Win7 Unable to Install PSE9 Error 1335

I have a HP Pavilion DV-4 laptop running Win 7 Pro. I purchased a boxed PSE9. When attempting the autorun installation process, I recieve a "Error 1355. The cabinet file 'Data11.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could be a network error, an error reading from the CD-Rom, or a problem with this package." The installer presents three options ""Abort", "Retry", and "Ignore."
I have taken the following steps:
1. Clicked "Ignore." Presented with "Error 2350.FDI server error".
2. Clicked "Retry." Presented with repeated "Error 1355"
3. Cleaned PSE9 install CD and retry autorun install. Same "Error 1355".
4. Downloaded trial PSE9 from adobe.com intending to use boxed serial key. When running installer, "A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available disk space on your computer and the write priviledge of the destination folder." I have installation rights (installed Chrome, Firefox today as well). I have >190 GB of free disk space.
5. Copied contents of PSE9 Install CD to new folder (C:/PSE9Installer) and ran Autoplay.exe. Received same "Error 1355".
I then successfully installed PSE9 on girlfriend's computer using the PSE9 install CD.
Any ideas?

"Unable to install." ERROR on N95 8GB

I keep having this error:
"Unable to install" is ALL it says, this is NOT helpful AT ALL.
It only happens with some applications I try to install.
I've read that I should go to App. Mgr. and switch the options there respectively to "All" and "Off" respectively, but that DOES NOT HELP.
It is very annoying.
Example of software I get this error with is WWIGO or Mobiola Webcam.
Also other software, but I don't remember the names, as I have deleted them when I saw they can not be installed.
I am certain I am using correct versions of software designed for my phone with valid certificates. (if the certificate is invalid I get a different kind of error)
This error is persistent, and changing my phone's date or shutting down all open applications does not help.
Please help me with this issue.
I see many people on the web having no idea what to do with this.

Unable to install iTunes - Error during install

Just tried several times to install the latest version of iTunes to no avail, and had no luck with a few searches on google for help. I have been having troubles installing the latest iTunes due to an error with the bonjour service. Assuming it may have been corrupted within my computer, I had tried uninstalling it, which seemed successful, but it is still a service within windows, and is perma-disabled (can't be enabled at all). I have tried installing bonjour on it's own first before iTunes, however, it fails to install, and if I choose to ignore, it does proceed, but is unable to initialize the service. Should anyone have a suggestion to get around this I would appreciate it.
O/S is Windows Vista 64 Bit Home Premium
Hoping I can get this fixed up, else I am going to have to avoid apple products and programs for some time to come, which would be a shame. Also, thanks in advance for any possible solutions.

No, it should also be checking through your WOW64 subsystem (that's part of the operating system too).
Can you check something further for me, please? Create a new Windows user account with full administrative rights. Log out of your usual account and log into the new one. (Don't use fast user switching to move between accounts.)
Can iTunes launch in the new user account? (It'll show a blank library if it does, but that's expected. The content is back in your other user account.)
(Checking here to see if the issue is systemwide on the PC, or related to a specific user account.)

Satellite L850-1HR and Win7- unable to Install Display Driver

Hello
I reinstalled my Toshiba Satellite L850 notebook with older Windows 7. I installed also all the drivers necessary. After I installed display driver in device manager under Display adapetrs I see message that adapter is not functioning properly because system is unable to load drivers.
On Win7 there is also SP1 installed. I cannot see why drivers are not loaded properly. Does anybody have any idea about what could be wrong ?

The Satellite L850-1HR is equipped with an ATI Radeon HD 7670M graphic chip
I assume the ATI driver is not installed properly.
On the Toshiba EU driver page especially in Satellite L850 PSKG8E download area I could not find the Win 7 AT driver.
But I checked drivers available for all L850 series and I found AMD display drivers.
You should do this too. Choose Satellite L850 series (in short model no choose All) in the driver download form and you will get all available drivers for Win 7 and Win 8
The AMD display drivers should be listed too.,.

I have deleted the Temp files folder, uninstalled both iTunes and QuickTime and restarted. I have tried running Chkdsk and it keeps telling me "it can't complete the error check". I just bought a new iPhone...HOW ELSE AM I GOING TO GET THIS PROGRAM INSTALLED AND RUNNING??? So irritated.

That is often caused by a corrupt file.
Try running a disk check:

If that finds and fixes errors, try insatlling itunes.
If not try renaming the folder:
C:/program files/itunes/itunes.resources/pt.1proj/ipodsetup.nib
This will prevent the installer seeing the problem file.

Unable to install CC - Error Code 205

I tried installing Creative Cloud this morning and I had a problem (Error code: 205) and it could not install the software. It looks as though I cannot install Adobe Photoshop until I have CC installed.

Unable to Install iTunes - error 0x80070091

I was using iTunes fine, no problems. One day, the automatic update ran and was unable to complete. After that, I was unable to open iTunes.
I followed these instructions to remove it:

After reviewing your post, it sounds like an update failed and now iTunes wont launch. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Win7 unable to install over Win8

Fresh out of Box, Notebook 15-s107na, with Win8.1 (64 bit), 4 GB mem, 1TB Hdd. No internal DVD
Trying to install win 7.SP1 (64 bit) enterprise using external usb DVD and/or USB flash (tried flash formatted as
HP have all the win7 drivers listed on the 15-s107na Support page, so it must run Win7!
Have backed up system to 5DVD's
Have followed other threads on this forum and: Disabled, Fast Boot, & Secure Boot, Checked Virtualisation not enabled, and Legacy Boot is enabled.
From F9 boot menu, can start Win7 installation from either USB, DVD or Flash, but they both fail at same place.
Hangs after "Choose Language" then "setup is loading files” then stops with Message " a missing DVD driver is required" view and a list of drives is available to search: C:drive D:Restore & X: drive.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2755139 says this is usually due to a poor DVD or DVD reader but this installs elsewhere fine, and same message on USB flash, which is not a DVD! Some suggest move USB to different port at this point but the system seems only to recognise what is plugged in at start-up.
I thought that it may be because the drive was not formatted but because of the UEIF can't run a boot disk to wipe the HDD and as there is no flap to remove the HDD, can’t be done externally as that would mean a full strip down of the case!
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to make sure the USB device you are installing Windows from is plugged into the USB 2 port.

Unable to install Lion, error message says unable to verify software

i have downloaded OS X Lion twice from the App Store. After running the installation process, 1 sec to go, an error message pops up that says:

It's quite easy actually. First have your "iTunes Library Extras", "iTunes Library Genius", "iTunes Library", and "iTunes Music Library" backed up. Download ans install iTunes 64-bit. I don't know what's so 64-bit about iTunes 64 since Win7 reports it as a 32-bit application in the task manager. But anyway. Install iTunes 64 and launch it. If you migrated your library to another drive like me go to settings in iTunes and change the directory to your location. Close iTunes. Replace the newly created files with your backed up files. Launch iTunes. iTunes will load and then update your library and from there you are set to go! so basically it is just like a normal upgrade. But if you hesitated to go from 32 to 64 like me, here is your answer.
By the way. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit with iTunes 64-bit and it works without problems and syncing with my iPod Touch also works flawlessly.

Installation error 1335 PSE9

When reinstalling PSE9 after disk crash, I get error 1335, Data1.cab is corrupt, during installation of Organizer. Tried Cleaning Temp folder and Clean Boot, but same problem. Tried copying CD to harddrive - no problem.

Ned:I ran across those suggestions on the web. I tried all of them and none of them worked. I installed several programs, including your main competitor and had no problems. I also installed Photoshop Elements 6 with no problems. I tried a trial version of PS 12 and had the same problem. In each case it occurred when installing the organizer I don't like the organizer and never use it. Is it possible to bypass the organizer during the installation process?

Error 1335 Installing Acrobat XI on Bootcamp Macbook Air

I have tried the solutions on the Adobe web site and none work. I am unable to get the Akami downloader to work, so I use the alternative downloader (I have downloaded 6 different times). Every time get the file downloaded, and then run the setup, and get message Error 1335 about Data1.cab. I have tried suspending Kasparsky, I have stopped Kasparsky from running, I have done the msiexec_/unreg and Msiexec_/regserver.... and nothing works. I just purchased XI today as an upgrade from Acrobat 9.... HELP. I am running Windows 7 on a Macbook Air in Bootcamp.... (dont ask, getting a mac was the biggest mistake)....
