Windows 7 Laptop and Iphone 4S:

I have a laptop with Windows 7 with current version of ITunes 11.0.2.26 and have the IPhone 4S with the current iOS 6.1.3 Itunes is seeing my IPhone, but the laptop is not seeing it properly. Once the IPhone is connected it will charge and connect to ITunes, but Windows doesn't show the device as having the proper driver. In "Hardware" setting of the laptop, the IPhone doesn't show up so I can not make the IPhone to show up in My Computer as a hard drive device. My reason to get this to work is to remove the videos from my phone. I have tried to use ICloud to transfer to other devices and download, but it won't accept videos just my computers. I need assistance to get the IPhone to show up as a hard drive, but as previously mentioned the problem lays with the laptop not having the proper driver. I have done the following corrective measures:
Uninstall and reinstalled ITunes
I have held the powere and home button on the IPhone while being connected to the laptop.
I have looked into registry correction, but the incorrect text is not in the registry.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to lose these videos because non compatibility issues. If this is going to be on going occurrence I will have to give up using Apple products. Thank you.

how did you uninstall iTunes ? Did you remove ALL components according to http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923 ? If not: I highly recommend you give that one a try.
Seems like iTunes is working but the issue is at the windows explorer. It might be useful to contact microsoft...

When I try it crashes Outlook. iTunes continues to try to sync, but when it finishes my Calendar and Contents are empty (ERASED!). I have de-installed and re-installed iTunes (according to Apple's instructions), repaired Office 2013 and Outlook, scanned for viruses (etc), cleaned out temp folders, defragmented, etc., etc., etc. Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone know houw to fix it? My iPad has stopped connecting to my wifi and says No Internet Connection, even though I have 3 bars wifi and my laptop and iPhone in the same room are connected

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Can I sync a desktop, laptop and iPhone?

I want to sync my desktop, laptop and iPhone - I am able to sync 2 of the 3 - but not all 3 of them.
Is it possible to sync them all?
If not, if I bookmark something on the one that isn't synced, then it won't be added to my iphone (for example).

You are talking about the menu bar of Itunes, right?
Yes. With iTunes open the menu bar is at the top of your screen.
where exactly is the Store/synck you iphone option?
After you authorize the computer connect your iPhone then follow the instructions here > iOS: How to transfer or sync content to your computer
When you are done transferring the data to the desktop, right or control click the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window then click Back Up.
That way you will have a backup just in case you need to restore your iPhone.

For your contacts go to settings on your phone - mail contacts and calendars - scroll down to contacts and change display order to the one you want ( you can also change sort order, but ususally people prefer last name first and see if that is what you have).
For your yahoo emails go on your computer open outlook
In Outlook 2010, choose File > Accounts.
Click account settings and confirm the command by clicking "Add and remove accounts or change existing connection settings."
Select account and click "Change."
Click "Advanced."
Click "More Settings."
Click the "Advanced" tab.
Enter "7" in the box to the right of "Remove from server after."
Click OK.
Close Account Settings.
If you have outlook 2007
In Outlook 2007, choose Tools > Account Settings.
Click the account you wish to edit and then click Change.
Click the "More Settings" button.
Select the Advanced tab located across the top of the window.
Select the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option.
Select the "Remove from server after" option.
Enter 7 in the box to the right of "Remove from server after."
Click OK.
Close Account Settings.

You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.

try to restore in itunes bye putting in recovey mode turn the ipod off press the home button and plug in the ipod into the computer. an itunes shuld see it in recovery mode and click restore. and that should do the trick.

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

I see that the number in my Adobe Account is a MAC serial number – I purchased both the Mac and Windows versions of the program.
