Winforms app keeps asking for config

I have multiple apps that keep asking me for an XML config file. These are existing apps that I loaded from TFS. There is an app.config file in the solution. Thoughts?

We could add the config file as a new item like this screen shot in VS IDE.
I know that we could read the value/data from the .config file in the winform project.

So if it is not your own projects, and you don't know how to get/use this config file, you would discuss this issue with the developer, so you could know how to use the .config file or where to get this file.
But if you met any Winform development issue, for example, you want to know that whether you could use one config file with multiple projects, this forum would be better for you.

But if you mean that the project files you check out from the TFS have certain issue, you would check that whether other team members have check in the whole projects, and whether you check out the correct/latest projects from the TFS.

The Age app keeps asking for my password even though I am a subscriber. The developer can't fix it.

The Age app keeps asking for my password in subscriber content pages, even though I pay for subscription to access all areas. The Age can't fix the problem.

Try deleting and re-installing the app
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.
Be a little more insistant with the app developer. If it his/her code after all.

App keeps asking for serial number (which I don't have)

I've downloaded my app (Audition) that my company already purchased for me. The app keeps asking for my serial number (which I don't have). When I'm logged into Creative Cloud, Audition appears in my account. What gives?

I followed the instructions, made the changes suggested, and it's still asking me for a serial number.
I can't use my app that we paid for. Very frustrating.

Calendar App keeps asking for my Yahoo password

If I start up the Calendar App in Mavericks, I am constantly asked for my Yahoo Account password.
I enter the password, nothing. So Calendar asks me again, what is the Yahoo Password?
I have deleted the iCloud account from my iMac.
Reset up a new iCloud Account.
Changed the Yahoo Account password.
Trashed Yahoo Mail accounts in settings on iMac and iPad.
Then readded Yahoo Account in Mail settings w new password.
I made a calendar date on my iPad, the iMac immediately showed it.
So incidents are synced.
So why can't Calendar accept my yahoo password? Or do I even need Calendar to open, if all date incidents are synced?

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select
Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked Keep login keychain unlocked is not checked, check it.
Select
Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain. Quit Keychain Access.

Apps keep asking for cellular to be turned on

I went to settings on my iphone and turned off cellular for anything where it wasn't critical - yet nearly every time I run some apps, the app keeps popping up a message suggesting I turn it on. Very annoying. Is this normal behavior or is there some solution?

Guess it is unavoidable since no one has given any way to solve this. But it seems like a bad system to me. I could see asking temporarily - in case someone made a mistake in turning it off. But it happens way to much. Maybe a good solution would be to let an app ask you the first time it is launched and this option has been turned off. But then not ask you again until at least the next day. And then wait a week. Then two. then not more than once a month. I'd like to eventually not ask at all, but it should at least do something like this.

Mail app keep asking for hotmail password

Hi everyone,
I have two Hotmail,Gmail and other email service providers setup in my Mail app
the problem is only with the Hotmail accounts
The Mail program keep asking continuously - once in awhile - to type the password for the Hotmail email although the password is saved and it is there in the Keychain Access
I tried to create a new keychain in the Keychain Access and moved the passwords there ---> it didn't work after some days it asked me and then it's keep going.
right now when the mail asks for the password I close the program and then reopen it again after doing that It wont ask me for the password till some time - it happens daily -
I read that the problem is from Microsoft server but how it can be where is the iPhone mail works great without asking for Hotmail password
I also checked out Thunderbird app and guess what it worked , it didn't ask me for the Hotmail password !!!
I wonder if anyone managed to get it works fine

do you think Thunderbird is working great since it's using its own Keychain or database to store the emails password where as the Mail app is using the Keychain Access that comes with the Mac OS X ?
I don't know. However Hotmail does have some weird non-standard access protocol. (Well, it's probably a standard, but I don't know any other mail provider using such a protocol.) It's probably just some tweak that Thunderbird and others have done to force Hotmail to work with their program, but I really don't have any idea. Other people tell me their apps work so it's just seems to be something between Hotmail and OSX Mail.
Other than OSX Mail, I mostly use Outlook on Windows and Mac. They do not tell us much either since those being Microsoft products like Hotmail, it would be embarrasing for Microsoft not to make their products work well together.

My apps keep asking for my Apple ID password

Just today when i try to launch an app (Youtube, Google maps etc) i keep getting asked for my Apple ID password.
This has never happened before.

IOs 8.1 Mail app keeps asking for iCloud password

Since the update to iOs 8.1 i have a problem with my mailbox.
Every time i want to create a new mail, it asks me for my iCloud password.
This happens on my iPhone (6) and iPad (Air) while im in my iCloud inbox, Gmail inbox, or just the general overview.
Whenever i press the create new mail icon it will ask for my iCloud password.
- When i give the iCloud password (correct one) it wont ask for it again in the next 15 mins
- When i dont give the iCloud password (cancel) i can just send mails but it will ask for the password whenever i create a new mail.
What i did:
- Remove iCloud account > reboot > Add iCloud account > didnt solve the problem
- Remove Keychain > didnt solve the problem
- Remove iCloud photo's > didnt solve the problem
- Remove iCloud mail > still asks for the iCloud password.
- Remove iCloud > solves the problem but i dont want to remove iCloud
- Disabled all iCloud options, (mail, contacts, etc) > didnt solve the problem
- Disabled 2 step verification > didnt solve the problem
Everytime i want to create a new mail, u see the phone/pad use the "syncing icon" 3x 5 seconds, maybe a link here?
Anyone else with any ideas that i can try?

That's interesting that it didn't start to happen after a while on your work iPad. I just tried my iPad this evening and I'm getting the same iCloud password popup message when I try to create a new mail or enable "Contacts Only' in Airdrop.
I still think it's a problem with our iCloud accounts. Some flag in the system isn't set or something for some reason. I don't even have mail switched on in my iCloud account so there is no valid reason why Mail.app would try and authenticate to iCloud just because we create a new email.
Signing out of iCloud fixes the issue for me (not that it's a valid long term solution) so that points the finger directly at a setting on my server side iCloud account I think.

Cards app keeps asking for "update" info

I was so excited to use the cards app when I got iOS 5.
I set up the card and everything. When I put in the recipient address (in Canada) the price automatically changed to $4.99 which I thought was cool.
It goes through all the steps, asks for my CVV which I put in and when it gets to the authorizing stage it says "there is no enoguh info in your iTunes account. Please go to settings --> store and update your account info".
I've updated everything several times. I've even updated on iTunes on my Mac in case I'm missing something. My CVV never saves, even in iTunes on the PC but it asks for it all the time so I just put it in.
If this doesn't get resolved soon Apple is losing my $4.99 and I'm going with TouchNote.
Someone help please?

Just wondering if you ever got an answer from Apple support about this issue. I sent a card using Touchnote and they said it was sent this morning (created the card last night). Only cost $1.49 to ship internationally...so much cheaper. Card doesn't appear to have an envelope attached though which is a bit of a bummer since I'm sending pictures of family and friends and I'd like that to be somewhat private.

BT Wifi App keeps asking for details

Hi all,
I've been having trouble with the BT Wifi app for the last couple of days. I keep getting the screen shown below. I keep re-entering my details and getting stuck in a loop of seeing this screen. I am able to sign into a hotspot via the web and then the app works OK but, of course, the app is supposed to do the signing in for me. I've moved to app to phone storage to try and eliminate any permissions problem but it still doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it? I have also tweeted @BT Care for help.

Desktop creative cloud app - keeps asking for sign in

Hi,
I have recently signed up for the Photoshop creative cloud package. I can use my Photoshop and lightroom fine but when I try to use the creative cloud icon on my desktop, it asks me to sign in which I do. It then says you have been signed out please sign in again. Which I do, over and over again. It just won't sign in. My log in details are fine as I can use them with my Adobe account without problems. It's just CC on my desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the same problem. I've looked on line and seen members encouraging members to delete certain files and alter files etc. But when I look for them on my machine it comes up files not found. I've made sure that the 'show hidden files' is ticked but still no result.
Can anyone help with this please?

Thanks for your help - I looked for C:\Users\<user account>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder as it said in the article you recommended - but it came back 'not items match your search' - I have made sure in the settings that 'show hidden files' is ticked.
Any suggestions please?

Updating apps, keeps asking for billing info

i have a problem up-dating my apps on my iphone 4s, i keep gettin massage telling me i need to enter billin infomation but when i do, i get decilined massage and wont let me up-date anything on my apple account, driving me crazy plz help

You Apple ID is not tied to a free account. The only way to create a free account is by downloading iTunes to your computer, then go to the App store with in iTunes, find a free App then click on the word free. There it will prompt you to enter your Apple ID or create an account. Select create an account. From there you can move forward with creating a free account. Next to the Credit card (on the second page of the set up) options will be a Free Box instead. Let me know if you need help with how to make your current account free. What do you currently use you Apple ID to do?

Deleted Facebook app keeps asking for my password

I recently Deactivated my Facebook account; and subsequently deleted the Facebook App from my iPhone 4.
Even so, every 2 min or so, I get a pop-up reminder on my iPhone: Facebook Password - Enter the password for "email address here" in Settings. It gives me the option of either going to Settings or Cancel. If I go into Settings, it will reactive my Facebook account; even though I no longer have the Facebook App on my iPhone. I did a hard "reset" of my iPhone and still this is happening. Please advise if you know how to rectify this problem.

Open Keychain Access.
Select Passwords on the left.
Locate the keychain associated with the AT&T/Yahoo site then right or control click that keychain then select the Attributes tab.
Click Show Password
Make sure that password matches your mail password.
