Windows 7 NOT OPEN

Hello,
I have a problem, installed in my computer BOOTCAMP.
Today I try to run the windows system and it does not cost me.
Does anyone have a solution?

It is not clear what you are asking. Did you buy and install Windows? Bootcamp Assistant is already installed on your computer. You do not need to install Bootcamp. You just need to run Bootcamp Assistant then follow the instructions to install Windows.

Have you used the "Sync Now" option?
The reason I asked is that I tried that option but typed in the wrong email address and that resulted in the keyboard shortcut window not opening on my laptop.
I got a "Sync failed" error message but after I typed in the right address on my main computer, syncing was successful and the keyboard shortcut window reappeared
on the laptop.

Script sub window not opening for particular invoice

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem in my invoice script.That is for some invoice the Script Write form Rstxc-Tdclose = X so it is directly coming out from the window after opening.
For two invoices only i am facing this problem.
Here that particular window is not displaying for some invoices.main window other windows are working fine.
Please,Give me some suggestions where the rstxc structure updated in write_form.

Content window not opening in Firefox 11

Firefox 11.0. Windows XP. I open the options under tools. I can open all the tabs except for the 'content' window. I click on it and the last opened window (advanced or any others) stays. It will not open. Tried opening and closing the window and still nothing.
Any suggestions for getting the content window to open?

Java applet windows not opening in website

User is running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with IE10. She connects to a secure government website and logs into it. Once logged in, she clicks a link which opens a small popup IE window. A short time later, a couple of other small popup windows are supposed to
open which are not IE windows but apparently java windows as the icon on the taskbar is the java icon and not the IE icon as for the main window and the first popup window. One of the java popup windows has links to click on to view various reports.
This user was having no problem performing the above. Then her PC had Office 2013 installed and she says some other updates though she has no idea what (I know IE was not updated). Since then, the java popup windows do not open, only the first IE popup window
opens.
She can go to other Windows 7 Pro computers with IE10 and has no problem with the site and the popup windows. She can also use an XP system with IE8 and has no problem.
I have disabled the popup blocker (though I was sure that wasn't the problem), installed JRE6u45 since she already had JRE7u45. I've tried to match her security and advanced settings to another PC. I've done a complete IE reset. None of these things have
worked.
I've never run into this type of problem before. I don't know if the problem is in IE or in Java or somewhere else. I'm really stumped on this one and I would appreciate suggestions as to where to look for the cause of this.

You could try to deselect the “Automatically Detect Settings” to check how it works.
And enable the scripting of Java applets settings:
1. Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options"
2. Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button
3. Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets"
4. Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked.
5. Click OK to save your preference.
Or you could try to change the settings in group editor (win + R --> Run --> gpedit.msc --> ok):
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Security Page\Internet Zone\Java Permissions
Please also try to reinstall Java.

In addition, I would like to suggest you try to use compatibility mode (go to tools --> Compatibility View Settings) to check the issue.
Meanwhile, I suggest you could reset the Internet Explorer to see if the issue persists.

Please understand that reset Internet Explorer to its default configuration. This step will also disable any add-ons, plug-ins, or toolbars that are installed.
If the issue still occurs, I suggest you use process monitor to identify what is working/not working/identify what is blocking the use of Java/Java applets.

New windows not opening in front of previous ones...

I do not know what happened, but at one point if I was on Safari and had a webpage open and then clicked a link to a new page, it would put the new page on "top" of the previous one(s) which makes sense. Now all of a sudden when I click a link or open a new page it pops up the previous page(s) and I have to close them to find the "buried" new page I want to see. <Edited by Moderator>

Did you check your preferences to see if they were correct? If you go to Preferences > Tabs, is the box that says "Select tabs and windows as they are created" checked? If not, check the box and then new windows should open in the foreground.

Popup window not opening in IE 6.0, SP1

Hi Friends,
Whats the version information for Popup windows to open.
Not able to view the popup window on Internet Explorer 6.0 , build 2800.1106, SP1.
It gives Runtime Error.
I can see the popup windows in IE6.0.2900.2180, SP2

Normally the browser should support the javascript version you are using. The best way is to upgrade the browser to higher SP if it runs on a different SP.
Usually, Javascript erros are very abstract, so tough to handle. So, got to be careful when coding.

OBN call : new window not opening

Hi,
I have one webdynpro application inside an iview in portal. Usually when I click a button in that application it should open a new window (done via OBN call). Now it fails to open a new window. I do not know why it is not opening. Is there any browser setting that forbids the open. But I am sure that no pop up blockers are there. Even I tried to open by holding the ctrl key and that too dint work.

Finder windows not opening, file transfer box not showing.

If I go to open Finder from the dock, or using Command + N a new window doesn't open, I have to open it using harddrive icon off my desktop. Also, when transferring files from drive to drive (either on my computer or across the network) the box showing how far the transfer has progressed doesn't turn up. These are causing me significant problems, so if anyone can help that would be hugely appreciated!
Oh, as I've been writing this about 30 finder windows opened at once, so it appears soemthing is delaying the response, although not regurlary, as they all opened at once. They do now open but the file transfer isn't showing still. My computer has been on an hour and a half for finder to sort itself out, it's ridiculous!

Hi MLansdell, Welcome to Apple Discussions.
Create a new account, name it "test" and see how your Finder works in that User acct? (That will tell if your problem is systemwide or limited to your User acct.) This account is just for test, do nothing further with it.
Open System Preferences >> Accounts >> "+" make it an admin account.
Let us know and we'll troubleshoot this further.

ITunes window not opening

Hi,
I was putting some music onto a memory stick yesterday and ever since then I haven't been able to open my iTunes window. The files I put on the stick are still on my laptop and when I select them in Finder they play, it's just that when I click on iTunes it doesn't open so I can't view any playlists or my library.
Has anyone else encountered this problem that can help?

Best I can suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes (it will not delete any of your music)
It sounds to me like you might have accidentally removed part of the iTunes application when moving your music, depending on the method you used. A reinstall should just do the trick however I'm sorry it's nothing similar. Again a reinstall will not delete your library.

Services.msc window not opening in Windows Server 2012

Hi,
I have installed Windows Server 2012 on my laptop, when I am typing services.msc in run, the services management window opens and closes immediately and no logs in event viewer.
Same thing happens with Task Manager. I am not able to diagnose this issue.

New window not opening

Hi,
I have used dialog:action in adfc-config.xml to open a page in new window. It is working fine when I'm deploying to Integrated Weblogic Server that comes with JDeveloper. But when I'm deploying the application in a standalone weblogic server it is not working and no error is being reported either. I'm using JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0
Can anyone tell me why is it not working and what to do next?

Dvdsp 4.2.1 windows not opening...

Initially thought this problems was limited to compressor alone..now i find out that i cannot use SP...the program opens but none of the workspace windows do...and when i attempt to import a new or old project it crashes
i've deleted and reinstalled done software upgrade to no avail...im not sure when this even started as haven't used it in over 4 months and computer has had several updates

After recently updating several MPEG-2 clips, I had the High bit rate warning, even though I kept trying lower bit rates and even after I deleted the PAR files, re-imported into a fresh project, etc. I finally figured out that when I had Compressor export the updated clips, it over-wrote the old clips in my exports folder, but it didn't do a very good job. At the end of each of the updated MPEG-2 files, were glitches and repeated bits of the beginning of each file. These messed-up tails were flagging as high bit rate. So, in DVDSP, I simply changed the end point on the video tracks to keep the corrupt parts from playing. Not the cleanest solution, but it was a lot faster than re-exporting all my clips to a different folder. I still don't know why over-writing old clips wasn't totally effective. Hope that helps somebody.

Multiple Displays: New app windows not opening on current display

Does anyone have a suggestion or information for me on this one? Here's the story:
I have a brandy-new 15" MBP Retina. All kinds of snazziness! I also picked up a MDP Apple Cinema Display at the same time. Why MDP instead of Thunderbolt you ask? Because I have an older MDP-only MBP I use from time to time, plus Apple had just taken their remaining inventory of NEW MDP displays and marked them as refurbs, saving me $200.
I'm running 10.9 Mavericks and have the displays set to operate as separate spaces/desktops. I sit directly in front of the cinema display and use that primarily while keeping a few other apps open on the MacBook display to my right. Typically, the MacBook has Spotify running fullscreen on it. And this is where I have trouble. There are some apps that insist on opening new windows on the "primary" display, and not the current "working" display. For example, use the Finder to locate a PDF file and double click only to have the MacBook display slide Spotify to the side and show the PDF. So, I move the window to the cinema display (which is where the Finder window is, or email message...) then switch the MacBook back to the fullscreen app. TextWrangler has the same behavior. When I click on the TextWrangler icon in the dock or launch it from Spotlight it slides the fullscreen app on the MacBook display out of the way. This is the case even when I've done all of the most recent work on the cinema display. This also happens even if the app in question already has windows open on the cinema display, i.e. within TextWrangler with an open file press Command-N and the new window appears on the MacBook.
Is this app specific? Is there something the app developer has done? I've checked the icons in the dock to make sure they're not "assigned" to anything. Anybody able to shed some light on this for me? Is this a bug or am I missing the justification for this behavior?

Another strange example... Mail. Mail on Cinema Display, click reply, new message window appears on Cinema Display, but MacBook Display switches to a non-fullscreen desktop. Pourquoi?

New windows not opening inside frame when set to do so

I am using Captivate 3.0 and trying to capture a Web-based
program.
Although I have checked the setting to open a new window
inside the frame, it appears that this is not happening as planned.
A link to a new web page will open this window outside the red
frame.
Any clues as to why this may happen?

As you have seen, this setting is hit or miss. Sometimes it
works and sometimes it fails. If it fails, you may always press the
Pause/Break key to pause recording, move the window into the
recording area, then press Pause/Break to resume recording.

Win7 x64 itunes*32.exe process hanged up and window not open

sry,my english not good.
windows 7 x64 and itunes 10.5, after install, itunes*32.exe(Not AppleMobileDeviceService.exe) process hanged up , cpu(1/4 cores) up to 100% .

Sounds stupid, but this will actually work.
1. Quit iTunes.
2. Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right Click "Command Prompt" -> "Run as Administrator")
3. Once in the command prompt, type "netsh winsock reset" and hit ENTER.
4. Restart iTunes.
Problem solved.
At least this fixed it for me on my own Windows 7 x64 installation. I had AppleMobileDevice.exe, APSDaemon.exe, and iTunes.exe all at 25% CPU simply from opening up iTunes.
25% CPU for me is 100% CPU per core since I have 4 cores.
