WIP Report in between operations

Hi experts
Ours is a Textile Industry & we have requirement for WIP report,
Our Routing consists of Operations such as Singeing,Bleaching,Mercersing,Dyeing,finishing, Our Management wants WIP Report such that it should show them
whats the WIP or stock which has been confirmed at say suppose Dyeing.
Are there any standard reports apart from KKAX,KKAY,
KKAQ, KKAL, KOB8. I have checked all the reports above but its not fulfilling my reuqirement.

You can get the details in COOIS report
select List =Operations.
And profile - std.
Enter the required data for plant and oreer type.
execute the report
In the report you can see the confirmed opration which represents the stage at which the matyerial is going through
come back if required

Thank u all for ur replies, but I dint the exact solution for what I'm searching for.
If I use the condition as
"WHERE "Workforce Budget"."Used Budget Amount" BETWEEN MAX("Workforce Budget"."Total Eligible Salaries") AND MAX("Workforce Budget"."Published Worksheet Budget Amount"",
all the data will be grouped with the two columns which I'm considering in the condition.
my actual requirement with this query is to get the required date from a table to generate the report either as daily or weekly or monthly report. If I use repository variables, variables are not getting refreshed until I regenerate the server(which I should not do in my project). Hence I have created a table to hold weekly start and end dates and monthly start and end dates to pass the value to the actual report using between operator.
please could anyone help me on this, my release date is fast approaching.

Between operator for group by date in Apex Interactive Reports

In the interactive reports filter, i couldn't find the 'between' operator for date field (got a 'group by date' in my sql query (source). I am just wondering, Is it beacuse of the group by date clause?. Is there any way to show the 'between' operator in the interactive reports filter.

I just opened an existing IR style report, went to actions, filter, selected a date column and found between at the bottom of the list of values.. Are you sure the date you are trying to filter on is a true date column?

WIP Report

Hi,
I would like to know is there any WIP report availbale for a particular material quantity.
EX: Let us take 1000 qty of that matrial, out of this 800 qty has been finished and made a GR for that qty. Then for rest of qty i need a work in process report.
Is there nay std report available for this.
Could please let me know how to go abt that.

i have created 3 value sets from_date, to date and job number
in job number value set in where clause i have written following code =

i have tried using :NULL , now it is working for job numbers but not working for date range, if i give date range it is giving all the jobs, instead it should give only specific data.

Is any Standard WIP report available for Open Production Orders and the material issued against it.
and can i see the Cost component wise, of the Production order.

see the following line whcih i received from my friend on the above subject hope this what you looking for
If you have inhouse produced material half done ( not yet fully processed).
The Rules:
1. You will only get the WIP only for Milestone/Reporting Point Operations.
2. The Production order status should be REL and not DLV or TECO.
3. Without Auto GR, i.e Manual GR also after partial/final Confirmation you will gt the WIP.
You can use the Transaction: KKAS/KKAX (Individual Processing).
WIP is for Material in REM and For Order in Discrte Manufacturing.
If your Production Order ststus is not DLV or TECO, then System will consider your Order for WIP Calculation.
In COOIS, input the Status as REL and Not DLV and Execute.
If you have confirmed/Backflushed some quantity, the remaining quantity is in some intermediate stage then system will consider this for WIP Calculation

1. Define Results Analysis key : Tcode - OKG1
2, Define Cost Elements for WIP Calculation : Tcode - KA01
3. Define Result Analysis Versions : Tcode - OKG9
4. Define Valuation Method ( Actual Costs): Tcode - OKGC

While in a OLTP you have data tables free of redundance and ready for transactions meaning writing and reading few records often, in an OLAP-system you need to read a lot of data for every query you do on a database. Often in an OLAP-system you aggregate these amounts of data.
Therefore you use another principle for these database scheme. This is called star schema. This means that you have one central table (called fact table) which holds the key figures and have keys to another tables with characteristics. These other tables are called dimension tables. They hold combinations of the characteristics

Operating concern is the highest level of hierarchy in controlling area. Operating concern used to
do analysis on PCA (Profit Center Acctg) / CO-PA. This is basically used for the analysis of parameters, like measuring
internal profit of a SBU, Sales data analysis (COPA).They can even be used for Analysing balance sheet items
(Stocks,Assets,cash etc.)
Segment- financial report information by line of business and geographical area
business area- equivalent to a specific area of responsibility within your company or business segment. This can be used for both internal and external reporting
                      Business areas are primarily used to facilitate external segment reporting across company
codes, covering the company's main areas of operation (product lines, branches)
      organizational units in FI module are ( in sequence): Client, company code, business area, company, credit cotrol area, funds
      management area, dunning area, chart of accounts and controlling area.

Mismatch of WIP report total and GL Trial balance

Per requirement, I am expected to see that the "WIP" reported in GL trial balance and the
Total WIP we get from the Report S_ALR_87013127 (Path-Easy access-CO- Prod.cost Controllingcost obj controllingprod cost by periodinfo systemObject list)" matches per plant.
I run the CO43, KKAO, KKS1, CO88 jobs every weekend. I take the spool request from the CO88(Prod settlement) then I also remove scrap variances for a production orders which error and then run the Variance and Prod settlement(CO88) jobs again.
I still don't see a match yet. What could be the reason?
What can I do to correct the WIP from Period 1, 2008?
I have period 1 open in OB52.However executed MMPV o February 1(priod 2)?

Difference in between operator in oracle 8i and 9i version

Is their any difference between the functioning of Between operator in 8i and 9i?

I agree that there should be no differences in behavior of the between operator from version 8.1 to 9.2. If you can run the same query with the same data on the two versions and get different results then you would need to look for version specific, possibly platform specific, bugs on metalink.

Below is an example diagram, as you can see, FACT TABLE have a join (an arrow one) towards TABLE_1 and TABLE_3. AS for the TABLE_3, this table is the one which I implement with the BETWEEN Operators function in Physical Layer. Also, the arrow in FACT TABLE and TABLE_3 is a red one with no arrow head line.

XML Document Format for JDBC Receiver(Between operation)

is there a way to use a BETWEEN operation for the key in a SELECT XML document format????????, I need to filter in the Where for different Statements in teh strcuture as BETWEEN, thanks in advance.

SFTP Seeburger adapter - Could not find channel for report handling between

Hello Friends ,
We have R3 -> PI-> SFTP scenario . The messages are transferred successfully and the file is successfully received at the receiving end . But when we do communication channel monitoring , we see errors in Receiver CC . The Reciever CC contains SFTP adapter (Seeburger) . Recently the Seeburger adapter is upgraded and the below error has started occuring then onwards .
Error Message which we see in CC monitoring for Receiver CC (SFTP) is as below .
Initiation of Transmission Report( job id: da405030-30c6-11df-8b6e-797b8921162c milestone: 290) failed! Exception occured: Error while preparing XI message. Error: Could not find channel for report handling between parties: fromParty, toParty: Itella) - com.seeburger.xi.connector.fw.ConfigurationException: Error while preparing XI message. I also have the error you mentioned but we're implementing the Seeburger SFTP adapter for the first time.
I've requested transport acknowledgements in my ABAP proxy and have checked the 'Deliver transmission report' flag in the adapter but I don't know what else I must do.

Query panel between operator issue

Hi,
I'm using Jdeveloper 11.1.2.3.0.
I have a view criteria with Equal to operator for employee id, selected Show Operator as always.
Dropped it as a Query Panel with Table on a jsf page.
On the query panel, selected operator as Between. When i enter From Field value in the query panel and click on Search, entire query is executing and estimated row count on the vo is showing the total number of records in the VO and then throwing an error Attribute Employee Id is required.
How can i stop executing the query or how can i populate To field value when From field value is entered?
As I have used Equal to while defining the VC, i provided the bind variable as pEmpId. When i use Between operator and entered both values, to field value is going to vc_temp_1 variable.
How can i populate value into this at run time.

Maybe you can try to reset QueryModel, something like this:
QueryModel queryModel = queryComponent.getModel();
QueryDescriptor queryDescriptor = queryComponent.getValue();
queryModel.reset(queryDescriptor);
queryComponent.refresh(FacesContext.getCurrentInstance());

Between operator

Hi
We used between operator for varchar2 column.it is caused any performance problem n query execution.
My sql statement is AND gcc_c.segment3 BETWEEN '&&3' AND '&&4'
AND gcc_c.segment4 BETWEEN '&&5' AND '&&6'
where segment3 and segment4 as varchar2 columns.now program is running some times very fast and some times take more hours to execute the sql satement.
Plz give any one solutions.how to write the between operator for varchar2 columns.

Is there any correlation between the range between the two values specified and the time it takes the query to execute?
For instance one might expect this
select *
from big_table
where col23 between 'BBB' and 'XXX'
/to take longer to execute than this...
select *
from big_table
where col23 between 'MMM' and 'MNO'
/In fact, you might well want a completely different execution for the first case and the second case (full table scan, preferably with parallel query VS indexed range scan).
