I could find the answer after searching previous posts about this language problem.
Had to change my language in AAM profile and then download PS CS6 again ( english version ).
Then open the actual Photoshop and in preferences > interface you can besides the Dutch also option for English.
restart application and Voila.

STILL Error Code: 0x8004fd2b *I need help*
I am still receiving this error message... I searched for the Intellisync file on my computer and I do not have this file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop software, and this does not eliminate the error.

KatrinaI am not sure what you have tried. I ended up having the same issue a couple of times and have resolved it through what I recorded in the following link to another message:

The last time I had to do this, I just had to open the file and resave it....each time, waiting another 45-60 minutes of sync time to find out where the next error occured.

In addition, please try to use the general steps to troubleshoot the windows update issue, and refer to the steps below:
The following outlines how to stop services pertaining to Windows Update, rename system folders, register related DLL files, and then restart the previously mentioned services. This troubleshooting generally applies to all Windows Update related issues.
Stopping services pertaining to Windows Update
1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator.
2. If you receive a notification from User Account Control simply click Continue.
3. At the command prompt, type the following, commands and then press ENTER after each command.
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc
Please do not close the Command Prompt window.
Renaming folders pertaining to Windows Update
1. At the command prompt, type the following commands, and then press Enter after each command:

Shellhwdetection is a Windows service which stands for Shell Hardware Detection Service.
It provides notifications for AutoPlay hardware events.
System error code 1075 means "The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion."
Please run services.msc, then find Shell Hardware Detection Service, view its dependencies
Make sure the three services are set to running "automatic" in Services.
If this doesn't help, then run sfc to check if there're some missing or corrupted files in system.

I finally solved this on my own. I installed iTunes 9.2 on my Mac. You can get it from here:

Then I went to the iOS 3 purchase page here:

and clicked the Purchasing link. It opens up iTunes. I connected my iPod touch G1 and did a check for system update. Miraculously, it found it this time and downloaded the update.
No guarantee that this'll work for you, but I'm finally able to use my iPod touch again and put on some useful apps. -
