Windows 8.1 Enterprise N Build 9600 skype app crash

Question

Hello
when i open skypeapp i see the skype logo screen then the app crash and return to desktop with no errors
but i check the event log viewer and here is the log

how could i resolve this problem ?

http://answers.microsoft.com .
It sounds like Skype has a dependency on the media functionality which isn't present in the N version of Windows. Folks on answers should be able to help you get that set up appropriately.
