Wiped blackberry now i've lost loads!

Hi, i purchased my blackberry off Ebay - ive had it over a week now and everything was fine. I got my BBM set up, tmobile set me up with the Blackberry Internet pack i needed. Today my phone was being very strange and had an error code on, when i looked this up on google it said to wipe it. So i did a security wipe, when i did this it said 'You will not be able 2 send emails from this device' but i thought obviously i will? But when it has came back on i dont have the option to set up my emails. My BBM is not working and my status of my Blackberry internet says not connected. How can i fix this? So stressed!

The security wipe has removed everything from your BB of a personal nature.
On your BlackBerry device, go to:
1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.
2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site:
From your handheld device: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402
Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and log in. Then under Help!, select Service Books, then select Send service Books.
Alternatively, log in to your BIS account on PC and set up emails from there.

3. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot. This reboot, even if you have already done this, is often needed to install the service books.

I got a new graphics card and my mum stuffed it when she tried to install it. We got it done professionally but they had to re-set my computer. we paid extra to have them transfer all my programs and documents to another computer and transfer them back. It didnt work, I lost everything except any folders on my desktop (weird huh). Anyway, I lost itunes, quicktime and my ipod software. I tried to re-load it(using the cd) onto my computer but it comes up with a window saying "error: 0x80040707" "access is denied". I used my cd and loaded it onto my sisters computer fine and Im wondering what went wrong. After that I tried downloading itunes from the apple site and even though it says its installed, when I open it it comes up with the message 'itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close' straight away, without even opening itunes.
Im not having a problem with any other software and I dont know what to do about it.
Aside from that I lost some very important photos when my computer was wiped. I still have them on my ipod and I cannot get them off. It says I have a thumbs folder and a photo database file. How do I get the photos off, especiallyy since I cant seem to get itunes back

okay, that version of the 0x80040707 is a known complication of a broken QuickTime. in this context, it usually means the installation configuration information of the QuickTime has been compromised.
here's what we'll try first.
Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. then use it to clear any existing QuickTime installation configuration information from your PC:

I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Now that mobile me is gone, I have not been able to go between devices to transfer things. I was merely trying to take a document I had worked on and open it in pages, but it said my version was too old. When I updated, it wouldn't load. Now I cannot do anything. When I installed the Windows 7 operating system, I did not know that I was supposed to Uninstall iTunes, and then reinstall my database after I installed Windows 7. Now I have lost my iTunes database; however, I still have many .wav files on my computer, but all of the files are arranged by "Artist"; when I click on an Artist, I get the "Albums" listed for that Artist; when I click on an Album, I get the "Tracks" (.wav), preceded by the "Track Number", (space), "Track Name".
Does anyone know if I can "Batch", search the Internet, and recreate my original "iTunes" database from the .wav files that are contained on my Music Library, External Drive "H"; and, my backup external drives "G" & "I"? I may have additional tracks on these drives that are not included in my basic Music Library; after I include all of the .wav files on my external drives, I plan to delete all duplicate files. My basic iTunes Program is on my Drive "C", along with my "Temporary" Audio Files; I plan to delete my Temporary Files after I recreate my Audio Library on my "H" drive. If this is possible, could someone give me "step-by-step" instructions to do this operation. If this is not possible, please let me know, so that I can start downloading my CD's again.

A major drawback with using wav for storage is that it doesn't carry a tag. This means that in the event of a corrupted library the only information remaining is the filename. Other data may be stored in the path but iTunes doesn't know how to get it. I understand that you need this format for your workflow with Diamond Cut, but that makes it all the more important that you backup your iTunes database on a regular basis.
Provided that you still have the tracks in their artist and album folders and haven't let iTunes "reorganise" them you should be able to restore some useful metadata using my script TagFromFilename. The script reads the path and filename, and provided these are in the normal layout of <Path>\<Artist>\<Album>\## <Name>.<Ext> can restore Artist, Album Artist, Track Name and Track Number. If your files have a different but predicatable layout with the same information, e.g. the data is all in the filename, then I could create a suitable version of the script to get the data into iTunes. I recommend you disable both the Keep... and Copy... options in iTunes advanced preferences before adding files to the iTunes database. Ideally you also want a complete backup of your correctly structured folders in case you need to pull copies back from it.
As stated earlier, uninstalling iTunes before the upgrade wouldn't have helped. The crucial thing before any upgrade is to backup all user data from the drive that will be wiped. Typically the iTunes database lives in C:\Users\<User>\Music\iTunes on Vista or Windows 7. The crucial file is called iTunes Library.itl. You seem fairly certain that you don't have a backup database that you could restore but an exhaustive search of your hard drive for files of the form *.itl might still be worth doing. If you find any apart from the active library we can discuss how you open them to see if they are useful.

I have two blackberry 8520 that won't load the operating system one loads a third then switches off and on,the other loads and writes reload software...I've tried force detection it does not show me any ports I downloaded the software but still nothing happens...

Try this
download device software from carrier's website
intall it on the computer.
after that plug your device in without the battery, once in
go to Start / Computer / C drive / Program files (x86) / Common files / research in motion / app loader / Loader.
double click LOADER to run.
once run wait for it to detec your device.
once done you will be routed to choose your language.
select language then NEXT
after that you will see " finish" or " close"
click it and the process will start
during the process when you receive an error that says " cannot detect device "
put the battery back in and keep on Retrying until the process proceed.
at the end you may receive a " fatal error occurs " but that is ok.
you device should be rebooting up by now.

he is very angry now because he replied some very important in the blackberry but now it all lost....
for those incoming email, he still have a copy in his AOL webmail account, but for those AOL mail replied in the blackberry... it didn't sync to the AOL sent item....
is there any way that we can get back those sent item ???

Did your boss ever do a backup of his/her device? If so, you can restore that backup to a new device.
If he never backed, no.
AOL accounts do NOT reconcile email and messages such as sent from the BB.

Working on that now. I'm just getting frustrated that everytime I run updates for the phone I end up with tech problems that I have to spend time solving as opposed to updates that actually improve my usage. Now I will once again get to spend hours reloading my phone all for updates that didn't affect my usage in the first place.

Check Safari / Preferences - Extensions. If you have any installed, turn that off, relaunch Safari.
If it's not Extensions, check for third party Safari add ons.

I ran disc utilities and it still wont load. It tells me that Safari quit unexpectedly and gives me the option to submit a report of to re-open.
I have tried to find an updated Safari online but only find 5.1.7 updates for Windows.

Ipod touch has lost LOADS of my videos when connected to my MacBook Pro

Ok this is a weird one, and it's happened twice now.
So I use two macs, my 27" iMac at work which runs snow leopard, and my MacBook Pro laptop that is running Tiger.
Now I connect both to my brand new iPod Touch, which is great and has all my videos ond music on.
Now I uploaded a ton of films / tv etc and when I went on holiday I took my laptop with me to use and I also use to charge up my ipod.
Now when I was charging in itunes on the laptop it showed all my old videos and music for some reason, not sure why - but when I checked the iPod it had all my new stuff on.
So I charged it, added a new album from my laptop and thought all was fine. But it wasn't.
Now I have lost ALL the new music and videos I put on there, and it's even put the old films and tv back on there....How? Why?
Now when I click on the iPod touch it tells me under setings / about that I have 31 videos on there, but it's only showing 10. So they've somehoe gone and as I have them all on my work mac and I'm on holiday I can't get them back on....GRRRRRR!
This has happened once before but I've no idea why - can anyone shed any light on this?

- You can only sync with one iTunes library. If you sync with a different library, the iPod will be erased and its contents replaced what is in the iTunes library of the attached computer. It appears that is what happened..

After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help with gift card issues. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice for the issue you are experiencing:
If you can't redeem your iTunes Gift Card or code
Contact iTunes Store Support
If the code is completely scratched off or you still can't redeem your gift card, contact iTunes Support:
Go to the iTunes Store support page and choose your country.
From the menu on the left, choose Contact Support.
Click Contact iTunes Store Support.
Follow the instructions.
iTunes Store Support might ask you to send these things:
Image of the full front and back of your gift card
Sales receipt showing when your card was purchased
Serial number from your gift card

Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

Thanks. I can change the forwarding settings in Gmail to be either POP or IMAP. That is quite simple. I just looked at those settings on the Gmail server and, to my surprise, both are enabled. In order for outlook client on my computer to receive IMAP emails I have to change the email account settings in my current outlook from POP to IMAP. I don't need to be using the Exchange version of Outlook to receive IMAP. I guess I'll do a little research tomorrow on Exchange so i can figure out what, if anything, it might do for me.
I glanced at the link you sent me and it looks like it might be very helpful - another project for tomorrow.
BTW: I hit "This Solved my Question" by accident. I meant only to "like' your response so you would get some benefit from the help you've given me so far. I hope I haven't discouraged others from taking a shot at helping me. I suspect there is more than one way to approach this and, as you know, my problem isn't really solved until I have what I need all set up and running smoothly.
