Windows 7 no network adaptor and no WIFI connection

My MBP A1286 was installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit in Superdrive by Boot Camp Assistant and without internet connection. It was completed successfully. WIFI has no problems with OS X Lion except that in Windows 7, There were a few drivers not found and cannot connect to internet with LAN or WIFI. The first important driver is Network Adapter which is missing and if resolved, then I can windows update and search for missing drivers.
Please help.

No where was mentioned the solution which I found out the long consuming hours of trials.
1. When using Boot Camp Assistant (BCA), ONLY internal Superdrive can create CD for Downloading Windows software. You cannot use external superdrive. Since I did not create a CD then I have to redo BCA and select both option to burn CD and remove Win 7. Only then the CD is burn successfully. Next screen, do not proceed to restore MAC OS X (ie to remove Win 7).
2. Reboot and press button "Option" to select and boot Win 7-64bit. Then serach in the CD folders and install the files manually so that the Device Managers icon are fully updated drivers (you can't get connected to internet: look into the folder Broadcom and install all the three 64-bits drivers, thereafter you are connected for Windows update.)
3. At Start/Run, type "Manage Wireless Networks" /Add /Manually create a Network profile. The information should be the same as the router WIFI settings. Tick also below two options. That's WIFI will be connected.

I don't have wireless but in Vista there was a wireless configuration wizard.
And yes set up wired first. Install Apple driver, and based on dozens of identical threads, probably update the driver - via Device Manager, find what device and manually install what you need.

I upgraded Apple TV late last week. Last weekend I rented a couple of movies from Apple TV. I watched one immediately, and was going to watch the other one the next day. On Sunday I opened up Apple TV to watch the film, and..... NOTHING THERE. I could see 'purchased movies', 'top movies', etc., at the top of the bar, but no mention of rentals. Even the film I'd watched (which obviously you can see for 48 hours) had disappeared into a black hole in Apple TV. I have been charged for these movie, and sent in a complaint.
My airplay seemed to be fine, but.... last night, my computer was not seeing an Apple TV or showing an airplay sing, so I restarted and the Apple TV and airplay sign returned. If I chose to watch the film on the computer it started up immediately, if I chose airplay, I got the first image of the film and the loading sign going on and on (round and round) forever. The film never started. I restarted my Apple TV, the same. I restarted the computer, the same. I tried with various programmes and no go.

Im praying that somebody could help me with my problem.
ive upgraded from windows 8 to 8.1 and since then my wifi connection breakes every now and then and my ethernet adaptor doesnt work anymore. according to my research thats a common problem. i tried all solutions i found but nothing works.
my device manager says that both (wifi and ethernet) drivers are up to date and ready to use but the wifi breaks down and needs a reset. the ethernet adptor doesnt work either. lan cable (brand new and tested) is not recognized.
id be so thankful, if somebody could help me.

I’m sorry to hear that the LAN and Wireless is not working as expected after updating to Windows 8.1, normally to avoid compatibility issue all the drivers should be updated when the computer is in Windows 8. Just connected a Linksys plw400 extender to my wifi network & IPad 2 looses Wifi connection

Just connected a linksys plw400 to my wifi network and now my ipad2 can see the network but cannot connect. When I disconnect the linksys plw400 my IPad2 will connect albeit a weak signal which is why I bought the extender which works fine with my Dell laptop and Galaxy S3 can anyone help me with this issue?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Windows 7 and windows 8 desktop wired and 7510e printer connected to win 7 wireless

I have a windows 7 64 bit HPavilion Elite 150f desktop set up wired with a 7510e photosmart printer connected to it wireless, now I have purchased a windows 8 desktop HP envy 700-019 desktop.
When I set up my new windows 8 desktop I just plugged it into my wireless router/modem combo and it found my printer and I could just print from it, I did not download any software or drivers for my printer or set up a home group as I was not sure how to set it up but last night I tried to set up a homegroup,
I used my wireless network key and entered it and pressed connect, then I entered the Homegroup password that was downloaded for me from Microsoft, but my windows 7 says homegroup and my windows 8 shows private network so I am not sure what I have done wrong, I chose to only share music and printers, can anyone tell me how to do this correctly as I am not sure that I have done it properly.
On my windows 8 I can go to my printers web site by entering the static IP address that cloud support set up for me and it shows as connected but I do not want to enter any printer code as that is already set up on my windows 7, I can also scan to email on my windows 8 but I am not sure what if any security I have on my windows 8. The last time I had a homegroup set up I payed someone to do it for me so I did it by guess work more than anything, if someone can lead me through it step by step I would appreciate it.

I would like to do my best to help, but please bear in mind the issue you are expressing is an inquiry for Microsoft not HP. I did find something I think will be most helpful, and I hope it resolves the issue, but if the issue persists, or you have additional questions, it might be best to reach out to the Microsoft community.
Here is what I found; HomeGroup from start to finish.
In the top right hand corner of the article, you can change it from WIndows 7 to Windows 8. I hope this helps.

Updated to 5.1 this weekend and lost wifi connectivity on iPhone 4 and Ipad 2

This weekend I updated my iPhone 4 (AT&T) and iPad 2 (Verizon 3G, wifi) to 5.1. Since the update (went flawlessly), I have been unable to connect to wifi networks anywhere. All that I get is the continuously running circle that shows it is trying to connect (but never actually does). I have RESET all Network connections numerous times, did the 'Forget this' connection on everything, etc. They will no longer connect to places that I have always connected to (Home network, CLE Airport, Hilton, Work, etc...). I can connect to all networks fine with my laptop and blackberry, but I just get the constant connection circle with my iPhone and iPad 2. Can anyone offer any other advise?
I have tried:
1. Reboot (Soft)
2. Reboot (Hard (Home and Power button)
3. Forget WiFi connection
4. Reset Network Connections
5. Tried 6 different Wireless (wifi) networks that I have always been able to connect to with no luck.
6. Airplane Mode with wifi on...
7. Turned 3G off...
Desperately awaiting some assistance, I do not have cell connections in our facilities or the hotel, so basically have a useless device right now!

I have the same problem with my Ipad 2 16gb WiFi, I bought it in US on march (I don´t live in US) I returned to my country and updated the IOS to 5.1.
One week ago the wifi signal dissapeared, I get the continuously running circle that shows it is trying to connect too.
I tried to reset it, to restart it, I even erase all content and settings but the problem continues.
As you can imagine an Ipad without internet connection is useless, I have opened a case in Apple Technical Support.
All I want to do is to return it
The question is if It will be possible to replace it or change it by other apple product. I will go to US again next month.

Call phone and xfinity wifi connection problems

My galaxy tablet works fine on Home Xfinity WiFi, but both Galaxy S5 and S6 cell phones get " Authenticatin error" with the very same correct password. We reset the modem a few time, reset phones many times - Still won't work. 3 trips to T-Mobile - phones will work with secured wifi at t-Mobile, but not xfinity! HELP?!!!

reset my network settings and reset phone a billion times already, same issue still occur. sometimes the phone will wake up with wifi and sometimes it will go to 3g, one time it went to GPRS, its just really bizarre. If i open safari it will ask if i want to join the network that i originally set up, but when i select the network it just says "unable to connect". If i just leave the phone be for a couple hours and wake it up again, it will rejoin the wifi network.
I use remote to control my music library, but if my phone goes to sleep, it won't reconnect again so it's basically useless.

Very slow and erratic wifi connection

My wifi connection is very erratic. Often when I am working online, my internet connection will suddenly be lost. When I look at my Task Manager, the Performance graph shows no activity and lists my connection speed at 0 Kbps. I often have to disconnect and reconnect, which sometimes brings it back, but not often. When my connection comes back, the Performance graph shows wild spikes. My laptop is the only computer working on wifi, and the router is not far from the laptop. I am also disappointed in my internet speed, even when working with a wired connection. It seems to be faster on weekdays, slower on weekends, and super slow in the evenings. Before I had Comcast, I had Verizon, and I never had any issues with wifi. Comcast was supposed to greatly improve my connection speed, but instead it has greatly diminished my internet speed and offers a terrible, erratic, and often nonexistent wifi connection.

Funny...Comcast never mentioned anything about speed depending on neighborhood density when they were luring me away from Verizon with promises of greatly improved internet speed. I now wish I had never left Verizon. I should have believed my friends when they told me how awful Comcast was. Thanks again for your reply.

HT2822 Network Cable not overriding WiFi connection on Apple TV

I prefer to use the network cable so when I plug in the cable, the Apple TV continues to uses the WiFi radio. I would simply disable WiFi on the Apple TV but that's not possible. I guess I can erase the WiFi settings and password.
Am i doing something wrong

If you have stable wifi with good connectivity it should work fine - in reality many people struggle with wifi.
I was plagued by interference issues with wifi whenever the microwave was used and would always use ethernet now as my first preference for stability.
As the house is not wired for ethernet several years ago I tried mains powerline network adapters that are made by many companies.
I use these from Devolo currently:

They are excellent and you can create a wired network in minutes without running long lengths of cable.
As with wifi they never achieve the highest rated speeds and are dependent on the wiring quality but are more than adequate for HD streaming to multiple AppleTVs.
Many other manufacturers produce these eg Belkin, Netgear etc as well as lesser known brands.

Update to 7.1 causes screen freeze upon closing from Safari and slow wifi connection.

I updated my iPad 3 last weekend. Right after the update the screen froze and I had to restart it by holding the home button and on/off switch. Ever since then the screen freezes a minimum of once a day. This normally happens when closing Safari. I've also been kicked off of Facebook several times and brought back to the home screen. Not to mention my wifi internet connection is running super slow at home and work. Any ideas of what this is happening? My husband updated his iPad 2 and is not experiencing these issues. We think the update may have been corrupted but not sure what to do. Thanks in advance for help on this.

The screen froze again yesterday. This time it happened while I was in the photos app. The screen starts to shrink when I pinch it but it doesn't close all the way. I get a small "thumbnail" of the screen which gets stuck. I am very good about making sure I don't have a lot of open apps, I try to close them all everyday by double clicking the home button and swiping them up. If you have any ideas please let me know. I am going to try and keep a log of when this happens, what is open in the background and which app gets frozen. Thanks again for the help on the internet slowness. It is working fine now. Not sure if this makes a difference but this is a refurbished iPad 3 that is about a year and a half old.

As Calin Liviu mentioned, you do not have to manage connection objects. In fact, changes that you make to connection objects that the KCC creates automatically are ignored.
If the site is added to more than one site link, it might be an interim site between other sites that are added to this site link.

Apple TV remote lost, and no wifi connection

Help, Ive lost my Apple TV remote, Ive seen the forum topics on the remote app but Ive also changed BB providers recently so the Apple TV box isn't connected to my wifi so I can't access it! I'm happy to buy a replacement remote but wondering how I would set it up as I can't access the settings on the Apple TV box.

The Apple TV would recognize your replacement remote out of the box, same as your original one did.
