Windows 8.1 iTunes 11.4 Cannot get into iTunes Store

For a year now I've tried so many tips and tricks posted on this forum, on Apple support site and all over the internet to get ver 11.4 to work completely right. So far, it hasn't. I can unload it and go back to older versions, but that doesn't help me in keeping my phone up to date.
Currently iTunes opens fine, library looks fine...but when you click on "Store", it's just blank. No freezing or activity ...no nothing at all.
I'd like to find someone that has been able to successfully get iTunes to run completely well on Windows 8.1 to tell me how they did it, step by step please.

You are on pc or mac? I think pc. Below is a link that gives the steps, and it suggests you need to down load a controller, and then it tells you how to set it up. See if this helps any.

I have spent hours trying to get into the iTunes store without success. Error message 0X80092013 keeps appearing. Someone has suggested maybe a driver is missing. Please help if you can. (I can get into the store using my laptop. I cannot get into it from my desktop.) I'm using Windows Vista.

I cannot get into my iTunes program.

When I try to go into iTunes on my Mac, it comes up with a window that says "The iTunes Library file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have written permission for this file. When I click ok it disappears and I cannot get into my iTunes program.
I tried click on the iTunes icon and going to info and changing permissions - but it still does not work.

Information about contacts is contained in the backup of your phone, however, once you connect the new phone and restore the backup, you will still need to sync other data. Your contacts need to be in a supported application, such as Outlook 2003 or 2007 for Windows, Address Book for the Mac. If you go to sync that information however, you need to ensure you have a unique contact and unique calendar appointment to be prompted to merge.
As far as photos are concerned, if you are talking about your photo album, that is contained in whatever folder you want on the computer and that has to be synced to the phone. Photos in your camera roll have to be imported to the computer and saved before you can get them back, however if you use the backup from your old phone, it should bring them over, but I would feel more comfortable if they had been imported to the computer in case something goes wrong.

You may need to connect the iPod in Recovery Mode and then restore it via iTunes. See this article for instructions on getting your iPod into Recovery Mode.;

Open system Preferences > Software Update > Check Now.
Restart your Mac after all updates are installed.
Then try iTunes.
Which OS X is installed on your Mac ?
Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac. The version is noted there.
Troubleshooting advice can depend on that information.

You can't get rid of those icons because that means that you MUST connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and restore the device. You have no choice. There is no way to remove that from the screen. Something went wrong on the iPad and you need to restore it now.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I had problems with iTunes and supposedly got it fixed. Now I cannot get into my mail. It has changed my id to an unusable email address.

I cannot get into my cloud mail. It wants me to log in with an email that no longer exists. I had this problem with iTunes also. I do not wish to use that address. I want to use the ID and password I have been using for the past 2 years.

Click on that Apple Id and then Sign out from that Apple Id and try to Sign In with your New Apple Id and see if that works.

I'm having the same problem on my ipad 2. Error message "cannot connect to iTunes" pops up when I open the App store. I can access iTunes app without issues though. This only happens when I'm on wifi at home. At work, I can access the App Store and iTunes.
I don't think it's the internet because I'm using a stable wifi connection and can browse websites. Plus, my iphone can connect to both App store and iTunes at home and at work. This has been ongoing since I updated my ipad to ios 6.

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! Well, basically this what happen. My mac. got busted so I have to change the system, or re-download the system. And as a result, i lost all my data, including my network settings. I used Airport Extrem for wireless internet, so i wouldn't have to use the cable. And now I cannot get into the Airport, even the password wouldn't do. I mean, the airport address and required a password and wouldn't do. I knew my IP address and still wouldn't do. Any suggestions?

And one thing i want to clear out is that what i mean by "i can not get thru my airport extreme" is also mean that i can not get thru the base station using the password with an IP address.
