Oh my lord, where can I get windows drivers for Macbook Pro?....

Does Apple really not have any place that I can download Windows drivers for the hardware in my August 2010 Macbook Pro?!? I am trying to use windows through bootcamp, and I am having tons of trouble. I know there are supposed to be drivers in the OSX DVD that came with my computer, but that is all the way back in Maryland and I go to school in Tennessee.
<rant> Sorry if I seem irritated. I just got over a total hard drive crash in this computer that isn't even 2 years old. I have drives that are almost 10 years old in my PC desktop.. The drive that came stock with my Macbook pro was a total piece of crap in comparison to the cheapest notebook drives at Best Buy. Sorry for the rant. This is what happens everytime I have tried. I actually have a booting Windows 7 partition on here already but it is barely running on the stock/generic windows drivers that are just there to get the OS through install.
I have an OSX 10.6 disk, but it is 10.6.0, and I wasn't even able to make that boot into the Mac installer when I installed OSX on the new hard drive. I had to run my Macbook as a Firewire disk plugged into a Mac Pro and install it from there and update to 10.6.8. I think this was because the 10.6.0 install disk doesn't have drivers for my 2010 revision of the Macbook Pro. I doubt that the 10.6.0 disk has the right Windows drivers if it doesn't even have the right Mac drivers.

Searching Windows Drivers for 23" Display

Hi,
I got a 23" Cinema Display and I'm using Windows XP.
There is still a "Default Monitor" shown in preferences. Where do I get the correct drivers, so I can set the frequency to more than 60 Hz?
I would appreciate a download link or something where I can find the windows drivers for the Cinema Display.

You can try WinACD drivers (google for it). LCD panels aren't like CRT monitors and are supposed to run at 60Hz, so there's no reason or way to change it.

Why no Windows drivers for Bluetooth Headsets? (bh...

I love my BH-102, it's the best headset I've had, and in fact even want to use it with my PC for things like skype, voice chat etc... whenever I'm home. I was shocked however to find there are no windows drivers for it! Why not? It's a massive additional market to free people from clunky annoying corded headset and mic combos. Does anyone know of any drivers, maybe I just didn't find them?

This is not a problem with the headset but a bluetooth issue in windows, the default microsft bluetooth driver does not support all profiles, you need to make sure you install the proper drivers for your bluetooth chip.
When the proper bluetooth drivers are installed you will be able to pair it properly and then go into settings and select the headset profile.
I also had to change the default speakers to the headset under the windows sound settings.
If you have a laptop the bluetooth drivers is probably on the manufacturers website, if you purchased a bluetooth usb dongle then you probably received a cd with it.

My pantech uml 290 recently starting picking up only 3g connection

My pantech uml 290 recently started picking up a 3g connection when i use to use 4g lte all the time. I can put my phone right next to where the usb modem is and get a 4g connection but the modem only picks up 3g. I've tried a whole lot of options to try and fix this. I'm wondering if i'll need to replace my Sim Card or not. I've tried uninstalling vza manager and reinstalling and didnt work. Any ideas on how to fix? Will let you know if i've done it already.

95966 is my zip code. This started happening around the middle of january. I've called customer support quite a bit. I went into a store and replaced my sim card on 2/26/15 and it kind of helped but still very shotty with picking up 4g. Also constantly getting a error wmc103. message. I was going to get a callback on 2/27 from verizon to maybe see about checking out the area submitting a ticket i believe she said.

today I have installed on my late 2013 MBP retina via the Boot Camp Windows 8.1. The installation was smoothly but some drivers are not present including the wifi driver.
Through online research, I found out that in the current version of Boot Camp no drivers for the 2013 model are listed. Do you have one probably have an idea how to get it to run anyway?

I am using a late 2006 macbook with lion on mac partition and i just installed windows xp sp3 with bootcamp,i am having a problem trying to find the drivers for ethernet, wireless, pci and usb device???

If you have a 10.6 Snow Leopard install disk you can try to install them while booted into Windows. Since Lion doesn't support XP or Vista the 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, and maybe 3.3 versions are going to be as good as it gets.

Windows drivers for SUN Quad PCI card

With the risk of being flamed, I have a question regarding drivers for a Sun QUAD network card. I belive it is a X1034A card.
The card is also marked with a label saying: *5015406096836* and a barcode. On another label it sais: QFEPCI
Is there any chance in h**l that this card would function under a Windows system?

I own the IntraServer LSI5464E which appears to be 501-5406-01 (using the DC21153-AC which was on my card manufactured by Intel not DEC).
I was wrong, the 21153 is a PCI-to-PCI Bridge chip by Intel. I thought it's similar to the DEC PCI Fast Ethernet DECchip 21140.
The 4 Ethernet controllers chips are manufactured by/for Sun.
The datasheet for the LSI5464E is still available, while the drivers aren't.

No downloadable windows drivers for Magic Mouse? Why not?

My question is simple: Why doesn't Apple provide an easily downloadable Windows driver installer for the Magic Mouse?
Apple has nothing to loose - the user would still have to purchase their Magic Mouse, and they might even gain some sales of the device from Windows users who prefer it. Further, they already have a driver installer packaged and ready to go in the Boot Camp driver Bins (Binary.MultiTouchMouse_Bin) but to get it you have to download the ENTIRE Boot Camp archive, unzip it, extract the _Bin file in question, and rename it adding .exe to the end so Windows can run it.
Other hardware manufacturers (including Microsoft) provide easily downloadable drivers for their products on multiple platforms, it would be nice to see the same courtesy extended by Apple.

Windows device manager see ipad with error. ! Finds driver but has a problem installing it. Ipad works ok with windows laptop.

The most reliable information on running Windows on a Mac is most often not going to be your store or elsewhere but from ATI and Nvidia.
Apple does not provide graphics drivers anymore than Microsoft does, just something basic is all.
Nvidia - pls. check their web site for information first - has said they would in 2009 provide mobility drivers, for any and all platforms and users.
A Mac running Windows is just a personal microcomputer. And all laptops have faced trouble with graphics.

Windows drivers for NI-IMAQ 1394 Digital Cameras

I´m looking for a windows driver for different digi cams. on our other application PC all cameras are registrated unter "NI-IMAQ IEEE 1394 Digital Camera", now we are using a PC as a RunTime PC, and all cameras are registrated as Standart cameras..... so MAX does not accept standart cams.
Where can i find a driver to solve this

Windows drivers for 5k retina display

I bought the new iMac 5K retina and installed Windows 8.1 as a virtual machine. The operation is seamless but when running Windows as a VM the resolution is limited to half that of the OSX. Not even the 3820x18XX is available.
Does anyone know if or when a driver for the full 5K resolution will be available? Obviously Apple has no vested interest in generating one to include in the Bootcamp set of drivers. But perhaps they should, as that might create a more compelling reason to attract Windows users to the Mac machines. They are the best hardware out there.

The web is the web. Why anyone would even bother to use a 4k image is beyond me. Load times on that page are going to be awful. The rest is out of your control, anyway. You just don't know which browser will be used and how its scaling options are set nor do you know how the images may be mangled via the CSS formatting or other means like server-side processing. I seriously think you are obsessing over a non-issue.

I have installed Windows XP Home on my new Intel-based iMac. Windows and Windows-based applications run fine, but there seem to be missing drivers that prevent the computer from connecting to the internet when it is running Windows (we have a DSL cable modem); audio drivers are missing, too. Where, and how, can I download and install these missing drivers? Thanks for any advice or hints!

You didn't say if Windows XP was installed in Boot Camp or Parallels.
If it's in Boot Camp make sure you used the right one. There are two versions of Boot Camp, one for Windows XP and one for Windows Vista. You have to run the driver installation CD in Windows after Windows is installed in Boot Camp.
If you're using Parallels make sure that the Windows Tools are installed by changing the window to OS Window mode and running Install Tools from the Action menu in Parallels.

Windows drivers for StorEdge 3120

I'm trying to use a StorEdge 3120 SCSI disk array with an IBM X-346 server running Windows 2003 Server EE.
I am having a terrible time of it in that when I attach the array to the server...Windows refuses to boot. In the startup bios sequence though I do see the array being recognized although it seems to act somewhat flaky..sometimes it recogizes and reports the disk size...other times it just shows blank for the disk size. Overall I'm not sure where to go to troubleshoot the problem.
If I remove all the disks from the 3120...Windows will boot and then the new hardware wizard appears saying it found the 3120 and is asking for to install a driver. I have had no luck finding any such drivers being available though for the 3120.
If I then insert a disk into the array...Windows freezes withn a few seconds.
