A yes or no answer please! Will Lenovo update the Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ to Android Lollipop 5+ or Android M when it is released. Please don't refer me to that useless update schedule! If no one knows, say so! If Lenovo isn't even considering the 10 HD+ for an update, say so! Just answer the question, yes or no!!

Yoga Tablet 2 Lollipop Update - Google Play Services does not update - installation error

Lenovo is investigating customer reports that after upgrading Yoga Tablet 2 8 830 or 10 1050 to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop, Google Play Services does not update as expected, and shows an installation error.

To lenovo. The reason I bought this tab is that I believe it has good quality and its performance is excellent especially from lenovo. But if lenovo reasons out that they cannot override the code that is in apk itself from Google playstore. Can u provide a link or procedure how to go back from lollipop to KitKat until it is resolved? Because we cannot do the things we should do especially work related if we can't download or update any apps tnx.

Im disapointed in Nokia..Some of you got the updated software 1.5 and can enjoy a faster device and youtube, but im still at 1.0 and cant update. The updater is new, Im connected at the internet but I just cant update, and as I see many users cant..Im so disapointed in Nokia and in this device that costed me 850€.

When should we expect to see android lollipop on s4 devices?

Pardon my cynicism but we will not see the Lollipop update until both Samsung and Verizon have completed negotiations with app developers who will pay them to bake in all the useless bloatware they can cram onto the device. At that point, there will be months of testing by Verizon who will try to figure out why the software is so cludgy.
Finally, they will give up and release the update which will be sure to drive users to new levels of frustration.
Only then will we see the Lollipop update

branded may wait little longer and need strees your mobile provider about it as it depence of them and not nokia If is branded

since lollipop update yoga tab 2 ten inch. no youtube videos work on facebook on broswer mode. i dont use the spyware app just the broswer version.

I've been waiting for a while now and heard that it should be within January and even within the next couple weeks...

Only ones that seem to be getting the lollipop update are in Europe and Asia. The U.S. carriers probably have it and are testing it, and in Verizon's case, testing it and adding their bloat to see if it is compatible. It will probably be summer before we see it here on our Verizon phones.

You are so right about installed apps not being compatible with a major system update. But, what if the device itself isn't compatible with the new operating system? This happened when Google updated my Asus Nexus 7 tablet to Lollipop. It rendered the tablet nearly useless because of how slow it became, it frequently locked up and had to be rebooted, and on and one. Asus blamed it on Google, Google blamed it on Asus. Because I didn't buy the tablet from Google Play, Asus won't replace it. All they will do is reset it back to it's original state when I bought it, and I have to send it to them and pay $120?
All I hope is that I either have a new phone before VZW pushes Lollipop to S4 users or that it doesn't cause the problems that NG6 caused. Because of those problems, I have never intalled NG6 or NK1.
