How can I install Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 on my Windows Surface Pro?
see above
Acrobat 8 Standard is not tested with Windows Surface Pro, but if you ave the installer and serial number for it then you can install it.
I am afraid that touch feature may work as expected with Acrobat 8.

hi there,
how should I sychronize my allready exsisting adobe photoshop cs3 adobe dreamweaver cs3 from my home computer on my windows surface pro tablet 8.1@@Was this from disc or download?
If from disc, you'll need to connect an external disc drive via USB to the Surface. -

Windows Surface pro site problems
I have a website http://final-5.businesscatalyst.com I have it set up with tablet and mobile site redrects. The site looks like it should on most tablets but not the surface pro I was wondering is there was a way to stop it redircting to just the windows surface's and load the desktop version but on the ipad ect load the tablet site?
Thanks
JasonHi Jason
I believe you want to restrict the orientation of site when opened in surface tablet.
With native Muse features we cannot stop orientation changing when user is trying to use the device ,though can be done using custom code.
Its not advisable to restrict users from using the orientation they want to use the site, but you can try the suggestions mentioned in the documents :
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10975387/mobile-site-force-landscap e-only-no-auto-rotate

I'm having issues on any website that requires a flash player. Any links to videos or games it gives me a message to install a flash player. When I try to install it say it couldn't complete. I've visited the Adobe support site and it tell me Windows 8 has a flash player built in to it, this does not help me in any way. I've also tried all the suggestions on the support page and I'm still not seeing any improvement. Any suggestions would be grateful, please keep in mind that I've done everything on the FAQ/Support web site. Thanks.

Hello,
I downloaded the free 30 day trial of Adobe Illustrator on my Surface Pro 3. The download process has seemed to go okay, the app says it is updated. When I go to open it, cursor spins for a second but nothing happens.

¿Funciona Acrobat 9.0 (Standard o Profresional) en Windows Surface Pro 2?
Hola,

Image down to a Surface Pro with Windows 8.1 Enterprise use PXE fails at Driver Pack Install
I am using SCCM 2012 SP1 running on windows server 2008 R2 deploying to windows Surface Pro, I am deploying Windows 8.1 Enterprise using PXE.
It gets the pxe response, formats the HD, deploys the image, downloads the driver package, but when it installs the driver package I get a (0xC0000135) error. When it finishes it boots to windows 8.1 but is missing it's drivers. Here is the dism.log

Surface Pro 3 - i5 with Intel HD Graphics 4400
Windows 10 build 9926
All Latest updates installed
Intel Graphics Driver 10.18.15.4079.
Latest system update released on Jan 22nd (which I understand is just the latest intel graphics driver?).
The display driver status has this error message: Windows has stopped this device because it
has reported problems. (Code 43) - I assume it's
reverting to the basic Microsoft driver when this occurs. Which explains why my displayport (External monitors) will not work.
I have uninstalled the driver completely (and deleted the driver files), tried the Windows basic driver,
and rebooted several times with no luck.
I cannot get my docking station displayport or the displayporton my surface pro 3 working.
According to Microsoft (see below), this is a known issue UNTIL you update to display driver
version 4079 - which I have.
Known issues on Surface after updating to Windows 10 January Technical Preview
On Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro 3, the Mini DisplayPort won’t work on the Windows 10 January Technical Preview until you’ve installed graphics driver 4079 or later. Check Windows Update often for the most recent graphics driver.
On Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro 3, you’ll notice poor graphics rendering on the Windows 10 January Technical Preview until you’ve installed graphics driver 4079 or newer from Windows Update. Check Windows Update often for the most recent graphics driver.
If you’re using video driver 3496, you may need to start in safe mode and remove that driver. Then restart Surface in normal mode and go to Windows Update to get the most recent graphics driver.Hi Nicholas,
Similar issue has been asked here:
Surface Pro 3 restarting after a series of blank screens!
For error code 43, here is a reference:
Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems
For the current situation, please try to wait for the driver update, as display driver version 4079 didn't work well at your side, please submit this through Windows Feedback Tool.
Best regards
Michael Shao

I'm trying to deploy a windows 8.1 64bit image to a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 using WDS. I am able to pxe boot the device but as soon as I click "Run the deployment wizard to install a new operating system" it comes up with the error stated above.
I have added the whole Surface driver pack into my deployment share. I'm wondering what I can do to try to get past this error.Hi,
It is critical that the driver for the USB Ethernet Adapter is included in the boot image. When managing Windows PE drivers it recommended that you create an MDT selection profile that includes only the drivers required for Windows PE to connect to the network
and mass storage devices.
Do this then update the boot image in WDS
