movie from the iTunes Store (not including rentals) and it is still available for purchase, you should be able to redownload it for no additional charge. You may find the following article useful:

If I send in my Apple Earpods in for repair will they charge me anything cause my parents won't fill out the info unless they know they don't have to pay anything?

A couple of days ago my iPod 5Generation cracked and I had to get a new one, and when I opened up the box the Earpods were all bent and scratched up. I was wondering if Apple will replace them if they were broken when they were bought. My iPod 5Generation is under a warranty with Best Buy. Also, it was under warranty before it broke. IPhone 4 not recognized on two PCs nor will they charge it, but it will charge in an electric outlet. Any ideas why?

I tried two different USB cables in several different USB ports on both the PCs. Neither computer recognizes it nor charges the phone. But when i plug the iPhone into a wall socket using either USB cable, it will charge. Does anyone know why this is happening? The iPhone was previously recognized by both computers.

I ordered phones online from Verizon and later I canceled the order on the same day, and this was a new account. I cancelled the order, but they sent me papers saying that I activated my line, but I don't even have the phones.
