Windows ME wont load

After installing a new Seagate 40GB drive and formatting etc and transferring the old system from my old drive to the new one, WInmE wont load error message NTKERN failure???

Give complete PC specs. includding P.S. brand and AMPS. it gives to 3.3v. 5v. and 12v.

Bios flashed, rma, windows still wont load

Evening,
I flashed with live update (yes i know now..) and it went wrong. Board, P55-cd53, sent to MSI who reprogrammed it. Unfortunately windows wouldnt load. I think i have tried every described method posted here, even flashed back to the old version, to no avail. I even tried a boot dvd with ubuntu but even that OS wont run (either with or without installation). The pc simply reboots when trying to execute these commands.
If i were to replace any hardware: what would it be?

Memtest came with the Ubuntu-disc. I ran it and the Memtest results were shocking. I only did 5 runs but received thousands of failures.
I will replace the OCZ rightaway instead of finetuning them in BIOS.
Also adressed to Jack: Would the G-skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ be a good choice? Right out of the box without adjusting anything inside BIOS?

So far i haven't been able to reinstall or repair (from disc and usb) my windows 7 at all, not even Ubuntu.
System just keeps telling me 'the ntoskrnl is missing or corrupt' and keeps doing restart loops.
Would replacing the DRAM solve my problems likely or would it cost me a new MB or HDD too (if al else fails)?

Authorware on Windows 7 wont load

Hello, im using Windows 7 Home version, when i go to play an Authorware Website it shows me an "error loading", i have tried in IE 8; Firefox, Google Chrome and Netscape, all give the same error.
I have run IE8 as Administrator and added the website to trusted websites, didnt work also.
That site works in Windows XP fine!

Here's what I do when looking through trace files:
Every instance of SHOCKTRACE BEGIN is a new session the user launched. The ptrace file keeps building as long as the shktrace.on is present.
There are 7 lines of PluginMgr::Init, the version of Web player should be 2004.0.0.0 The rest of those 7 is more informational.
A few lines down from there is the location of the aam file... verify that's correct.
In places where the end of the line lists sts it should be 0. Anything other than 0 is an error of some kind.
Read through the lines where the map file is parsed... check the version number in the map, check that all the lines got through, check that the correct PLR line is present. If a PLR line is not present then it defaults to the full player downloaded from download.macromedia.com
Check the line for BypassSecurityDialog... if it's set to true then you won't see the dialog and you won't have the opportunity to set the file as trusting and it won't download files.
Look for SecurityMgr::SetSecurityMode to see that it's TRUSTING
After the processing of the map is a similar routine with the manifest. Then the processing of each of the file downloads. Each of those is the same starting with opening the url, followed by one or more writes to the disk and ending with a destroy stream. Downloading does two at a time. Since you see an error in launching the webplr.exe I'd search for all the lines with that text and make sure the file is being downloaded. If it is being donwloaded and it won't launch then double check the setting of the trusted site in IE. If it's set correctly then it should automatically turn off protected mode in the browser. If it's not being downloaded then perhaps you don't have write permission to the destination folder (I doubt that's the case unless your on a corporate machine with tight user priveleges).
Hope this gets you going in the right direction. Please report back on how things go.

Dreamweaver CS4 on Windows 7 wont load. Error NTDLL.DLL

Hello,
Randomly, Dreamweaver started crashing on startup a month or so ago. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it & the entire CS4. But no luck. I tried the default print trick, and it didn't work either. I can't figure out any other solution. Please help!

Flashed new bios V1.10 , now Pc wont load past windows loading sceen.HELP

hi i have a neo-f p965, i flashed the bios today to the new update v.1.10. now my pc wont load past the windows loading screen, it just reboots every time.
i want to go back to a older bios version if posible. can anybody help me, this is a disaster if i cannot get it to work.

Select your motherboard. Then click BIOS, download previous version.
Rest is simple.
Or you can stick with the 1.1 BIOS and reinstall Windows.

My Satellite C wont load Windows - error code 0xcoooooe9

Hi,
get a status error come up when the laptop is turned on. The error code is 0xcoooooe9, windows does not load up and the diagnostics tool does not work.
Tried to recover to factory settings but this crashed out saying partition could not be created and only had an option to turn the laptop off.
Was bought from argos's ebay store less than 12 months ago and should still be under warranty but can not find out if it is on here.
Any help please ??

On this virtual way it is not easy to say what the problem is but maybe HDD make problems.
I recommend you to contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. They can check it.
At first clarify the warranty and I hope they will fix it for free.

When I load drivers for HD7850 windows 7 wont boot

New PC with Asus P8Z77-V LX mobo. i5 cpu. windows 7 64bit OS. runs fine with its on board graphics.
I installed 2GB MSI HD7850 oc . system boots and I get video out from new card.
When I load drivers and system reboots, windows will not load and I have to use system restore to bring PC back to life.
I tried driver from CD with card, and also downloaded latest from both AMD and MSI same result
Anyone know where I am going wrong?
