You need to transfer your music, etc from your PC to your Mac.

We are running Jabber on cucm 9.1 WE use microsoft RDS and all works fine locally. users can sign in with their AD account and see their presence, use their deskphone and receive email. that works on both the windows and Iphone clients.
When they are logging in via a anyconnect VPN however. the im and presence shows no status for anyone, even though they are logged in but the phone and vociemail is fine, calls can be made and received. The ASA is not blocking anything so not sure where to start with this oneI just did a full deployment for jabber 4 windows iphone, ipad and android and to get my presence status working as well as photos shown and directory searches I had to make use of the BDI config in my jabber-config.xml file on the cucm as well as the UC services on the cucm and mine is working 100%.

My iTunes downloads are really slow on both Windows and iPhone 5
I've been experiencing slow download speed on both Windows and my iPhone 5.
I've done a few things like reset my phone network settings, enabled iTunes through my Windows firewall, changed the DNS but none has actually worked out! I really need your help because I'm starting to get really ****** off with how Apple renders its services. On a side note, I've unlimited quota so the speed won't be throttled down. Thank you.Unlimited quota does not mean unlimited speed.
What is the actual download speed from your ISP? Test it using a site like http://www.speedtest.net -

I downloaded app Rxmindme (prescription timer) and it said it downloaded. Why cant I find or get the app to work?? I am buying iphone soon but I wanted to get this app to work on my alienware windows 7computer and then link it to iphone. I found Rxmindme 02.11.00 ipa, (ios App) in my computer but when I try to open it the itune program opens. Apps for the iPhone do not run on Windows. You will need the iPhone to run the app.

Has worked fine and still updates if note added either on my Lap top or on my iPhone 5
However, notes opens briefly then closes immediately
Can I delte and re install?
And yes have backed up deleted and reinstalled complete software to no avail

I created a new iCloud account and deleted my old one but it deleted my pictures as well, can I get them back somehow? I really want them back. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
Did you not backup the photos from PhotoStream before deleting the account?

You mean you stole iTunes content from your friend, because that's what you did. On your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown, sign out...sign back in using your ID...sync your phone...all of the content you stole will be erased, as it should be.

Did you use different Apple IDs purchasing your content? If so, you need to activate your Mac with all existing Apple IDs... even the ones you don't use anymore. This should do.
In iTunes go to Menubar and click on "Store" -> Activate this computer -
Itunes cancelling music sync on iPad AND iPhone - Help!
For some reason only 2 songs will sync onto either device - they are not any different from the rest of my music. I have done everything I could find on here, including 'ticking the box' beside the song, restoring my phone, quitting and reopening iTunes, removing all music and putting it back on. I have enough room on both devices. When I sync, it gets stuck at the very end, usually it can sync 5-6 songs and then cancels the sync. The only thing I could think of is I recently added some songs from a USB, but I converted them to mp3 format. I also don't know why that would affect the rest of my music.
I NEED to resolve this issue as I'm going away on holidays and won't have my laptop with me, and i currently have 2 songs on each deviceI'm observing the same problem. iTunes is nearly frozen, especially podcasts make the system extremely slow, no downloads possible at all. Opening an album song list is also painfully slow. All this prevents me from buying from the store. Apple should be interested in this. Please note that I'm not using iTunes match!

I have a new PC (using windows 7 ....didn't like windows 8) and want to sync with my iTunes account to access apps as well as sync my iPad and iPhone. I've authorized the new PC on iTunes but it won't recognize it. I have removed the old pc from my authorized list. My iPad says it can't sync because my old PC is 'unavailable'. How do I proceed? I need help syncing my contacts between Outlook and iPhone using iTunes. I used the knowldge document and set it up to transfer my Outlook contacts to the iphone using itunes.
In contacts on the iphone I only see the email addresses.
Yet in Outlook I have email, snail mail and phone numbers.

You can access a MM account with Outlook on your PC at work and keep your MM email account server stored mailboxes synced between your PC at work, your iPhone, and the MM "cloud". Not sure about syncing MM contact info and calendar events with Outlook at the same time with an Exchange account.
This will not provide for syncing your Exchange account contact info and calendar events with the Addresss Book and iCal on your Mac because the accounts are separate.
You can access an Exchange account and a MM account at the same time with the iPhone's mail client, and sync contact info and calendar events over the air with both accounts at the same time. You can view combined contact info or separately for each account, and the same for calendar events.
