Windows phone 8.1 not saving recorded video

This is now a huge problem i have recorded a video of around 10 minutes when i stopped and pressed back all my app tiles goes blank so i switched off and then switched on the device guess what i got the video but it was half. Half if the video got freezed and just sound was coming and in between my video was lagging now what the **bleep** was that all about this time it was too much all my friends was insulting me was telling me to get an android windows sucks and all that stuff Microsoft dont just sit do someting no file manager guess what company which is making OS from 90s which can make a great words best selling operating system xp cant even make a great stable non lagging os for a mobile phone microsoft dont just sit work hard i am not getting any progress this is all i can doo now its up to you....

First problem: You're fine. The hotter it gets, the more the fans spin up. The computer is designed so that at max load, at max fan speed, it won't overheat (unless it's obstructed by something, e.g. sitting on your bed swallowed by a comforter). It's not the best thing to keep it that toasty for days at a time, but a couple hours at a time shouldn't be a problem.
Second problem: If something in the trash won't delete, just use Secure Empty Trash and it should be fine. Since .torrent files are quite small, it should only take a couple seconds.

Inking for Windows Phone 8.1 (Not Silverlight)

Is there any way to use Inking for Windows phone 8.1 application. I am able to use it in Silverlight application for freehand drawing.
But is there anything available to use for this purpose in WinRT?

As far as I known in Windows Phone 8.1 Runtime there is no such a Inking api or control as in Windows Phone 8.1 Silverlight app. If you want to implement the inking function in Windows phone 8.1 Runtime application, please try to refer to

We can help in any nees probably, but do you really want to waste your time, to write a new question each time, while you can learn the basics in 1 week, and then even help others? for more complex need or for question during learning it will be our pleasure
to help you. I might be wrong, but I am guessing that you did not tried to learn the basic till now, in ordered manner :-(

This is short tutorial to learn SQL (SQL is the basic language for all common databases which works with tables). In one week you can learn the language and become "expert" :-)

if you want to do more then "just" update, then pls clarify. You might want to do INSERT if the LinkID is not exist and UPDATE if it is exist. In this case you can use MERGE statement as explained here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb510625.aspx

App successfully passed certification to be included in the Windows Phone Store., still not showing in the store .

I have received notification that my app has successfully passed certification to be included in the Windows Phone Store. But I don't find
it in store with public link . Can you tell me why it is not found on the market ? . How do I fix it ?

Whether or not there is a problem at the moment is beside the point. Whether there is a problem or not, the usual publication time varies from ~1 hour to several days. If an app is not on the store within a couple of hours it's still within the normal
timeframe; if it's not in the store after 3 or 4 days there may be an issue.
I don't know why there are so many posts from people expecting their app to be live in the store the minute they get an email. Microsoft need to do a better job of advising developers of the publication process.
Your problem is not the same as OP's, and neither is the updating issue you linked to.
I'm a self-taught noob amateur. Please take this into account when responding to my posts or when taking advice from me.

Why shoudl you need to control the app permissions? You have a _choice_ to use an app based on what it wants/needs access to. If you do not like what it askes for don't use the app.
When _you_ allow an app access to the data it asks permission for you agree the app dev receives that data. Also could you provide the source telling you all data goes to or through Microsoft servers? The whole NSA/Snowden thing is so far out of proportion and overhyped it's getting just silly by now really. For very good reasons Windows Phone and any other modern smartphone OS will ask you to sign in to an account to access their services such as the store.
With a paranoid attitude like yours I really can't understand what you are doing on the internet in the first place. If you think Nokia did not mine data through Symbian or Jolla is not collecting data from your use of a phone running Sailfish you are only fooling yourself.
Of all the eco systems out there Windows Phone is by far the most secure I am sure.

Sorry, a little new to Adobe forums. Basically I bought Photoshop Elements which provides several online tutorials. Buried in the tutorial page was the note that they show best with Quicktime. Problem solved. Adobe software problem, no.

Camara App Not Saving Photos, Video Camara not Recording?

Since The Update to IOS6, I have not been able to Save any pictures from the Factory Camara App. It takes the picture but it does not save them, When i try to use the Video Rec it just doesn't even start recording. Very Frustrating i'm going to try and do a restore right now i guess. ANYONE else having this problem?

According to your description, it looks like you encountered a Graphic driver problem. Have you tried to reinstall Graphic driver for test? If not, please have a try.
If possible, also reinstall the sound card driver.

Windows media player does not play all videos

This laptop s a HP G71-340US model... Before it played all of my music and video files but lately it began giving me te error message... windows media player encountered an error when opening this file. It still plays quick time and mpg files but avi, mts, mod, movie clips, video clips.... they do not open or if they do they dont play right. I am frustrated as I have a project due i n a few days and I am working wth several movies taken with different cameras. Any ideas. I have uninstalled and reinstalled media player and tried running trouble shooters but no answers so far. Thanks.

Try the following to force Windows Media Player to re-build the Library Database.
A useful utility for viewing all the files on your PC is called Free Commander, on the link below, as it displays folders that the Operating System normally hides and has a good search function.

This is a zipped file. If you don't have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip which can be used to open this so that you can run the installer.
Make sure Windows Media Player and Windows Media Centre are closed.
Launch Free Commander, double click Users, double click 'your user name', double click Local Settings, double click Application Data, double click Microsoft and double click Media Player. Delete all the files that have the extension .wmdb - do not delete any folders.
Close Free Commander and open Windows Media Player - it will now begin to re-build the library database which may take a while, but when it has finished see if the movie files play Ok now.

Does anyone know how you can play video with the screen locked and not just recorded video. Like downloaded video?

So I want to be able to play video mp4 for my kids and lock the screen so that they don't disable or stop the video. Is there anyway you can lock the screen and play video? I've seen an app that tries to do this, but it only plays video recorded from the device. Also, it's not very good. I've also looked at IOS 5, but it only seems to support audio, not video, unless I am not doing something correctly? What happened to the simple old manual 'hold' switches that most devices have, like the PSP etc? It seems like all of the touch devices have neglected a simple touch disable button? Anyway, please provide any enlightenment here.

actually nevermind, it's working now. I closed iTunes, then waited a little, then double clicked one of my iTunes video files from my documents, which opened up iTunes again and the video started playing. I tried restarting iTunes before and that didn't work, so maybe for those who have similar problems, just try clicking on the video file in your documents/desktop of your computer, rather than directly from iTunes.

ITunes 11.01 on Windows 8 audio will not sync with video

I have a new computer that is running Windows 8, and I have had no issues with iTunes 11.01 thus far on it other than the fact that when playing videos, the audio will not sync up with the video.
With the ineptitude that seems to define Apple as of late, there does not seem to be any actual support for Windows 8, and the "support" channels do no good at all.
Any ideas as how to fix this problem?

I think Microsoft made the Windows 8 incompatible with Apple products on purpose, they want windows users to have to download apps from their paid service which is more expensive than Apple's App/iTunes Store

The vol down + power is only a reboot. Perhaps you might consider a reset from Settings>about>reset your phone.

Bt mail on windows phone and tablet not working

In the last 2 weeks the bt email on my MS Surface has stopped working. it just tells me that my account is unavailable. Inhave checked all the settings on all looks good but it atill won't work. At the same time I started having problems on my Nokia Lumia 625 and although it works most of the time it seems confused thinking it hasn't updated but has, I get annerror message 80004005. Sometimes it doesn't work at all for a day but then works. Both these problems started at the same time. have bt made some changes that are affecting my windows mobile devices. All is good on android devices and on outlook on my desktop PC.

Didn't help, made it worse, got a different error message and no email downloaded, at least with the auto settings it works but with an error message. I will keep looking, it would be good if bt had a reason for this and would let us know what it is.
