Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit doesn't show my iPod Touch 4

I have attached my iPod Touch 4 to my Windows 7 PC via the included USB cable. iTunes recognizes the iPod. It is nowhere to be found in Windows Explorer or Computer. Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus controllers lists Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. My iPod seems to be working. iTunes and iOS are up to date. I need to transfer music from the computer to the iPod. What can I do about it?

The iPod is NOT a flash drive, hard drive or memory card substitute. It cannot be seen as a drive in Windows Explorer (except for the camera function which shows up in Windows Explorer under your device's name)

I did not leave anything out from the error message. It doesn't point to a specific file, it just ends with "(x86)..." Every time I boot up my computer, this error message pops up on my desktop.
How do I repair this issue? I have found multiple suggested solutions but am unsure which one is the best, and I don't want to try a bunch of different things for fear I may make the problem worse. I would like to try and fix this myself if possible but I need to know if that is really possible or if I need to take my computer to someone for repairs. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi I have a HP Pavillion DV6-1355 dx windows 7 Home premium 64 bit and I have some major issues ,first when I bought this computer I turned it on it automatically connected and downloaded a whole bunch of stuff I am not even sure what all ,my P/N #VM222UA#ABA , S/N [Personal Information Removed] I dont even know what should and shouldnt be on here anymore . It has a sticker in keyboard area at bottom right corner and a windows 7 sticker says Intel Duo core and yet I get troubleshooters refering to Vista ,AMD ,and several other computers .In my device manager it has a bunch of stuff with little yellow gears .I feel it has down loaded my old computers which I dont have but 1 and my current ones which are all windows 7 64 bit . I was gong to scare my husband by starting his prinnter from mine wasnt even sure what I was doing but I do remeber it saying that I would have to be in control over the pcs I cant remember exactly and I also wanted to make sure updates were done because my husband never did them so I thought great they will get regular updates. At that time we had 3 windows xps 1 professional 64 bit,1 hp media center 2005 64 bit and a windows xp home edition 32 bit .I didnt know much about pcs then I sought help but never got it resolved we had a differnt router and i beleave sbc global at time when I did it that computer ended up dieing so I no longer have it but yet I see its hardware listed and I see the AMD listed and SIS and Matrix with dates going back to 2003 and this computer is a 2009 . Can I install and use XE on Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit?

I would like to install Oracle XE as a learning tool but have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit which I see in the installation guide is not supported. I guess the answer therefore is to upgrade to Windows 7 Professional which the XE Installation Guide says is supported.
I have checked various forums and there seems to be some varying opinions on this. Before I go ahead and upgrade to Windows 7 Professional, can someone advise the best course of action please?

The full 11g documentation can be quite helpful, even though XE has a subset of the SE or EE options, and going through the XE 2-Day DBA pages is good reading as well.

I have even downloaded it to a separate folder and ran the install with IE shut down completely. And Shockwave in ENABLED but in 32 bit .I have been trying to get this to work for about 3 weeks now. HELP!!!

Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.
If you need to open a local SWF file you will need the standalone player (Projector) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually.

Illustrator 15.0.2 extremely slow on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Illustrator has been working nicely on my computer up until the 15.0.2 upgrade. Now it chugs along at a snails pace and locks up/hangs frequently when switch between tools or windows.
My system specs are:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel i7 Q720 processor
6GB RAM
1GB ATI video card
Is anybody else experiencing extremely slow performance with the 15.0.2 upgrade?

I am having a suspisciously similar issue and I would like to elaborate a bit..
I too have this odd issue where Illustrator works ok (though screen redraw lags) but as soon as I go between programs, whether Notepad, Acrobat or similar simple programs - Illustrator freezes for 5-10 seconds. I go back and forth a lot - looking through documents (pdfs etc.) when I draw so the annoyance is simply unbearable.
I have used Illustrator for ages and roughly 6 months ago I bought a new PC to use at home. Its specs are:
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
PROC: Intel i7 930
RAM: 12 GB OCZ PLATINUM
GFX: ATI RADEON HD 5870
MOBO: P6X58D
These specs thrashes my specs at work by far and yet Illustrator BOTH CS4 and CS5 runs smooth and hazle free at the old worn out computer at work, while being close to useless at home. I have googled my eyes out and found no solution. Tried clearing the prefs, etc. - which made no difference. Disabled Aero and all other gfx consuming stuff - with absolutelu no improvement. I have even tried flagging Illustrator CS5 as Large Adress Aware... didn't help
I can run all other Adobe CS4 and CS5 (master edition) very good!

As mention here home OS not supported, so as mention here again if you make some googling you can find link&blog which is mention to create WM machine, install linux(you can use OEL linux which is free and can be download from e-delivery site) than you can make 11g installation on it

Ei.cfg not being seen by windows installer on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit retail disk.

My problem is that the retail disk of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit has no ei.cfg restrictions. Instead of choosing the correct operating system ID, on install, the .cfg
is coming from some where else installing a custom version of windows that is a different version of windows than on the retail install disk that I have a software key to. Even though it recognizes the key as windows 7 the operating system no longer recognizes
the retail disk it was installed from as the same version of operating system. It seems that there is a pre operating system install to a volume that cant see the ei.cfg file on the windows retail disk. It is something like Windows ME or MCE and it is hard
to get past because it acts like the operating system after install. It looks like there is a complete install of windows 7 but it is only a version of ME or MCE in the 100MB range installed to a partition volume. I am given a User account Profile within
Application Data folder in the system. The actual windows system in its entirety does not exist in the partial virtual operating systems. All the installs are to Partition Volumes on the Partition of a GPT Server Partition on a Disk
on the Hard drive. All Virtual.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and 32bit retail disk is GSP1RMCHPXFRER_EN_DVD. The bios version on my Asus G75VX is American Megatrends version 206, V Bios version 80.04.97.00.13.N62G75500, EC version B14E140001. The operating system version is not the same

The above information was taken after an install from the Microsoft Windows 7 64 bit retail disk purchased at Fry's and installed to my Asus G75VX. It is a Network Managed Client Server configuration that installs from the retail disk.

I have been dealing with this problem since the day I purchased the first notebook from Best Buy configured this way and it was not even an Asus. It was a Samsung Chronos i7. The Asus G75VX I have now is the third notebook in a row purchased from Best Buy
with the configuration right out of the un open retail box. None out of the three came with windows 7 installed. They had windows 8 64bit installed with the configuration. I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit attempting to get around the configuration

My main concern is that I use computers to do my legal documents in court cases in the United States Federal Courts and I am a pro se litigator and I have been litigating a civil action since 2011 that is still open in the federal court. I am also legally
disable and covered by Federal Communications Act FCC Rule 255. This configuration has Telephone software and equipment, Management Software and equipment, and Networking software and equipment all covered within FCC Rule 255. My notebook is unusable for litigation
or personal use as a Publicly Managed Network Client Server. I paid $1350.00 of my Social Security Disability income for the Asus G75VX and another $216.00 for Windows 7 Home Premium 32 and 64 bit DVD and that is not counting a list of other things to
now have a personal notebook computer I have to sat down beside me in public libraries, Colleges etc. to use their computers to do my legal work. It is illegal and total wrong and it is a violation of the Bill of Rights First and Fourth Amendments and Title

Replacing Motherboard on HP Media Center PC running Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit)

Running OEM version of Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) on an HP Pavilion Media Center m8226x Desktop PC. Replacing motherboard ASUS M2N68-LA Motherboard 6150SE HP Narra2-GL8E with an MCP61PM-HM (Nettle2) motherboard due to failure. Both boards have same chipset and form factor. Can I just replace board without reinstalling windows? Do I need to install new drivers? I don't have an install CD or install key, would Microsoft provide a key if needed? Is there a link I can reference for MB replacement/ install?

The OEM license is tied to the original motherboard version, ie M2N68-LA. You lose the OEM "rights" when you changed the board.

No Oracle product is certified against any Windows Home OS.
As Vista was released after Oracle 10gR2, 10gR2 is not certified against any edition of Vista.
You need to downgrade to XP, or install Linux.

This forum is specifically for XE (the 10g/11g Express Editions). From your post it seems your product of choice is a non XE edition.
See Database - Installation forum instead, {forum:id=64}.
Note that no Home or Starter editions of Windows are on the requirements list of the installation guide. Make sure all pre-reqs are followed, thoroughly.

Looking at the hardware specs for your model you should be able to use all of the W7 x64 drivers and software from the HP Probook 450 G2 on your model except the BIOS and firmware files.
