Will they charge me if I don't even have the phones?
I ordered phones online from Verizon and later I canceled the order on the same day, and this was a new account. I cancelled the order, but they sent me papers saying that I activated my line, but I don't even have the phones.
carlivia624, we don't want this to be a negative billing experience for you. Have you had a chance to contact our customer service department by phone at 800-922-0204 to verbally cancel those lines and confirm that the orders were successfully cancelled?

My iPad will not update to 5 at all. I don't even have the option of software update in settings. I've tried to update over iTunes and it doest work there either.
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

Why is itunes charging me when I don't even have a itunes account?
I litterally JUST created this account so I could try to get some answers. I saw on my bank account that I had some charges from the apple itunes store, which I thought was strange considering I don't even own any apple products, and it turns out I have quite a few of these transactions on my bank account.
I'm not looking for a reimbersment, just looking to see how I can stop future transactions from happening on my account.If you just created an account and put a credit card on it then you might just be seeing small temporary store holding charges which should disappear within a few days - if there is more than one then did you take a couple of attempts to fill them in ?

It sounds to me like you may be running OSX 10.5. Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report that here. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
If you are running OSX 10.5 you will have to upgrade to 10.6 by buying a Snow Leopard DVD from Apple phone sales.

Roku has a lot more choices for tv watching. I would love to watch vudu through the apple tv, instead of my smart tv. I also like the feature of being able to listen to music or listening to an audiobook through the whole house through apple tvs in every room.

I am then redirected to the icloud website where I can sign in. I am just trying to get my photo stream to work from my Mac to my ipad and iphone. I can't turn on photo stream in iPhoto until it allows me to sign in in system preferences... I seem to be stuck in a loop! Please help!

Don't even have the choice to rebuild library
I installed iLife 09 and with that, iPhoto. It was fine for a few days. Then, on Feb 8, after 6 days, when trying to import photos from a camera, the beach ball appeared and stayed there. I had to force quit. Tried another time. Same thing. I am using Time Machine so I have backup of everything. That was verified.
Tried many things. Repairing permissions, re-installing iPhoto, etc . No matter what I do, iPhoto does not function as supposed to and as I expect it would.
As a solution, I found that maybe, I should rebuild the iPhoto Library.
But I can't even do that, because, I am not given the choice to: the dialog does not even give me the choice. It is only possible to say cancel!!!!
Then what??

Pierre R.This may be relevant. I had a similar problem, where a very simple import caused endless beachball.
When I tried to rebuild the library, it informed me that two files were outstanding, that needed to be imported.
That operation also caused the spinning ball.
Later I looked in the "pictures" folder and found the recovered files.
They were some kind of damaged .AVI file from a still camera.
Trying to see them with Quicklook also stopped everything.
Once I found all instances of these files and deleted them everything started to work again.

The Firefox name and the bar at the top w/ bookmarks, etc. and the bar at the bottom have disappeared. I've tried solutions but w/out the Firefox name and the bottom bar, I don't know what to do. You won't see this until you update to iOS 5. You'll have to update using iTunes by going to the Summary tab of your sync settings and clicking on Check for Update (you will probably be prompted that there is an update available when you connect your phone and open iTunes).

Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if better. If still problem, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare coverage, make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, clean charging port again with small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.
