Windows 7 x64, HotSync, XP Mode
I'm using this post as reference:
http://forums.palm.com/palm/board/message?board.id=windows_hotsync&message.id=54249#M54249
I'd have posted there, but unfortunately the thread is closed.
I haven't been successful yet, so:
1) Is Palm Desktop 6.2x supposed to work? I'm starting with it on the theory that it will. It is the version Palm recommends in general.
2) The terminology "Add" is used in Step 7. I have never seen that. However, I have seen Attach. Is that what's meant? So in other words, you initiate the sync and then attach the Palm in the USB menu, as opposed to the other way around.
Tip: This is not part of the original message, but once you've verified that it's working you shouldn't have to actually launch XP Mode explicitly and operate from within it. You should be able to find Palm Hotsync in your Win7 menu under Windows XP Mode Applications. It looks similar to this:
http://www.sevenforums.com/virtualization/34872-attaching-usb-devices-xp-mode-2.html
You can then attach the Palm by right-clicking the HotSync taskbar icon in Win7, as shown at the link for another device. You never see XP.
3) Has anyone tried that in this specific case?
Note: this assumes that you have the integration feature enabled in XP Mode.
Post relates to: Palm Z22
Answers: 1) Yes, 2) Yes.
As for the tip, that does work--if you run Palm Desktop, from which you can launch HotSync Manager (at least in 6.2). You can't run just HotSync Manager alone since it resides in the system tray and not the taskbar, and in order to attach the Palm to USB you need access to an app on the taskbar.

Firefox won't start (not even in Safe Mode) on Windows 7 x64
I am Running Windows 7 x64 and Firefox 3.6.15.
Since the day before yesterday I am unable to start Firefox. Even in Safe Mode it just won't start.
I click the Firefox icon, the mouse cursor changes to indicate the computer is doing something. After 3 seconds or so the mouse cursor again changes back to its default state. Nothing else happens.
The Task Manager in Windows shows me that an instance of firefox.exe is running, but I see no Firefox window.
Then if I again click to open Firefox, another firefox.exe instance starts, but again I see no Firefox window.
There isn't even a warning about one instance of Firefox already running.
What I have tried:
I have uninstalled Firefox, removed all the Firefox files and folders from c:\users\username\AppData\Local and Roamning. I re-downloaded the 3.6.15 installation package and re-installed.
No change.I have the same problem.
The only Firefox version working is the 64bit nightly build 6.0a1. No 32Bit version of Firefox works!. Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer all work well.
Another Problem I have in this context is, that the Firefox Installer hangs in the tidy up step - even for the nightly 64Bit version. I have to kill the setup.exe process but the Installation seems to be completed.
Before my change to Win7 64Bit I had OpenText NFS Solo 14 installed on a 32Bit Windows7 and no Problems.
Is there a solution for this problem without uninstalling OpenText NFS Solo 14?
I need the NFS Server at work. -
How to restore "Always ignore" selection pressed on Low IL compat mode / EPM question in IE10 on Windows 7 x64?
In a previous question I asked where the Whitelist is and how to modify it but now I have clients that seem to gotten stuck after pressing "Always ignore" and then the question to run outside EPM does not come up anymore and also the Whitelist
stops working.
I need to get the "Question" back so the user can select to disable EPM on a per site basis (and to re-enable the Whitelist already set by login script).
/Aldussame as the ActiveXFiltering sign
a "gray" circle
So it's not the same. ActiveXFiltering is definitely blue. And there would be another indicator in the Address bar.
still hoping that Microsoft And Adobe solves this BUG. It has to be one of the most common cases of all when it comes to an
external viewer embedded in IE11.
You have just reminded me of another closely related case I have to test when I get to a W7sp1 Pro X64 system I have intermittent access to
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie11-windows_7/videos-still-will-not-play-in-ie-11-you-force-us/5b0b6d45-0c80-411e-adc3-ca90e194539a?page=2
So the common factors are embedded media, IE11 and W7sp1. In the case of the video though I'm not sure where W8.1 is getting its control--seems not to be from Flash support and not something that is controllable by Manage Add-ons. But I
doubt that it really matters which control it is; the type of it probably matters more.
In case it gets us somewhere diagnosing your case, can you try that example too please?

Wireless issues with MacBook Pro i5 in Boot Camp Windows 7 x64
I have a 2010 Macbook Pro i5 15''. I'm usually connecting to the 802.11n 5Ghz wireless network of my Time Capsule when running OS X, which works absolutely fine. When running Windows 7 x64 in Boot Camp though, this network can't be found and I have to connect to my secondary 802.11g network of an AirPort Express. Even this network connection usually dies after a few minutes of intensive use though (copying files, playing online games; it's fine with low activity like web surfing). It still appears connected normally, but no data is being transmitted. I have to reset the wireless adapter to get it to work again. The same network works fine for any OS X device.
The Windows drivers for the Broadcom chip in this machine seem really flaky. Anybody else have these problems or maybe a solution?Yes, sorry, the Boot Camp area would have been a better place to ask. After some more googling I found a helpful thread though, which led me to download this driver package:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?swItem= ob-80585-1&lang=en&cc=us&idx=3&mode=4&
From it I installed the driver called "Broadcom 43225 802.11b/g/n", and presto, I can finally use my 802.11n network under Windows. Hope that's helping other people that may have this problem. -
Hi Guys,
I have have this horror issue with my PC. I have even changed the hardware configuration and the problem still persists. My PC fails to display the desktop correctly after using highly RAM intensive applications, especially Chrome, but even after getting
the chance to close it, or waiting for it to crash by itself, the PC is still not able to display correctly the GUI, even on other browser/applications as shown in the screenshots.
1st Hardware Config:
Intel Core2Quad Q9450
4x2GB DDR2
MSI P43 motherboard
Ati Radeon x550 video card
Software used, that seemed important for me to mention:
NOD32 v4.2
Comodo Firewall 5.12
Chrome
Screenshot Captor
SpeedFan
Other mentions:
Aero is disabled, because I've considered that it's one of the causes.
So, I've considered that it's a RAM issue or a videocard issue, and I've upgraded to:
Intel Core i7 3770k
4x8GB DDR3
Asus P8Z77V-LX motherboard
Intel GPU integrated in the 3770k CPU
The problem just happened 2 times on this rig also, and the RAM was not even coming close to it's maximum capacity of 31.7GB. It was at ~20GB's.
Also, this is another videocard(Intel's integrated GPU), so we can exclude the videocard from the suspects.
My suspects:
1) some desktop manager bugs, or other similar issue
2) video memory allocation - I'm still suspecting that it can be caused by the amount of RAM dedicated to the videocard, currently, I think that it is at 256MB.
3) some poorly designed components of Chrome/Screenshot Captor - still very questionable since there are enough resources on this system, so there should be no fight over resources. And when the system is barely used there are no issues.
4) Adobe Shockwave Flash - maybe this one????
I have attached a set of 20 screenshots here, these were taken on the 1st configuration of my PC, using Q9450:
http://imgur.com/a/Mc8hI#4
Notice how it distorts the image by duplicating it and showing it in a smaller space, or how does it displays those black rectangles. In those moments, the PC is fully functional(the apps are running the background), without being slowish or something, but
you can hardly control it like that. For example, I've tried to remove the mouse from the USB, and then I've insterted it back, the image was not displayed correctly, but the mouse was recognised instantly and the pointer was controlable.
Same thing still happens on the new configuration. Please advise me.
LE: OS is Windows 7 x64 SP1 Professional and it's Geniune. There is no cracked software on this PC. No games. I've tried to maintain it as clean as possible.Hi,
First, please be ensured that you have installed the latest drivers and all the updates.
Then check whether this issue will not in
Safe Mode. If it didn’t occurred, I suggest you narrow down the cause in
Clean Boot mode.
In addition, try to create a new profile to see how it works.
Hope this helps.

Hey,
I have a MacBook Pro late 2013 running Windows 7 x64 ultimate with bootcamp 5.1.5640.
Windows failed to update user mode driver framework 1.11 (KB2685813) several times now.
I did even get stuck during instalation after reboot.
I dont want to risk to lose the windows.
What can I do?
Cheers.Ok, where is this Intel driver? There is no such thing "program manager" so I am guessing you mean the Programs and features control panel, but on my machine that whole window is blank after a clean install. I still cannot get the USB ports to activate. Two fresh installs and several different USB sticks later and no luck. Should I just give up and go to Windows 8.1? I really need Windows 7 to work if at all possible. Other devices shows one USB controller without driver software so I suppose that's the culprit. There are other USB devices installed under the USB section of Device Manager, but they apparently have nothing to do with the USB ports themselves, just devices like the trackpad etc. I've spent two hours on this so far and it's getting out of control. Why doesn't this work with generic USB drivers?

Office 2007 add-ins will not load on Windows 7 x64
Hi there,
I have a brand new built Windows 7 x64 desktop with Office 2007 32 bit installed. When I install Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.7.0 it loads without errors. Except none of the add-ins will load. I have done the usual Add-ins / Com Add-in / Tick box but nothing.
After further investigation it appears there is a VSTO 4.0 error on the machine when I run the C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\DotNet2007\TBAddin.vsto. The error itself is only failed when it tries to download savexmldata.png from C:/Program Files (x86)/Oracle/BI Publisher/BI Publisher Desktop/DotNet2007/Resources. The fact is there isn't a folder called Resources nor a file called savexmldata.png.
I thought it may be an assemblies error and tried installing the newest versions of Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools Office Runtime (x64) but all are up to date.
See below for the error:-

Hey yeah. not much else to say. The title says it all.
I'm trying to register an OCX file that my video editing application requires to work properly.
I'm using a Registry (Regsvr32 and Regsvr64) tool to Register DLL/OCX files. Both bit Registry tools work fine. I can Register any DLL or OCX file with Windows 7 x64 and everything goes smoothly.
But, when in Windows 7 x32, again, no problem with merging the Regsvr32 tool, but when I go to register the OCX file message says it was loaded but the DllRegisterServer failed with error: 0x80004005.
Why does everything work in Windows 7 RC 7100 x64 but not in Windows 7 RC 7100 x32???GA P35 DQ6 Mb, Intel Wolfdale 8600 3.33Ghz C2D CPU., 4x2Gb Mushkin DDR2 1066 PC2 8500 Ascents Memory Mods., PNY-nVidia GE Force 8800 GTS (640MB), 4-Western Digital Caviar SATA(2) HDD's (internal), 1 EIDE-USB External; Hauppauge PVR 1600 TV tuner, Dual Monitor: (1) Standard up top, (1) WideScreen below; Altec Lansing Speakers. My Video Editing software was working fine a few days ago in Windows 7 x64. Tried using it this morning....couldn't load the .mpg video clip. Just stood there looking stupid like it does in the 32-bit version of Windows 7.
I was hoping the x64 version of Windows 7 RC 7100 was going to make a decent run against my XP Pro SP3 setup. When I was able to register the required .ocx file for the video editing application, I thought "cool". I made a TV recording then used the Video Editor to edit it and it worked fine. Earlier this morinng I made another TV recording, went to go edit it and the video editing application couldn't load the .mpg file at all. Satellite P750: Unable to install Bluetooth Stack driver on Windows 7 (x64)
Hello.
I own a *Satellite P750-02T* (Part no. *PSAY3A-02T001*).
In the order what I did:
1) I formatted its HDD and reinstalled OS to *Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1*.
Then I downloaded *ONLY BIOS and the drivers* from [its Downloads page|http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/p750/psay3a-02t001/download?os=25] :
2) I updated its BIOS to *v1.90* (the laptop came with v1.80)
3) I installed all the drivers:
- both LAN and WiFi
- Intel Chipset (latest available)
- all video drivers (Intel HD Graphics, NVIDIA Graphics, and Intel HDMI)
- Card Reader
- Realtek HD Audio (latest)
- Synaptics Touchpad
- USB3.0
- IR
- TV-Tuner
However, I'm *unable to install the Bluetooth driver (v8.00.06(T)* )...
When I run setup from the [above-mentioned page|http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/computers/satellite/p750/psay3a-02t001/download?os=25] it partially detects *'Bluetooth USB Controller-10 from TOSHIBA'* (USB\VID_0930&PID_0215&REV_001)
and then installation simply freezes displaying +'Installing the Bluetooth Driver. Please wait+.' and stays like that forever...
I also tried downloading a driver from [another location|http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download-toshiba] for TOSHIBA notebooks - v8.00.02(T):
and followed installation instructions displayed under 'Details'
but there was the same outcome - the setup simply freezes...
Installing Hotfix (*KB978258*) recommended there didn't work either - the message '+The update is not applicable to your computer+' pops up.
And I understand why - this Hotfix is [already included|http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/B/A/EBA55FE2-373A-4351-9346-6D762B79AA69/Updates%20in%20Win7%20and%20WS08R2%20SP1.xls] into Service Pack 1 for MS Windows 7.
I spent hours searching on the Internet for a solution. Although there were some similar cases none of the recommendations actually worked. I tried installing:
- WiFi driver before installing Bluetooth (someone suggested that those two are the parts of the same card);
- resuming installation in Safe Mode;
- *Toshiba Value Added Package* hoping those tools somehow will kick in.
Nothing worked...
It's interesting that when for the sake of experiment I tried to run installation for my generic Bluetooth adapter (using the driver [for non-TOSHIBA notebooks|http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download]) then everything run smoothly!
*Using Bluetooth connection on this laptop is very crucial for me.*
I hope I shall not have to return this wonderful notebook as I know TOSHIBA is one of the best manufactures and am sure there is a solution to this problem.
Thank you very much.
Evgeny.

clarified about using another generic Bluetooth adapter with non-TOSHIBA driverFor FN functionality you must install Toshba Value added package. Toshiba flash cards utility is part of this package.
I dont know if P750 has WLAN switch but before you start BT installation be sure WLAN LED is ON.

Itunes 11.1.4 update on Windows 7 X64
My "automatic update" running on Windows 7 X64 for iTunes just "bombed" with errors. The first and repeated error was a c++ related error 6304 which occurs when there is an incorrect or missing "manifest" for an attempted install. The second was a 1114 Windows error telling me that the install failed. After this occurred, I was unable to either use iTunes which had been working or to complete the install manually. I'm now without control of my downloaded content, my appple TV and my own extensive library of mp3 and other files which had been registered with iTunes. My attempts to follow posted directions to complete a "clean install" of iTunes for a Windows X64 system have only led to more problems! Since none of my Apple hardware is any longer under hardware warranty due to its age, I'm caught between a rock and a hard place. I can't get iTunes to work so I can't maintain my iPad, or serve content to my Apple TV! This *****! I have older versions of iTunes installed on older Windows XP and Vista computers which do not take advantage of the X64 hardware I would prefer to use to maintain my library and run my media server for the Apple TV which I've been using to serve content to my Apple TV for years.
When I try to follow posted directions to remove certain directories in the Windows Program Files (X86) directories to get a clean install, I find the files locked by running programs, some of which help support the x86 browsers I run in addition to Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for X64, so I'm not about to raslhy try to blow away all the software I ever got from Apple just to get a good reinstall of iTunes. Can anyone gvie me suggestions. I'm quite computer literate and a retired software applications engineer.I managed to take the "reinstall route" too.... Here's the lates diagnostic report from my system. I had to unistall the 32 bit drivers which Apple leaves lying around which are booted by default in Windows 7, reboot, then do a full reinstall not by downloading the full package and attempting to run the installer via the download, something that had failed a couple of times, but by "running" the installer directly from the web. The successful install was actually executed from a 3rd party web site, not directly from Apple, something that I am normally loath to do. Here's what the installed package says:

This is the second successive release that has given me fits. I'm of the opinion that the problem may have something to do with the need Apple feels that they must have their various "acceptances" of terms and conditions re-authorized on each successive version, or a poorly managed gradual migration of components from the 32 bit code base to the 64 bit code base that causes pathing problems when the automatic updater runs in this Microsoft "hybrid" 32 bit or 64 bit environent. At any rate, uninstalling iTunes completely seems to have had only minimal impact on my library. I did notice that the successful install paused and seems to have executed code which may have updated the structure of my library from that left behind after I unistalled the previous 11.1.3 version. I wish they would do a better job of testing their automatic updating procedure for us poor 2nd class citizens. I'm not going to scrap my newest intel based system just because their software testing folks focus first on Apple's version of the world. -
Windows Vista x64 with YouP-PAX XFI2007 Revision 2 Works quite w
Dear all X-FI members
I have an X-FI Xtreme Fidelity card and install with Windows Vista x64.
. I download the latest driver from Creative SB-XFI Version 2.3.002
2. I download the Media Source CMS5 Version 5.0.38
3. I install both of them
4. I download YouP-PAX XFI2007 Revesion 2 from the web filefont below:
http://files.filefront.com/YouP_PAX_X_FI2007_Rev2/;748043;/fileinfo.html
5. I extract to a folder. inside the folder there is an instruction as below:
Don't click on setup.exe but click on PAXsetup.exe. It gave an error.
6. I cancel and do it again by clicking on Audio(sub-folder) and then click on
setup(sub-folder)and then click on setup.exe. It gives me a table to select.
I uncheck driver box, and click next and go through the rest installation smoothly.
7. After restart computer. The MediaSourceGo pops up and display all features
8. I check THX console with gane mode and entertaiment mode. All works
9. On both Modes, all speakers 2., 4., 5. and 7. can be selected and have all sounds
0. X_FI CMSS-3D is enabled, X_FI Crystalizer is enabled, EQ and Mixer are worked.
. I do not play games so i do not know any thing about Alchemy and game stuffs
2. when you try to change the Speaker mode. You have to click on THX console to do
3. By the way, even the YouP-Pax revision was working well too. I don't see anything different from YouP-Pax X-FI2007 revision 2. They both work well for me.
4. Reminding that. When you install the applications. PleaseDon't click on setup.exe or Paxsetup.exe. But please click on Audio folder, and then setup folder. then you see the setup.exe, please go down and click on setup.exe and please uncheck the driver box and anything you don't want to be install then uncheck them. After that click on next and that is it. Restart computer.
With all the best to all of you.Thank you for your post a reply RejZoR
I have come back and updtae the driver from YouP-Pax 2007 revision 2, and it was going through well. You are definitely right.
I hope that every one has all things worked well and be happy with what they have bought from creative
many thanks to those who has done a good contributions to the drivers and applications to make them work. -
Common screen problem while playing games in Windows 7 x64
When I start games like Red Alert2 and alot others, the game doesn't show properly as some times the screen goes black or the buttons or menues doesn't show at all
Some other forums adviced to make these steps
Right click on Desktop
Select Screen Resolution
Click Detect (with no additional monitor connected)
Next to your first display, you'll see a grey square with the text "Another display not detected" Click on the grey square
Next to "Multiple displays" it will say "No display detected"
Click on "No display detected"
A drop-down menu will appear
Select "Try to connect anyway on: VGA"
Click on your primary display (the square with the big "1" in it)
Next to "Multiple displays" select "Extend these displays"
I tried these steps and every thing is going fine, but the annoying problem is that I have to change the display settings each time I run a game and when I'm done playing I have to change them back, since of "Extended displays" order
In earlier windows versions it worked totally with no problems and even on Windows 8.1 x64
What would be the error here?
What should I do instead of all this jam? Is there any Hotfixes?
Note: I have two video cards running Intel HD graphics and Nvidia Geforce
***Update :The problem also exists in Windows 8.1 x64Hi Maen Abdulhaq,
“When I start games like Red Alert2 and a lot others”, ” I don't think that this is a manufacturer problem since it's very common to all those having windows 7 x64 and trying to play such games”
Did this issue occur in the whole games or just the Red Alert2 in your machines ?
“unfortunalety windows compatibility settings”
Have you tried in windows 98 or lower compatibility mode, please ensure you have choose run as an administrator?
Apart from this ,I recommend you to try this method.
create a shortcut of "Yuri.exe" (or "Game.exe" if running normal RA2), and place it on the desktop. Open the properties, and in the target line add "-dxlevel 8" to the end. It should look like this (or similar if you're directories
are different).
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Red Alert(tm) II\RA2\YURI.exe" -dxlevel 8
Meanwhile, entering Intel HD Graphics control panel (via Windows Control Panel or right-clicking the desktop) and enter Power section. Choose "High performance" mode.
If the issue persists, I recommend you to disable one graphic card from the device manager to have a check considering you have two graphic cards.

Hi,
I´m developing an application with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Crystal Reports 2008 Professional
(i´m not using the Crystal Reports 2008 for .Net basic)
As I have Windows Vista x64, my ASP.NET applications run under IIS7, but for my surprise, Crystal doesn´t work under Vista x64 + IIS7. I got the following error:
An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime. Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required. Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information.
When I run the same routine in an Windows Application the error doesnt occur. It only happens under Web Applications.
I tested in a Windows Vista 32 bit and there´s no error....
Crystal Reports 2008 does not work in II7 x64 ?
Is there any solution?
Please.... help me!!!!!Hi Fernando,
Please read and follow the [Rules of Engagement|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/home/rulesofEngagement] for future topic posts as yours violates the current policy.
You will need to build your application to run in 32 bit only mode. This note explains how to do it:

Need to export windows 7 x64 builtin printer driver to a x86 print server
Hi,
We're planning our migration to windows 7 x64. But our environment doesn't have a x64 server neither a Server 2008; we only have x86 server 2003.
We are having trouble with printer Konica Minolta Bizhub 161f. I spoke with Konica support, they advised me they do not have a x64 driver for this model yet. The tech told me i can use the
HP LaserJet Family PCL5 driver built-in windows 7. I connected the network printer and selected the built-in driver from the list. So far this works as a charm.
Here's my concern, in order to upload x64 drivers to a 32bit server, i need to first to connect the printer from the print server to my x64 computer. But when i try this, i don't have the
prompt to select a driver from win7 built-in drivers. When i choose connect to... it asks me to locate a INF file on my computer. I don't have the INF file since its built-in windows. I tried to look within Windows's file system, under "Windows\INF\" but i
couldn't find what i need.
1. How can i export or find a built-in driver file within windows 7?
2.Is there is a better way to upload x64 drivers to a 32bit Server 2003?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Regards,
BenoitHi Benoit,
Thanks for the post.
Here is how we find the built-in driver file within Windows 7:
1. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows X64\Drivers\Version-3\{Printer Driver Name}, in the right panel, check the value of "InfPath". Now we will get the specific path of INF file.
2. On a x32 Win2k3 server
Click on Start, Control Panel
Double click on Printers
Press the ALT button
or
Click on Organize, Layout, Menu Bar
Click on File, Run as administrator, Server Properties...
Click on the Drivers tab
Click on Add...
Click on Next
Uncheck the 'x86 Type 3 - User Mode'
Check the 'x64 Type 3 - User Mode'
Click on Have Disk...
Click on Browse... (to the x64 Win7 machine)
\\X64Win7\c$\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\prn*.inf_{GUID}
For example:
\\X64Win7\c$\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\prnhp001.inf_5fecfc5e\prnhp001.inf
Click on Open
Click on Ok
Under "Printers"
Select the print driver that you want to install
Click on Next
Click on Finish
Now you should be able to see the x64 print drivers installed under the "Processor" column.
Click on Close
In this case, we need to pay attention to the match of INF file name. As the Konica Minolta Bizhub 161f 32-bit printer driver has been installed on Windows Server 2003, but you try to install HP LaserJet Family PCL5 64-bit printer driver. The two INF files
will not be the same, which causes the x64 driver can be instaled as an additional driver. So we need to change the INF file name to match the 32-bit one. I cannot guarantee that the method can totally work on this case as it may involve some custom settings
from printer manufacturer. If needed, I suggest you contact Konica Support when you go through it.
Hope this helps.
Miles
