Wind Filter not working correctly - CS5

Hello,
Maybe because its Friday, but for some reason my Wind Filter is not creating the "tracers" or "trails" that I am used to seeing.
My goal is to create a motion effect on white text. The "tails" are not growing in length when I duplicate the filter over & over like it should. What am I doing wrong?!?
Example:
This is the text after applying the filter once.
Here is an example after the 3rd time of applying the Wind Filter.
As you can see, the streaks are remaining within the text. It's not creating the trailing streaks that I need.
Probably something obvious I am missing, but I cannot find a solution to this anywhere.

This pair of analisys are working fine.
Then i created a second pair of analisys as:

Criteria: Conto 2 Dsc | Revenue
Using Calculated group \ Items i created a numerous set of sub-totals
On Revenue i created an action link to the second analisys containing
2.
Criteria: Conto 2 Dsc | Conto Detail | Revenue
Filters: Conto 2 Code (is prompted)
This pair of analisys are not working correctly. When i drill from first analisys to second one the Conto 2 Code filter is not used.
Replacing in the second analisys Conto 2 Code (is prompted) with Conto 2 Dsc (is prompted) a filter is being generated on the drill but it's using the Conto 2 Code value and the analisys ends with no results.

Try adding Conto 2 code to the first analysis and keep the filter on the second analysis as Conto 2 code is prompted.

Wave distortion filter not working in cs5

Really getting frustrated with this. I've never had any problems with any previous versions of photoshop or with any filters working before. I recently got photoshop cs5 extended and have been trying to do alot with 3D effects and texts, but for some reason at least half of my filters are not selectable. When I go to filters, I cannot even open the distort filter menu which is where I do alot of my work. Any idea's or known problems with this? Please help, getting really upset at this.

Lots of the filters only work in the 8 bits/channel and the rgb color mode.
Check the mode of your document Image>Mode.

Lens Correction filter not working?

I upgraded to CS5 specifically to use the auto lens correction feature (primarily for barrel and pincushion distortion on my Canon zoom lenses). Now I find that:
Even though the camera back (5D Mark II) and lens information is included with an image, the lens correction filter requires me to manually select the back and lens.
Several of my lenses are not even included in the data base, even though they're very popular lenses (e.g., EF16-35mm 2.8 L USM II and EF 70-300mm DO IS USM). I realize the data base is to be enlarged, but these seem like inexplicable omissions. (And I have no desire or time to create my own profiles.)
The PDF instruction manual for CS5 offers no help, and I don't see this issue addressed in the forums. I'm hoping someone will be able to advise me on how to make this function work.

   Thanks for the quick answer, but I still think the menu is misleading.
   If the body choices were in the format of "full frame, 1.3 crop, 1.6
crop, etc.", it would be clear that the specific model didn't matter.
However, this would create its own problems since many people wouldn't
understand the concept of the crop factor for their camera.
   The fact that the 5D Mark II exists in the pull-down menu as a discrete
choice in addition to the 1Ds Mark III implies that there is a difference
between the two. Even if there is no functional difference in this context,
it would avoid confusion if the actual body from the EXIF information could
always be the default selection.

Since I upgraded to Yosemite, my CS5 does not work correctly.

Since I upgraded to Yosemite in October, my photoshop CS5 does not work correctly. When right clicking to change a brush size, the adjuster when moving to the right or left, either sticks or moves radically. As I set the size of the brush and move my cursor back to the image, the adjuster moves with the cursor.
Help!

** Filtering is not working correctly in ALV (REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY)

Hi Friends,
We have one Z report that output is displayed in ALV. We are using the standard FM 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY.
We have requirement to remove leading zeros for the field like Material Number (MATNR), Equipment Number (EQUNR) etc. We did the changes by applying the field catalog properties as below.
lw_fieldcat-lzero = space.
lw_fieldcat-no_zero = 'X'.
After this, the MATNR and EQUNR is displayed correctly in the ALV. (Leading zeros are suppressed). But, when we do filter for these fields, in the filter window it displays all the values with leading zeros.
1. We don't understand why it is showing in the Filter widow with all leading zeros. All it shows all the records instead of unique items.
Later on, we removed the above fieldcat coding. Then, we have called the CONVERSION_EXIT routines (in the domain) for the fields to remove leading zeros.
Now, the MATNR and EQUNR is displayed correctly (without leading zeros) in ALV. When we do filter, it is also doing filtering correctly. But, when we do filter which have EQUNR having long values (after zero suppression), it is not working correctly. i.e no items are displayed in the ALV.
Not only for this items. If we filter character columns which have long text, it is not filtering correctly.
2. It is not able to understand why the filtering is not working for long items. But in the standard report, the filtering is working correctly.
We are using SAP ECC 6.0.
Friends, can you clarify the about doubts. It is surprising for me.

Our customer is asked to remove the leading zeros for the numeric field

I agreed on your point. When we define the Internal table the type for element EQUNR & QUMNR , we are referring the SAP data element for EQUNR, QMNUM field.
Our doubt is even though we refer the standard data element, in the ALV display, it shows with leading zeros and also it creates problems in the filtering and in the filter window all values instead of unique nos.

Delete Statement is not working correctly

If I press delete it will delete everything in the category table
I don't know whats wrong with it.

Title & Menu Buttons not working correctly on remote control/ set top player but work in preview.

Title & Menu Buttons not working correctly on remote control/ set top player but work in encore preview. This only happens for a Blu ray project. When a user presses the menu button it should go to the previous menu they were on but it goes to the main menu. When they press the title button they should go to the main menu but it doesn't do anything. My DVD projects work as expected.I've tried creating a new "test" project with different footage and still get the same undesirable results.
Overrides grayed out and set to "not set" for timelines and menus.Project settings and build are set to blu ray. Also I've noticed when I preview a Bluray project the preview window shows a red colored disc next to the Title button when viewing the timelines and green when playing the menus but not so for a DVD project it displays red if motion menus and or timelines are not rendered/encoded. I'm not using motion menus and all the media is encoded according to the project specs.
I've searched this forum but couldn't find the answer. Any help or redirects to a solution would be appreciated. Working with CS5. Thanks.

I found out on my Samsung Blu ray player the remote has a tools button on it that brings up audio, angle, chapter selection etc.and also title selection which is actually the menus and the timelines unfortunately. It's not as easy or direct as last menu selected but it's a workaround at least. I also plan on using a pop up menu. I'll let you know.

LoginFilter not working correctly

My Login filter is behaving very strangely. Here is the relevant code from the filter.

            return;The problem is we are trying to allow an external application to log into mine. The external application generates a link with an /externalLogin.do as the href. It steps into the above code and the indexOf() correctly finds it and the chain.doFilter is executed. But it never makes it to the externalLoginAction.java.
If I copy the link and put it on my Login.jsp page and click it, it makes it to the chain.doFilter the same but then continues on to the externalLoginAction.java.
So it look like the chain.doFilter is not working correctly if it is not comming from the same context?
Anyone have any ideas?

stupid stupid stupid.
The first url was passing userName and password in the URL the second somehow got changed to userId... so struts was kicking it back.. just changed my struts config to not validate the external login form.

Filters not working correctly

We have the strange situation, that filters in calendar views are not working correctly (anymore?).
If i set up a filter to search for my name as attendee, teaming still shows all entries instead of only just mine. This behavior applies to customized and standard calendar views.
Filters for (customized) file folders still work as expected.
Any ideas?

CS6 Offset filter not working as expected

I've been using the offset filter for years to create seamless patterns with predictable results - I choose "Wrap around" and when I enter the distance the parts of the image that go off one side show up on the opposite side.
Now, with CS6, sometimes it works as expected and sometimes parts of the image go missing when (if) it shows up on the other side.
I've discovered that when this happens if I go to Image - reveal all that often times those lost pixels are outside of the viewable canvas. However, sometimes reveal all doesn't show anything new and the pixels have just been lost.
I know there are not extra pixels outside the canvas are before I run the filter so I don't understand how this is happening.
Does anyone know what's going on and how to prevent this from happening?
The only solution I have found is to select all and crop the image between every offset. Sometimes I'm offsetting 20-30 layers in a row (becaue you can't apply a filter to multiple layers at once, so annoying). Otherwise, if I'm not careful after I've offset everything I go to check the pattern and realize i lost parts of my image.

I'm having the exact same problem with my offset filter. Have you found a solution yet?
Edit: I have figured it out.
The problem is that the layer your are applying the offset filter to has white/transparent pixels that extend beyond the document size. What you have to do is "select all" and crop the image to the size of the document and make sure to "delete cropped pixels" as Noel said.
The filter IS working correctly, however it's wrapping empty pixels, not what we expected.

SharePoint 2010 Datasheet View - Filter not displaying correctly on list

Sorting not working correctly for date field in alv report

Hi All,
My report displays many rows also containing date type fields of bldat,budat .
When I sort the report selecting field of type bldat budat the sorting is not correct for the year.
Ex:
Invoice doc dat
01-25-2011
01-21-2011
02-02-2011
10-25-2010
11-20-2010
If I use ascending then it is sorted as :
Invoice doc dat
01-21-2011
01-25-2011
02-02-2011
10-20-2010
10-25-2010
Why the sorting is not working correct for year.(2010 records should have been first).
The field wa_tab-bldat is of type char10.
It is populated as wa_tab-bldat = bsak-bldat.
Kindly suggest what can be done.

I would like to use the Hallo World depending on the page attribute isFrame with or without all the neccessary html tags. Therefore i have embedded the htmlb tags in an if statement. But for any reason if isframe is initial it isn't working. It would be great if anybody could help me.

The short answer: your example is <b>NOT</b> going to work. The long answer will probably 5 pages to describe. So first let me rewrite the example so that it could work, and then give a short version of the long answer. Do not be disappointed if it is not totally clear. It is rather complicated. (See the nice form of IF statements that are possible since 620.)

So why does your example not work? Let us start with a simple tag:

Now, for each tag, we have effectively the opening part (<htmlb:page>), an optional body, and then the closing part (</htmlb:page>). We are now at the level of the BSP runtime processing one tag. What the runtime does not know, is whether the tag wants to process its body or not. Each tag can decide dynamically at runtime whether the body should be processed. So the BSP compiler generates the following code:

You can see that your ENDIF statements are closing IF blocks generated by the BSP compiler. Such a nesting will not work. This is a very short form of the problem, there are a number of variations, and different types of the same problem.
The only way to solve this problem, is probably to put the body into a page fragment and include it like I did above with the duplicate HelloWorld strings. But this duplicates source code. Better is to put body onto a view, that can be processed as required.

Key Figure calculation in Abap is not working correctly - Overlooping

I wrote a logic to calculate the ratio of key figure but it is not working correctly
For example I have a requirement to split 1 Product into Several new Products and also the Net Amount will be splitted to these several new products as well. The total Amount of the new product will be equivalent to the Net Amount.
So far my Logic is splitting the product to several new products but the amount is incorrect as the calculation is over looping.
Sample
A PRODUCT has Net Amount 1000. And this product needs to be splitted into 3 new products. Each of this new product is assigned a ratio of 0.3, 0.2 and 0.7 respectively. total sum of the ratio is 1.
PRODUCT1 0.3 = 1000 * 0.3 = 300
PRODUCT2 0.2 = 1000 * 0.2 = 200
PRODUCT3 0.7 = 1000 * 0.7 = 700
The total amount of this new products is 1000.
Now my logic is working this way.
PRODUCT1 0.3 = 1000 * 0.3 = 300
PRODUCT2 0.2 = 1000 * 0.2 * 0.3 = 60
PRODUCT3 0.7 = 1000 * 0.2 * 0.3 * 0.7 = 42
Only the PRODUCT1 is working correctly and there is overlooping for the remaining products
