Windows cannot log on because the domain is not available?

I usually log into my computer with my username and password and today when i attempted to log on i was denied and recieved this message.  Is there anyway to bypass this log in or anyway to get it back to normal....please help

Some viruses cause this behaviour.
usually they change registry path to userinit.exe, winlogon.exe  and logonui.exe and change these filies.
Seems like you'll have to clean this by antivirus tools.
For now try booting in safe mode and entering Administrator account with blank password.
Also try pressing twice Ctrl+Alt+Del on logon screen and use logon name Administrator and blank password.

    A web application has a ServletContextListener, used to create some EJB timers as soon as it gets deployed. The timers are clustered (their state is persisted in an Oracle DB).
    When I restart the managed servers, I get the following exception:

    If I undeploy and redeploy the web application without restarting the server, the exception is not raised and the timers are created.
    I tried to assign the web application a higher distribution order, to let it start after all the others have been started, but no way.

    I tried to install in my Sony Vaio Laptop - Model Name SVF15218SGW Serial No 54****************954. After installation of itunes, when i am trying to connect error message is showing as follows -

    i already installed 64bit version. but not connecting my iphone with itunes

    When you uninstalled iTunes, did you uninstall it by using the article below or just uninstalled iTunes? The best practice is to remove not only iTunes, but also other associating software in the order that the first article give.     When clicking in CS5 Photoshop menu - "Essentials", "New is CS5 "or "CS LIve", I get a message "Cannot complete command because the extension could not be loaded". I get the same message when attempting to acces frm Window>Extensions> then clicking on one of the listed exteneions.  This is been going on for some time for no apparent reason.  Using version 12.0.4 (x32) iMac OS 10.6.8 - Intel Quad Core.

    I unstalled Photoshop.  Then I installed on another drive.  External.  It did the same thing!!!!  No mini-bridge, or any extentions loading.  I don't know what is wrong.
    I read something somewhere about a Panels file in photoshop.  So I'm looking there.

    Hi,
    I have trouble with porting my extension to CEP5. I am getting error "Cannot complete command because the extension could not be loaded." when I open the panel.
    Is there any way to get more info about what happened and why? My extension was properly signed zxp and Extension Managed installed it without trouble.
    Also, to debug the problem, I tried to open the CEP HTML Test Extension - https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/Samples/tree/master/CEP_HTML_Test_Extension_5.0
    I have copied it to "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.CEPHTMLTEST", created .debug file in it (https://gist.github.com/m6k/39a49786b7a85a9e312b), created empty .debug file inside Photoshop CC 2014.app (to suppress signature checking). When I open Photoshop CC 2014, I see test panels listed in extension menu, but when I try to open them, I also get the "Cannot complete command because the extension could not be loaded." error.
    Any hints what i am doing wrong and what can I do to debug this problem?

"The Skype can not start because the system is not available" *** What kind of system? The Skype was on a P2P system, where is impossible that the system is not available! This is why the skype was much better than the Microsoft's messenger. Then they bought it, and make it wrong...
    I found a solution for this problem, this can happen if my client is not updated. But IT IS!
    How does it works? Can we use the **bleep** Skype how we would like to use? Or this time we need to find an other application (like Viber), and using that while they not buying that as well, just because that is better?

    Had to clone my hard drive to another drive on my computer.
    I have been receiving a message "Could not open a scratch file because the disk is not available"  I have tried UN-installing and re-installing...still the same message.
    Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    If that does not help, reset your prefs
    Hold fingers over Shift Option Command (or similar on Windows) then boot Photoshop and as fast as you can depress the 3 keys.

    Hi All, We are using Informatica 9.5.1 and Oracle 11g as by metadata DB. Initially our INFA_DOMAIN_REPO password was expired, so we couldn't connect to repository. Then we reset the same password and we restarted infa services also. But when we tried to connect repository we faced "Failed to connect repository" error. When i try to connect to Admin Consol, page was not displayed. When we check the node.log file it had a error message saying "2014-07-20 04:45:37,553 ERROR [Monitor Guaranteed Message Logger Thread] [CCM_10322] While logging messages to the Log Service, the following error occurred: [[DOM_10022] The master gateway node for the domain is not available. Electing another master gateway. Wait for the election of the master gateway node to  complete. If the problem persists, verify that the master gateway node is running.]. Fix the errors written to the node.log file. com.informatica.isp.domainservice.exceptions.ISPMasterNotAvailableException: [DOM_10022] The master gateway node for the domain is not available.   • Elements 9 won't open "because the disk is not available"

    Hi All
    I have had PSE 9 on my Mac for 18 months with no problems.
    Recently I upgraded the boot drive to a larger one as the original was running out of space. I used a standard disc cloning tool and all has been well.
    Except...PSE now says it "cannot open scratch file because the disk is not available" followed by "cannot initialise because the disk is not available".
    I uninstalled PSE and downloaded a new copy thinking perhaps that the original was somehow corrupted by the cloning. Still does the same thing.
    I repaired permissions and re-started but still does the same thing.
    Frankly I am stumped.
    Anyone got any ideas? It does not even say which disk it thinks is unavailable!
