Windows 7, 64bit Bluetooth Drivers - E72

Hi
I am trying to connect my E72 to my laptop (Windows 7, 64 bit).
I need to troubleshoot the device and get the error message: ' Driver for peripheral device is not installed'.
I cannot find any Windows 7 bluetooth drivers for the E72 on the Nokia support pages.
Can anybody help, anybody having the same problem?
Thanks!

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and bluetooth is working just fine with Nokia E6, using Nokia Suite from betalabs.
Some drivers cant install but there isnt any problem to connect the device and transfer files or sync with the computer. I hear that other brands have massive problems with 64 bit operating systems...this is very common problem for other brands also. I can live with this as long as the syncing and file transfering continue to work.
Bluetooth can sometimes be a pain in the xxx....but i love it when it works and mostly my Nokian phones manage it very well during the years.
Nokia 808 again (delight Belle), Nokia E7 and X7 ( again, all on Delight Belle...after some time on Nokia Lumia 925 (retired), 1020 (not that great)and Lumia 820 (Replaced my router at home, great for internet sharing).., N9 The best device ever (use it as much as Lumia 1020), Nokia 700 (Sport Phone/My Love :-) ) Nokia 701, Nokia E6 (Should have a follow-up from Nokia among with larger screen, NFC, Autofocus), Lumia 800 (Retired After 6 weeks), -Sports Tracker-Nokia Internet Radio-Handy Safe-Skype-Bambuser-Screenshot app pro-fMobi-ComingNext-Manual TaskSwitcher-jagiTimer-Easy StopWatch-Boldbeast-Equalizer-Financial Calculator-WiMP Music-YTasks-Davi-Thumbnail Folders-BizCalendar-Tiny7-Situations-nn reeder-Sport Timer-CameraLover-CameraPro-GrabRadio-LiveScore-Poddi-Gravity-SkyFilesPro

  • PC Suite 6.82 Windows XP 64bit Bluetooth Issue

    Hi,
I've been stuggling all week with an issue with PC Suite and bluetooth. I'm running Windows XP 64bit, service pack 1, WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 5.1.0.1700, a Kensington USB 2.0 bluetooth dongle, and PC Suite 6.82.22.0. I have no trouble connecting to my phone (a NOkia 6102i) via 'My Bluetooth Places', and I can also connect using the trial version of Oxygen's Phone Manager Software.
If I launch PC Suite and then open the connection manager it gives me four options: Bluetooth (Microsoft), Infrared, Serial Cable, or USB. This in itself doesn't seem right, as I understand it the Bluetooth option should say Bluetooth (WIDCOMM).
If I select the Bluetooth option I get the following error message: "Cannot use the connection type. Check that all the needed hardware, software and drivers are available. (Code: OpoenMedia).
I have tried reinstalling the software, and the bluetooth drivers. I've tried different versions of PC Suite (6.8, 6.81). I have even tried a different bluetooth dongle (iogear) all to no avail.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Mike

Have you tried to use microsoft BT stack?
if you want to try to use MS BT driver:
    1. Go to Control Panel, System, Hardware and Device Manager.
    2. Open Bluetooth Devices (or Radios), select that device, click Action, Uninstall and OK.
    3. Click Action and Scan for hardware changes.
(windows should automatic update install MSBT drivers)
    4. After that there should be "Microsoft Bluotooth Enumerator" installed also.
(-> Does the MSBT work any better??)

  • Windows XP Microsoft Bluetooth Drivers

I thought I would share a discovery I made yesterday for all of those who struggle with the Bluetooth compatability within LabVIEW.
I have had lots of problems deploying Bluetooth applications written in LabVIEW because of the limited hardware support (being tied to the MS BT stack). The bulk of my problems have been with people using laptops that have built in Bluetooth radios, the vendor's drivers tend to hijack the BT radio and prevent anything else working .
I stumbled upon a website yesterday where somebody has created an update for the XP drivers which includes support for an additional 116 devices. I have installed it on a Dell laptop which would not let me use the MS drivers and it is now running my LabVIEW application.
I hope it is of some use:

    Hi,
It does not seem like the Bluetooth VIs allow you to display the signal strength and I can definitly enter that as a product suggestion for the Bluetooth functionality in LabVIEW. For now, I would suggest going through the Windows API and searchingn for RSSI - Received Signal Strength Indication. I did not have a lot of luck in my searches through Microsoft, but you can give that a shot and post back with any more headway you make.
Also, you can try going to SourceForge.net. Just doing a search for Bluetooth and RSSI popped up several hits of code that has been developed for Bluetooth applications. Then, you can see about creating a DLL call to a particular function that will return RSSI information to you, to which
you can then use in LabVIEW with the Call Library Node.vi.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

  • Windows 10 W540 Bluetooth Drivers

My Windows 10 upgrade from 8,1 went smoothly. The only drivers that needed to be updated were the NVIDIA graphics and Intel Bluetooth. NVIDIA drivers updated simply by right-clicking and doing an auto-update. For Bluetooth I was told I had the most recent drivers, yet Iim still told: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I went to the Lenovo downlaod area and found a driver to download:http://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds039665 Which says it is Windows 10 compatible. However on installation I was told I wasn't on a supported operating system. I believe this is because I am on Windows 10 Enterprise and the SKU might not be recognised by the installer. Can Lenovo confirm this, or has anybody else tried installing the above drivers? Cheers, Roy

    Which machine do you have?
    Try this much newer version?

  • ITunes 10.3.1.55 on Windows 7 64bit device drivers are not signed

I have Windows 7 Ultimate and upgraded to iTunes 10.3.1.55.  Now iTunes will not reconize my device. It appears that Apple has incorrectly signed the device drivers and Windows will not install them. Has anyone come up with a solution to this, short of disabling didital driver enforcement?
    Tom

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

  • HP Pavilion g6-2240sa Windows 7 64Bit graphics drivers

I installed windows 7 on my HP Pavilion g6-2240sa however, the windows 8 graphics drivers are not compatible with windows 7.
Can someone please give me a link to some appropriate compatible drivers.

Sorry none of those things worked.
I have one other thing you can try, and if that doesn't work, then I suggest you give up and reinstall W8.
Download and run the AMD Mobility Radeon Driver Verification tool and see if it finds and installs a graphics driver for you.
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows 7 - 64
You may also want to try reinstalling W7 start fresh, and just use that last graphics driver I posted from the HP 2000.
And should you decide to start from the beginning, make sure you install the AMD chipset driver first before installing the graphics driver.  You only need the first file download listed on the webpage.

  • Palm TX, Windows 7 64Bit, Aceeca drivers, Outlook 2010 32Bit patched, nevertheless doesn't sync

    Hi everybody,
although all particular problems of my configuration seem to be solved it doesn't work at the end.
Everything works well using the Aceeca driver, USB and Palm Desktop. Pizzaboy's patch for Outlook 2010 is installed but sync to outlook  doesn't work. Unfortunately there is no error message. HotSync says synchronization successful, but no data has been transferred.
What could be the problem? Using a restricted user account on my company PC but installations are done using an admin account? Leftovers in the deepness of Windows from former tries to get my even older Palm m125 work? Is this possibly the reason why there are doubled Outlook entries in the HotSync Manager? How can I figure out what's going wrong? Any other idea?
    Best regards
    Jochen
    Post relates to: Palm TX

You may want to "clean" uninstall Palm Desktop and start over again from scratch.
You may want to save your data in Outlook in case something happens to your data during the process. You can save to a .pst file.
Search the forums for the "clean" uninstall instructions for Vista that I had posted previously. Those should work for Win7.
Once removed from your PC, re-install PD and select to sync with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop.

  • Satellite P100-426 - What sound driver I need for Windows 7 64bit?

    Hello,
I have installed Windows 7 64bit to my P100-426. It was no problem but I can't foud a driver for the sound chip and I also don't know wich sound chip is on board.
    Maybe someone can help me.
    thank's a lot.

    Hey,
The problem is hat neither for Windows Vista 64bit or Windows 7 64bit are drivers available for your notebook model. I have checked this on official Toshiba website:
    http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp
According the Toshiba page your notebook has Conexant sound chip
But Conexant doesnt provide drivers directly so you have to check the Toshiba website again
I found out that Satellite P300 has also Conexant sound card and there is a driver for Windows 7 64bit available. In my opinion you should try the sound driver from Satellite P300. Theoretically this should work. ;)

  • Windows 7 64bit & Aceeca USB Drivers & PdaNet

Has anyone been successful in using the Aceeca USB drivers with PdaNet 4.1.2 on Windows 7 64bit?
I believe this should work, but it doesn't.  I have place two support messages into June Fabrics about this over the last two weeks and got no response.  The June Fabrics FAQ says:
Does PdaNet support 64 bit system? On 64 bit Vista I received installation error "UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices err=-536870347".
PdaNet does not work on 64 bit system due to lack of 64 bit USB support from Palm's HotSync Manager.
My device is a Treo 755p.  I can successfully HotSync via both bluetooth and USB/64bit-Aceeca on Windows 7 64bit.  I have got a trial version of USBModem by Mobile-Stream.com to work for Internet tethering, but I just don't understand why PdaNet won't install given the installed Aceeca drivers and June Fabrics FAQ.

Do you need the 20/month additional option from Verizon?

    Next post: Knowing Issues

    Knowing issues:
    1. Hips of NVidia drivers having issues with brightness or not recognising all graphic cards.
I found that only above mention version working with this laptop / graphic card. I had tried few versions from 178 to 306.97, regular, with WHQL and with moded inf and neither worked.
With generic basic adapter brightness and turning off screen by system working flawless, but you have just basic 2D functions. When you install version 257.41 driver working properly, you get all options and brightness working. However, diming and turning off screen by system not working.
Simple fix is to disable 'Generic PnP Monitor' in Device Manager. With this fix you are getting automatic turning off monitor by system, but losing brightness adjustment option.
My preferred option is with disabled 'Generic PnP Monitor'. Before disabling I had setup brightness for all power options to suit my needs and then I disabled 'Generic PnP Monitor'.
If I need to change brightness it is enough to enable 'Generic PnP Monitor' in Device Manager.
    2. Turbo button and all function keys working correctly with and without installed SCM, except for brightness if you have disabled 'Generic PnP Monitor'.
    3. If you decide not to install SCM as I, than you can use application 'KeyTweak' to assign any action to 'P1' button.

  • Qosmio G40 - Windows 7 64bit and missing drivers

Hello..i recently upgraded my G40 to win7 64bit and have been very dismayed at all the missing drivers.
    so far
1 Cd/hd dvd drive - driver not supported on this product - it was when it was on vista 32 - now i just get cd drive error.??
2 tv tuner - no driver available
3 av controller - no driver available
4 acoustic silencer - no driver available
5 finger print software - installed driver - no hardware found?? it definatly has one ..im looking at it.
6 hdmi control manager - no driver available
7 infrared driver- no driver available
some of these drivers i can do without - (finger print im not worried about 0 but the CD/HD DVD drive is a real problem..
Im normally reasonably fine with installing all these drivers...but it seems there are non there ..or they dont see the hardware....please help.

Wait a moment you are mixing something.
Do not mix CD/DVD driver and HD DVD driver.
When you install operating system optical disc drive must be recognized properly. If you have problem watching HD DVD movies that completely other issue.
So, is optical disc drive recognized properly? Can you use music CDs and watch DVD movies?
If you cannot find Toshiba HD DVD player for 64 bit OS try to use some other players. I don't have HD DVD media and cannot test it for you.
PCI memory controller is maybe cardreader.
