Hello i am currently running a windows 7 home premium just wondering if there's any way i can run my trial version of windows sever 2012 but keeping my windows 7 as well?

Yes, for the Mulit-boot configuration, please take a look at the article below:
Install more than one operating system (multiboot)
Please note, we must install the older operating system first, and then install the more recent operating system. If you don't (for example, if you install Windows Vista on a computer already running Windows 7), you can render your system
inoperable. This can happen because earlier versions of Windows don't recognize the startup files used in more recent versions of Windows and can overwrite them.
If we installed the newer version fist, and then the older version, then we might try to configure the boot entries to make it work in mulit-boot. More information, please take a look at the link below:

So, if I understand correctly, you have cloud hosted servers (Server 2012) and you're trying to manage via ConfigMgr 2012 (install software etc).
1. Are these servers part of your domain?
2. What connectivity is there to the servers?
3. Have you created a boundary for the servers and added to a boundary group?
4. Have you successfully installed a ConfigMgr client and it is reporting correctly?

Report Viewer error in Windows Server 2012 & Windows Sever 2012 R2

Hi,
I have created an application with .net & C#. I have used Report viewer 2008 for generating report. Now I am trying to use this application on Windows Server 2012 & Windows Server 2012 R2. But I am getting the error related to assembly not getting
loaded.
I am clueless why this is happening.The same application is working fine in Windows server 2008 R2. The error which I am getting is:-

My 10.9.0.1 internal mac was ruined after the installation of Windows Server 2012 on boot camp

Hi Everyone. I've been trying to install Windows Server 2012 on my boot camp. Well, soon after the 2012 was installed, my mac os 10.9.0.1 was ruined. When I pressed on the option key while the imac was booting, I can see the icon of "10.9.0.1 recovery". But after I chose it, the apple tried very hard to boot it up with a progress bar below the apple icon. The computer shut down itself after the progress bar reached the end. I've tried boot it up with the installation CD and tried to repair the Macintosh HD in Disk Uitilites but no use. It was said the hard drive cannot be repaired and better be reformat. Currently I can only boot up my mac from my SuperDuper external clone drive. Anyone could give me wise advices to fix this problem please?

The "wise advices" I can offer are:
Read the Boot Camp documentation before trying to reinstall Windows Server. Windows Server is not supported by Boot Camp
Erase and reformat your hard drive. Reinstall OSx then restore your data from your backup.
Use a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox to install Windows Server

Windows Server 2012 not booting as a Hyper V guest

Hi all,
As always the best laid plans go to crap and so I need help from the best in the business, aka - all of you.
I am installing Windows 2012 Server Standard as a VM in Hyper V. I initially created it as a Vm in Server 2008 however for some reason the vm would not boot at a certain point . I installed the operating system fine from an ISO from the VLSC - rebooted fine
etc. As soon as I started to create roles (just IIS with .net 3.5 roles etc) - no directory services, its purely operating as a web and sql server... - at some point it wont boot. I start the VM, connect to it - get the windows 2012 splash screen however it
won't boot to the login screen. I can see CPU action for a period of time then NOTHING! - blank screen - no connection - no rdp.
I thought it was because of incompatibility between 2012 guest and 2008 host. So I upgraded the host to 2012 Hyper V Server Core (you know, the free one). That in itself was fine, all worked perfectly - all my 2008 Vm's are fine and operate well. I reinstalled
2012 Standard... Once again rebooted fine, however as soon as I added any roles or services (IIS) it just wont boot past the splash screen. I have installed VM guest drivers etc prior to installing roles and services - Nothing! Same behaviour, boots - see
splash - see CPU activity in Hyper V Manager, then nothing.
I can only think it's a driver issue perhaps or something wrong with the iso - however it does not explain why it boots fine then suddenly stops. Has anyone else experienced this? Anything I can try? I managed to install all updates etc before this happened.
I really dont want to keep re installing. I havent activated yet as I wanted to make sure it worked before I did if that is a factor?

Hi sounds very unusual, the only thing I can think of initially are the integration services installed, and is the network working correctly. if you have a Server physical or virtual on a domain, with network connectivity issues is can take an age to boot.
Try disabling the network adapter from the hardware settings and see if the Virtual server boots. if so, then you need to look at network side.
Also does you system have enough resource, IE, Ram, and CPU.

Windows Server 2012 R2 boots in CMD after several Restarts

I have been facing this problem after i installed some applications on the server and after we did several restarts the server boots up only in cmd.
I am very sure that i installed the OS with GUI since i have logged in with it while i am installing the application.

Office 2013 Home and Business License Compatability with Windows Server 2012 R2

Are there any license issues with installing Office 2013 Home and Business on Server 2012 R2 operating system?
I am having inconsistent issues installing this software on a server running this operating system. The Office software is not being acccesed by client workstations. Its a stand alone software installation for the server. Are there any
special installation procedures I must follow or software registration procedures I must follow?
Microsoft website states Office 2013 Home and Business is compatible with Server 2012 but doesnt include the an R2 version reference.

Please note only Volume Licensing editions of Office may be used on RDS host server. Since Home and Business is a Retail edition, it's not suitable/permitted if you are using RDS.

Now when you will do telnet to using Radius credentials, Its Should work, If radius goes down you can use LOCAL username and password as fallback method.

I have used Windows Home Server 2011 but I have problems with connections and backups. Is Windows Server 2012 more reliable to use with computer backups?

i suggest that you ask in
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/home?category=windowshomeserver about the backup problems you have.
Also for the connection problem ask there. For me this sounds as a configuration problem.
I am pretty sure that the Server itself is able to run backups and connections.

Hi Susan. I hope there's a better 'fix' coming to replace this "uninstall the updates, restore, then reinstall the updates after the restore". This kind of workaround requires that all of us remember that there's a problem
with KB3023562 and KB3004375 from now until the end of WS2012E. Not sure I'll remember this 6 months from now when the problem crops up during a restore. -:(

In the first resrart Windows Home Server is starting and I can't go on installing Server 2012.
How can I bypass this problem?

Hello,
on the Windows Core machine itself follow:
Determine the index number for a Server with a GUI image (for example, SERVERDATACENTER, not SERVERDATACENTERCORE) with Get-WindowsImage-ImagePath<path to wim>\install.wim.
•Run Install-WindowsFeatureServer-Gui-Mgmt-Infra,Server-Gui-Shell –Restart –Source c:\mountdir\windows\winsxs
