WIP error

Hi expert,
My user has run KKAX and then run KO88.But system shows following error"There is no accrued amount ;settlement is not possible".
In that case shall i run KKA7 to delete result analysis and then run KKAX again .Then KO88.Shall it resolve my issue.What effect will come in system,if i use KKA7 for deleting RA of said production order.
Please advise.

Hi,
When you run KKAX, have you checked whether there is any WIP amount showed. If yes, then it would have shown in KO88 tcode as well which can be settled.
Please ensure to run KKAX again and check the WIP amount. If it is available, then please check whether it has already settled in KO88. Please check previous settlements in KO88 (chances are there that it might have been settled by someone else - just check for confirmation)
What is the status of the production order now - PCNF, REL or TECO? If it is in PCNF or REL then if there is any WIP, then it would have shown in KKAX. Also if the Production order is now in TECO status, then there will not be any WIP and you have to run KKS2 for variance calculation and then perform KO88 for final settlement. At that time, whatever prior WIP calculated will be reversed out and the final settlement entry will be posted to COGS or Production variance account or (to Sales order if it is a MTO scenario).

Yep, that is basically the "shredding data" icon... wiping.
According the amount of data ON the device, it can take an hour (or more).

Production order closure not possible becasue of WIP

Hi,
I have a production order planned for 10 pcs
The operations in it are not confirmed and the operation yield is 0 and the status is set to TECO. The order status show GMPS TECO RESA and the documented goods movement shows 261 and 262 for equal quntities
user is unable to close the order as he is getting a WIP error

It definitely makes sense.But I am unable to process KKAX KKS2 KO88 as the order has been set for deletion and the previous period has been locked. I will propose the same to my client and ask him to remove the flag and process further
In this context I had two more questions in the same prdn order
1. Can we set the order to TECO even if the operations are not confirmed?
2. In the DATES/QTY Tab in the order - it has 10 pcs as Plnd order and 10 pcs as ORDER quantity. This I understand
can you please tell me what does the DELIVERED AND COMMITTED quantity mean. In this case it is 0 against delivered and 10 against committed

App error 602 during update

hi,
I was updating my BB 9350 7.1 bundle 921 with the desktop software, after the download and the installation was done; i recieve an "app error 602" message during the rebooting. now my phone does not restart at all and i have tried and triend several times. the desktop softaware does not connet to it. what can i do?

If you want to solve this problem on your Blackberry ... You must download the BBASK.
Also you have the DM (desktop manager) for Windows PC

Not a common issue on update/restore

Hi there.
First off, this is a nice forum. I read a lot here when I Was a guest ;D
Well, after 2 days looking over the internet I just give up.
This is my last choice I think.
Here is the problem.
My desktop Manager allways show Device Connected (Pin): None. It's not a problem because I can just click and set the usb device pin.
Well, I did a full wipe (error 507) and on the middle of update after "loading module "net_rim_cldc.cod my device just Shutdown and I can hear a "pop" from the device. Well, DM just ask me to try again. So, I just wait the device reboot on error 507 and sometimes de net_rim_cldc.cod pass fine, but on the midle like language or something "pop" my device shutdown again.
I tried on 2 pcs and the same problem.
I tried also using loader.exe /nojvm, it's detect fine my usb device, do a erase/load rom perfectly. but again when it's copyng the files "pop" the device suddenly shutdown and autorebook
So, I ask... Could this be a batery problem? or something else?
My device is a nextel brasil 8350i. My DM is the lastest version, the software installed is the 8350iAMEA_PBr4.6.1_rel459_PL3.1.0.31_A4.6.1.313_Nextel_Communications_Inc also I tried the 8350iAMEA_PBr4.6.1_rel302_PL3.0.0.70_A4.6.1.194

Are you performing this install using Desktop Manager?
Try this method:
First locate your carrier and the OS file you wish to use.

If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem.

How to prevent an error of [WIP work order ... is locked-]

Can someone tell me how to prevent an error which [The WIP work order associated with this transaction is currently locked and being updated by another user. Please wait for a few seconds and try again.Transaction processor error].
How can you prevent that error?
P.S.
Oracle support　told me [When you make data of mtl_transaction_interface, give same transaction_header_id to all data. Then, you kick worker with appointed transaction_header_id. Or, you set up being uncompatible with workers].
I cannot allow that making with same transaction_header_id and being uncompatible with worker on my system.

Error When Submitting WIP Mass load Concurrent Program (Work in Process)

Hi,
I am submitting WIP Mass Load concurrent program to get the data from WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE table in to base tables.
The concurrent program is completed with Warning status.
My Package inserts the data into wip_job_schedule_interface table to create a WIP Job. After inserting the data in to wip_job_schedule_interface table, it submits a concurrent program (WIP Mass Load) (Standard concurrent program) to create a WIP job automatically from the data inserted into wip_job_schedule_interface table.
This concurrent is errored out with the following warning message:

Error during calculation of work in process (WIP)

I have a problem during calculation of WIP. After entering all data, system reports me that WIP calculation could not be done because of following error:
Create a cost element for the usage of inventory (line ID COP)
Message no. KJ307
Diagnosis
In results analysis, capitalized costs are created and apportioned to the line IDs. If the Split creation/usage indicator is set in the extended control of the results analysis version, then the usage of the capitalized costs is written under a separate results analysis cost element for each line ID.
Procedure
Go into Customizing for Product Cost Controlling and carry out the following steps:
1. Create a cost element for the capitalized costs used for line ID COP.
2. Enter this cost element under Define Update for Results Analysis.
I can't find transaction or path for solution from the procedure. Pls help.

KKAX - error 'Manual WIP/results analysis is not allowed for order

We are running KKAX on some process orders. A few of them get the error 'there are values for cost element 999999 that are not assigned to any line ID'; however, we do have a line id set up for the cost element, etc; when we drill down further on the message, what we end up with is 'manual wip/results analysis is not allowed'. The business transaction for this is KABM. I can see on the order that KABM is not a permitted business transaction.
We only have this problem on a few of the orders. How is the KABM being invoked? Is it caused by an order status? How can I fix this?

i have come up with the new business requirement
I want to change some of the material in one of the plant into discreete.For that, I tried to delete the production version and then tried to uncheck repetitive manufacturing indictor in MRP4 view.
But it is giving the following error
Either you are attempting to delete production version 1000 or
you haveattempted to deselect the repetitive manufacturing indicator for the production version.
It is not possible to delete the production version or to
deselect the repetitive manufacturing indicator for the following reasons:
o Cutoff period for WIP calculation has not yet been
established. For the period in which a goods receipt was last entered with reference to this production version.
o The cutoff period for variance calculation has not been
defined for the full life of the production version.

75% of overhead to be loaded on WIP. System giving error: Msg No. KJ333

Hello Experts,
We are executing WIP (TCode: KKAX). We have load only 75% of the overhead. Hence for this, we have maintained 3 things ReqToCap - OVH,
OptToCap - OVH and % OvhToCap as 75%.
However, system is giving error. Refer Screenshot KKAX Error - 1. Refer my setting Screenshot - KKAX Config1
Since it was multiple assignment error, I tried removing "ReqToCap" It gave me other error. Refer Screenshot KKAX Config2

PURPOSE
Inventory와 WIP Transaction에 대해 Inventory Cost manager가
정상적으로 작동하지 않고 Error가 발생한 경우, Data Fix방법에
대해 기술하고자 한다.
Explanation
Cost Manager는 다음의 Transaction들에 대해 처리한다.
1. Material transactions
2. WIP Resource transactions
Cost Manager가 수행 시 정상적으로 처리하지 못한 경우,
다음과 같이 Error처리를 한다.
(1) mtl_material_transactions의 costed_flag = 'E'
(2) wip_cost_txn_interface에 data가 존재한다.
:정상적으로 수행한 경우, Interface table에서 Record가 삭제된다.
1. To resolve the Material transactions:
Select request_id, costed_flag, transaction_group_id
from mtl_material_transactions
where costed_flag is not null;
(If this picks up any records - uncosted transactions exist).
update mtl_material_transactions
set request_id = null,
costed_flag = 'N',
transaction_group_id = null
where costed_flag is not null;
2. To resolve any WIP transactions:
Select request_id, group_id, process_status
from wip_cost_txn_interface;
(ie. only uncosted transactions exist in this table)
Update wip_cost_txn_interface
set request_id = null,
group_id = null,
process_status = 1;
The next Cost manager run should pick up the transactions and
reprocess them

Dear SAP Experts
When doing CORM (close process order), the error message u201CThere is still WIP for order u201Cu2013 WIP in financial accounting is still to be cleared.
For this process order, the WIP is calculated in period 11 2009,The order was final confirmed and final settlement to COPA was done on feb 2010, So we tried to reverse the settlement , the settlement on feb 2010 is getting reversed ,but the WIP in period is not reversing in KO88
How to reverse the WIP posted in period 11 2009 ,now the period is closed for year 2009. now the order status was in CNF . Please suggest a solution for this .

HI,
WIP-posting for a given period is reversed when the settlement for this period is reversed.
As this is in an already closed fiscal year there is no way to do so as this will change accounting figures for closed fiscal years.
What causes the "WIP is not zero for order..." message? This needs to be solved and I doubt that the reversal of the old WIP settlement will help you on this.
