Windows 7 not find IEEE1394 Driver for my MAC Mini

Hi, i try to install windows 7 ultimate on my MacMini Core 2 duo.
All ok... I use bootcamp 3.1 for install driver in windows... and all OK but.... not Controller IEEE1394
I can't find and instal driver for it...
someone have a solution?

Windows Could not find the Driver for your Apple iPod USB Device (5G 30GB)

I have a 8GB iPod Nano. My roommate has a 30GB 5G Video. Black.
My iPod syncs flawlessly. His is not recognized by Windows or iTunes. Every time we plug in the iPod, it prompts us for the driver. I tried to install the update apple mentions through the windows process, but after going through the tedious Windows Genuine Verification process, I was told that the update didn't apply to my computer.
We use a Lenovo Thinkpad T60p, which shipped with Windows Vista Business.
We are running iTunes 7.3.1.3, and there are no windows updates available for the computer.

...reinstalled 7.3.1.3 (over and over and over)
...tried different USB ports. (Early on, we saw it once after swapping ports).
...tried turning off the ability of the computer to 'Turn this device off to save power."
I have also verified that the iPod works on my work Dell Lattitude D620 running XP, and that it's not the cord, as we've used the cord that came with my Nano as well.
So, the problem seems to be with vista, as many people seem to have had. The best thread I found that deals with this was http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=995793.
But even after having tried everything, I still have an unrecognizable iPod.
When I run iPod diagonostics, everything seems okay, except for the iPod connection, which says failed. I've had difficulty working with the iPod service under Computer/Device Manager - it doesn't ever seem to stop or start, with the iPod plugged in or not.
And interestingly enough, the FAT32 external harddrive that I use to back up my data exhibits exactly the same problem ("Windows could not find the driver for your USB Mass Storage Device). This device worked great in XP, and even odder, I have a FAT32 partition of the main HD as a swap space between my VistaOS and my Ubuntu installation.
Do I have to chalk this up to another issue with Windows Vista? What bothers me there is that you're a ping-pong between windows support and apple support - no one really owns up the problem.

Bill, I've been stuck in this loop for 3 months since buying a new laptop with Vista Basic. I've tried everything to no avail. I don't know what else to do apart from buying a cheap PC running XP. Let me know if you manage to find a solution and I'll do the same.

Hi: Please click on the device in the device manager. Then click on the details tab. Post the top string of characters you see. Those will identify the type and model of the missing device and I can send you the link to the drivers. It is either your AMT driver, TPM driver or IMEI driver. Where can I buy a replacement DVD drive for a mac mini A1347

My mac mini is out of warranty and my toddler stuffed several discs into the drive slot.
Whenever it booted, it made a horrible ratcheting clicking noise, but couldn't eject anything.
I disassembled the entire computer, and pulled all 3 discs out with pliers. After reassembling, the computer works fine, but the DVD drive won't "catch" a disc and pull it in. I'm pretty sure some gear or something has been irreparably damaged, or that I bent it as I was pulling the disc out.
I've been having a difficult time trying to find a replacement drive to order anywhere.
Besides going with an external USB drive, does anyone know of the cheapest option for a replacement slot drive for the mac mini A1347. (AKA "mid 2010", AKA Core 2 Duo DDR3).
I don't want to haul it down to an Apple Store and pay a huge premium to have them diagnose and replace a part that I'm very capable of doing myself.

Loo. If you go into MAX and look under the software tab, does NI-IMAQ 2.51 show up? If so, make sure the Image Acquisition VIs are available in LabVIEW (or make sure the library files are available in your programming environment). If the VIs don't appear, or if the software isn't in MAX, then you probably have a dirty installation. To clean it up, make sure NI-IMAQ is totally uninstalled and that the NI-IMAQ folder is empty.
If everything appears to be normal in software, but the 1428 card still doesn't install, then the card may be bad. The best way to test this is to install the board on another computer. If it works on one computer but not the other, then it's definately a software problem.

Im looking for driver for this blue ray external harddrive for mac: MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ265

You'd need to check the mfr's website; I doubt there is one as Macs do not support Blu-Ray. However, what you do need is software to either play a movie or burn one.
Correction: are you talking about an external hard drive?
Or are you referring to a CD/DVD drive?
Addendum: googled the model number - it is a burner, so you'll need software. There is Roxio Toast for one thing.

EMac on 10.4.11 not finding printer driver for HP2015, only Generic...

I have installed this printer on our network, but the Macs are not seeing the installed options (tray 3 etc).
When I add the printer, I am unable to locate the correct driver for it and the only option that will work is the 'Generic Postcript'.
I have downloaded and installed the latest install package from HP (HP LaserJet P2015 and Color LaserJet 2605_2700), but this is not listed in the printer menu.
Any ideas please.?

Had one mac backed up with TC went to back another to same time capsule now can not find back up for original mac

Had my main mac computer in office for many weeks backed up with TC, all was fine. Earlier today went to back up my Mac Book to the same TC. All appeared to go fine. However went to original mac to see the back ups from the main mac. Said connection error could n ot connect. I can not find any of the original back ups?
I was told that it was a straight forward procedure to add another computer's backups?

On the main computer I try and enter the Time Machine and it is telling me that there is no Location for Time Machine Backups. It then tells me that I need to set time machine up again. I then select the time capsule and ask to use it for back up. It then goes on to tell me that "There was an error connecting to server. Check server name or IP Address, then try again.

On the Toshiba page you can find the display driver!!! The driver was definitely published!!
Toshiba published 2 drivers for XP (ATI and Intel) and 2 drivers for W2k (ATI and Intel)
So check it out!

Need very large and quiet external drive for my mac mini

Hi, I already own a LaCie Bigger Disk Extreme 1TB triple interface drive.
the problem though is that it is extremely loud.
can anyone recommend an external hard drive as large or at least a 500 GB drive that's reliable and more importantly quiet.

Not quite what you asked for but this really is better...
Buy a PC box. Find one that is dead quiet and has a large number of disk drive bays. I have an Antec "Sonata" with a
2.4Ghz Pentium on an Asus M/B inside. The sonata is a
full sized tower and makes about is much noise at a Mac
Mini. Load the box up with up to 6 disk drives.
Next install Linux and use NFS to export the file system
to the Mac(s) (OK if you don't like Linux use Apple's
"darwin" as the two are nearly the same thing) What you've
got now is a "file server" which has much more functionalliy than a firewire disk drive. For example it can serve
the same files to 100 Macs and it can have it's own RAM cache and do RAID. You want "quiet" put the file server on the end of a 100 foot long Ethernet cable and put in in a closet. Darwin/Linux/BSD is happy to be "headless"
(that means run with no monitor/keyboard/mouse.)
Once you start takling "terabyters" you really should start
thinking about file servers and RAID and backup
It can be fast too. The server can make use of as much
RAM as you want to use as a cache, the RAID caclulations
and RAID multiple writes are done on the server
Apple has it's own storage system but it's middle four
digit price tag you can build the same thing with the
Antec Sonota box and common parts
My setup works well. The Seagate SATA dives are faster
than the Mini's internal drive but the Mini only has
100BaseT Eithernet. So that becomes the bottleneck.
I have yet to try to setup a firewire network between
the server and the Mini. It could be done but I'm not
motivated. 100BaseT works well enough

Hi. I'm tryin to connect my mac mini with my new HP printer.
The softwere won't start because it says that I don't have de update the softwere needs, which is OS X v10.8 or later.
I have OS X v10.7.5. I have found, on apple's site, OS X v10.8.1 and OS X v10.8.2.
But my mac won't accept to run any of them. It just says that I need OS X v10.8 to run the other updates.
Where can I find the update that I need? I can't find it here on apple's site.

The Apple USB superdrive would be a great choice for you, ( http://store.apple.com/ca/product/MD564ZM/A/apple-usb-superdrive?fnode=5f ) I am not certain but I am pretty sure that it has the same form factor as the MacMini (Not thickness but all the other dimenetions) so it fits just under and looks like an extension of your mac.

Have you installed Boot Camp drivers? You need them to make the Wi-Fi and Ethernet cards work.
If you have Snow Leopard, insert the Mac OS X DVD and install the drivers. If you have Mountain Lion or Lion, you have to start into OS X (pressing X key while your computer is starting) and download the drivers on Boot Camp Assistant.
