Windows 7 User Startup

Question

We have 2 PC's that need to run only one Web Site Link for all Students.  We have a default user name and login profile for the PC's, but we would like to perform the following:
Bypass the Login and go directly to IE opening the Web Site Link and allowing no access to any other sites or software on the PC's.
We feel that we may have to bypass the GPO, but want to get other IT Professionals input and  ideas.

Hi,
Like Ed, I also have some ideas about what you want to achieve, would like to share it with you.
Regarding to "IE opening the Web Site Link and allowing no access to any other sites", as Ed mentioned before, a firewall or proxy can achieve this goal, IE kiosk mode can also achieve this goal, such as run    
iexplore -k www.microsoft.com
you can create a shortcut, location of the item, example 
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k
www.microsoft.com
put it into the startup folder, this will automatically display IE in a full screenmode, with no toolbar, menubar, address bar, disadvantage is that you still need to disable the hotkeys, like Alt-F4 can kill the kiosk process and ctrl-O can launch the address
menu.
To restrict other software on the PCs, if you have already disabled the hotkeys and enabled kiosk IE, then students are surely unable to access other software, anyway, you can simply use Software Restriction Policies or Application Control Policies
to control the application behavior.
