Windows Activation MAK Key Windows 7

Trying to make my windows seven workstations upon first boot activate automaticaly, In the answer file it's set to skip auto activation "false" But they never activate unless it's done in VMAT or at the workstation. Any way to have the stations activate without having to touch them or use VMAT? A regkey or some thing I can have run at first logon?

When you install Windows with a Volume License Multiple Activation Key (MAK), you can specify with the ProductKey setting in the Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup component in the answer file to automate the activation process.

Windows 2012 License activation (MAK)

I have a Windows Server 2012 Std - via OpenLicense (Physical Host + DC and a VM for Exchange 2013)
Needed to add Remote Desktop Services - so purchased another License for Windows 2012 Std on the OpenLicense again.
Installed Windows 2012 on another Physical box - when I try to activate using MAK key I get an error that key is not valid.
Ok...I think its a R2 and NOT R2 issue!
The original Licenses included Windows 2012 St and Windows 2012 R2 keys but the new license does not !
because the 1st Server is Windows 2012 Std - (NOT R2) the copy I installed is NOT R2 as I wanted to keep BOTH server running the same version. [When I have more time I intend to do a lab deploy of R2 and test]
is there a way around this ? i.e. without doing a R2 install ??
I really need to go live with this tomorrow (monday).
Does anyone know - would it be legal to use the MAK supplied with my 1st order ?

I am reimaging some kiosk image using MAK key. At the end of TS, i am using "cscript.exe c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX". works, its activate (verify by slmgr.vbs /dli, and under properties)
the question is when i do SLMGR.VBS /dli , it says Time Remaining 29 days.
(ps. i removed Partial Product Key: in the image)
I thought MAK key once activate you don't need to reactivate? i am not using Proxyactivation.

I was running -ato, but this time i changed to run after reboot once Symantec install.
So, it install symantec, reboot and i am running
c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"

Active Hardware Key field is empty

Dear All,
In my Quality server, in t.code SLICENSE , the active hardware key field is blank.No hardware key information display. When i apply new license at that time, successfully completion message came then also "Active Hardware Key" and "License Expires On" fields are blank. and i am not able to login into server.

Also ,please run RZ10 and then generate the profile for active servers ,make sure that default profile is active in the system.
Then run slicense -get on command prompt if windows .
What is the error message while you are loggin in. Paste the log here..

MAK allows you to activate multiple machines over the Internet with that one key, the total is dependant on the licensing program with which you acquired the product key.
KMS activation allows you to activate your machine internally against a KMS host which you set up on your internal network.

MAK key asking to activate Office 2010 every 90 days?

Here's a good brain dumper! I have 40 HP laptops that our students use occaisionally with a volume-license. So they are off network most of the time. We set them up on MAK keys instead of our KMS. We use a program called
Deep Freeze so that the PC configuration can not change once it has been set up and frozen. As I understand, the MAK key activation is forever. So why would Office 2010 be asking us to activate every 90 days. This takes a tech 2-3 days to
unfreeze--activate again--and then freeze the PC once more.
Any thoughts?

As far as I know, Deep Freeze is a kernel-level driver that protects hard drive integrity by redirecting information being written to the hard drive or partition, leaving the original data intact.
If one hard disk fails and it is replaced, that computer must be reactivated.

Active Hardware Key is missing in ECC 6.0

I have an issues with my ECC 6.0 system. Once I restart my application server due to hardware maintenance. Since that time, I can't logon to my ECC 6.0 except in client 001 with user SAP*. I found in transaction SLICENSE that my active hardware key is missing...
Could anyone help me with this problem ??

Do you have a license installed ? (check the slicense status)
You may request a new license in SAP Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/licensekey
Please note that as of Web Application Server ABAP 7.0 the license keys are digitally encrypted. Therefore you must request a new license key for your existing or new system if you are using a SAP product based on Web AS 7.0. Request your digital encrypted license key with license type standard and install it as described in SAP note 870871.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial / field 'Active Hardware Key' is empty

I just installed SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Version and I am trying to obtain a licence
I log into the system with SAP* user and click on Administer SAP Licenses
I used the transaction code SLICENSE....but then the field 'Active Hardware Key' is empty (so I am not able to request a licence as I have to provide this Hardware key...)
Does anywone have an idea ?

Hardware key should be there in SLICENSE, but anyway you can get that.
Login with <SIDADM> user and execute saplicense -get, it will give you the hardware key. when you receive the License file then you have to install the license from SLICENSE only.

You can modify the workflow WS51900009
for the purpose.
This workflow can be called when any activity is created in the system and depending on the activity type you can do the furtehr processing of creating further activities and sending mails.
For example.
If someone creates an activity extend offer then you can send a mail to the administrators and manager that the offer is rolled out.

Missing active hardware key

I has an Sap Netweaver Abap Trial Version installed on my machine.
At some time when I wanted to log in using SAPGUI I received an error license message.
I reinstalled the server and SAPGUI. But when I logon I see no active hardware key with which to apply for license.
What do I do to recover this active hardware key?

I had the same problem. The message server port was already used (you can see in the dev_ms file).
I stop the instance and after with the command
cleanipc nn remove
I free the port (nn is the instance number)
After that we can give the command:
netstat -na|grep 39nn
If there are some process in that port, give the command:
icps |grep sidadm
(with sid SID of sap instance)
If there are other semaphores in that port you can remove it with command
ipcrm -s xxxxx
with xxxxx number of semaphore active in that port
After that, you can restart the Sap instance and verify the dev_ms file.
