Windows Installs via cd but doesn't run Setup process, help please....

Hello All,
I have a Toshiba Presario L355D-S7825 and wanted some insight from any knowledgeable person in regards to programing, etc.
The two Recovery cd's install fine when performing a full restoration. However, after installation the computer is supposed to reboot and then begin the Setup process (out-of-box-experience). This doesn't occur though.
1) Instead the computer boots up into what I beleive to be the built-in Administrator account and then continously runs driver installations. There is no setting up this account.
2) I discovered I can manually run the sysprep.exe tool at which the computer will reboot and the "normal" Setup process then begins. Whereas the end-user sets personal preferences, account name and activates Windows, etc.
3) I really don't know what the sysprep.exe tool is for? It seems to be for duplicating operating systems to deploy over a network? IS IT OK TO MANUALLY RUN THE TOOL AS I AM DOING AND WHAT ABOUT RUN LIMITATIONS? OTHERWISE, IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO RUN THE OOBE??

Could someone suggest me anything else I can do?
I'm really disappointed and frustrated... I was so excited to get my new ipod, and didn't expect to run into a problem from the start!!!!

So now the ipod updater has updated my ipod successfully.
NOW, the itune doesn't open.
everytime I try to open it, it gives the "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close." error.
So I'm off to this new problem...
At least I got the service error taken care of.

3.0 is on your OS X DVD. Clearly spelled out in the guide in Boot Camp Assistant, and here -

3.0 is pre-requisite for any other
OS X comes with Boot Camp Assistant and you access 3.0 drivers while in Windows.

One has to initialise a session first for use with Oracle Apps if you want to make it run as a concurrent job.
Any decleration within your package will not be recognised unless initialisation is sucessful.
Investigate the built-in packages:

You can select the calendar to sync in the Info Tab in the iTunes window on the right, when your iPad is connected to the Mac , while iTunes is running and after you select the iPad on the left side under the devices heading.

ID on the Mac can produce reports that may (or may not) prove helpful in diagnosing the problem. I suspect this is something not directly related to InDesign, and maybe not to any of the Adobe apps directly since you seem to be having a problem in more than one. That often inidcates a problem at the system level.
Nevertheless, it won't hurt to try to gather the reports. You'll find driections for how to generate them, and to post them on Pastebin.com (then put a link to them here) so we can see what's going on at Adobe Forums: InDesign CS5.5 Not Responding

The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated. There is no requirement that the ID you use for purchasing be the same as the ID you use for these other services.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

Thank you for trying to help. I followed your instructions, it took 6 hours to download, and then said it could not solve the problem (something to do with error 9?). It will have to go back to Apple - its only 3 days since it came out of the package and its very disappointing for him. It looks like the app is not currently in the App Store, I can't find it in the UK nor US stores.
