Win8 Apps pannel not showing up on CC launcher at all

I just got a new computer, among other reasons so that I could do rendering faster than my old laptop. I installed Adobe CC (I was already running CC on my laptop), but the manager only has two tabs: Fonts and Community, meaning I can't install apps. If I try downloading from the CC download page, it prompts me to open CC manager, and the manager freezes. My system meets the system requirements for all the CC products.

Thank you for the update Tauqua_ please remove the OPM.db file per solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html and it should allow the App tab to become visible when you log back in.

Go to Settings/iTunes & App Stores and sign out. Then sign in with your new Apple email ID.

when you opened the shared library with the newer version of iPhoto (iPhoto '11) you were given a warning that your library would be converted and could not be used by older versions - you clicked ok to go ahead - there is no updo available - either upgrade to iphoto '11 of the MBP or load your backup of the iPhoto '09 library on it - older versiopns of i{Photo can not read newer libraries

When you log into iCloud where? On your computer? If that is what you are doing your apps do not show up in there.

Your purchased apps show up in the app store - purchased music and TV shows in iTunes, purchased books in the iBooks app - look in the purchased tabs of all of those apps for purchased content.

Back up and document syncing are not the same thing.
To sync documents between devices you need to enable document syncing in iCloud on all devices.

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like apps show notification only after you open the app. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

If you're not receiving notifications for a specific app, try these steps:
Verify that the app supports notifications.
After installing an app or restoring a backup to a different iOS device, open the app to begin receiving notifications. If the app requires entering or logging in to an account, you will need to do this before receiving notifications.
Check Settings > Notification Center to ensure that the app is configured for notifications. If notifications do not appear in the Notification Center, verify that the Notification Center setting for the app is enabled.

App store not showing app details

Is something wrong with my ipad2 or is there some setting I am not aware of?
Here is what happened: I go to app store to search for an app. Clicked on the app icon to view details. Then proceeded to buy it and got it installed. I then went to search for a different app. Tried to view the details of that other app by clicking on the icon but nothing happens - the page showing the details of that app does not show up. I tried clicking on the other 11 app icons that showed up under that search. None of them responds. But all the other touch sensitive parts of the app store still functions - search box, filter pull down options, sort, next page, etc, etc.
This is not the first time this phenomenon occured. In previous times I did not remember what I did to get to that state where clicking on the app icons in the app store did not respond but I clearly remember on numerous occasions there is no response to clicking.
So is there a setting I don't know about or is my ipad2 malfunctioning?

Just want to add that the little icon with the $ sign on it to buy apps still works. Just the icon with the picture in it does not work.

Before I saw your response, I turned the ipad off and turned it back on (but did not reboot). Since that, I went into the app store and I could get into app details again.
I did not know of this feature you mentioned. Very useful. I tried it and many apps were shown to be running - even many apps that had been recently (past days) run but not since turnning off/on a few minutes ago were still shown as running. That is very weird. At the very least it's not a very efficient use of resources. I killed every single one of them incl app store. After this I could go in & out of various app detail screens.
Should this phenomenon happen again I will try your solution first and see if that alone will do it and report back here.

If you updated the desktop installer and the screen is blank: try this:
Rename the opm.db file.
Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
Launch Creative Cloud

The Music Icon App is not showing under use cellular data.
When I go to settings, cellular the Music Icon is not listed. I cannot turn on use cellular data for itunes for my music in itunes match. How do I get the icon listed there.

There should be an entry in that section for iTunes, which includes both the iTunes Store and iTunes Match:
Set when cellular data is used for apps and services. Go to Settings > Cellular, then turn cellular data on or off for any app that can use cellular data. If a setting is off, iPhone will use only Wi-Fi for that service. The iTunes settings include both iTunes Match and automatic downloads from the iTunes Store and the App Store.

After erasing and setting up as a new device, your device is now in a factory configuration. Test to determine if erasing and setting up as a new device resolved the issue. Content on the device may have caused unexpected behavior.
- If the issue is still present, you may want to contact Apple Support.
- If the issue is now resolved, sync one type of content at a time back to the device. For example, if you had an issue playing music, add songs from iTunes and confirm they will play. If your contacts weren't loading successfully, add the contacts back. After each sync, test to see if the issue has returned.
