Wipro Printer Problem in SAP

Hi All,
Earlier we were using the HP laser A3 Printer and the driver was HPLJ1000 . We were able to print the SAP Prints in A4 sheet but after changing over to Wipro Printer "AR-M 165 Sharp Wipro" what ever print we give i\s printing in A3 .
Can any please help me in Printing the SAP Docments in A4 Paper .

Hi,
In printer settings - SPAD - tray info - you can give the Page format for that tray .
did you try setting that ? Try setting DINA 4.
or
Go to START --> SETTINGS ---> Printers
Right click on AR-M 165 Sharp Wipro ... Properties..
General Tab --> Printing Preferences --> Advanced --> Paper Size -->
Change it to (210 x 297 mm) or DIN A4 paper format.

Printing problem for SAP Script

Dear Friends,
I am facing strange problem for SAP Script. In the billing document output the sold to party and ship to party address are displaying. When user print the billing document on laser printer it print the Country for Sold to and Ship to. But when it print the same billing document on normal printer (other than laser) the Sold to country not printing.
The print preview of billing document in SAP correctly display country for Sold-to and Ship-to.
I have recently make changes in the SAP Script form (Address window) to display country for Ship-to which was never displayed before. I have added FROMCOUNTRY option after COUNTRY in address window. COUNTRY will be Ship-to and FROMCOUNTRY will be VBDKR-SLAND.
Can any one help me to solve this problem.

Smartform Printing Problem in SAP ECC 6.0 with Ehp6

Hi Sap Expert,
Our Sap System has been upgraded from ECC 6.0 to ECC 6.6 ( Ehp6). now we are facing problem in to print smart forms .
I have a smart form with one page and three copies are there.
On first it was written ORIGINAL, on second DUPLICATE and third one is TRIPLICATE.
When I see the print preview it shows all the three pages ( ORIGINAL, DUPLICATE and TRIPLICATE. ). but when i give the command to print. it will only 3 copies
ORIGINAL. and when i convert into PDF it shows only one page ORIGINAL.
I want ORIGINAL, DUPLICATE and TRIPLICATE printout in single command.
Note : Before Up gradation of sap system it worked fine.

Text printing problem in sap script

In ABAP, we have an excise printing program, in which we have to add
one expenses which is being calculated properly in proforma invoice
and sales order. The expense head is amortization amout, the amount is
being added in the excise invoice total but not printing it.

Hi Shital,
I think the problem here is with your form and you need to crosscheck it once.. First thing you need to check is whether the program is fetching a value for this and to make sure it is not blank. Use debugging to this stuff. Second of all Check whether you are correctly writing the command in you Script so that the value is printed properly.Check that there are no conditions that are stopping it from being printed.

Printing problem in Sap script using J1IP

Using a Zprogram & script for Excise Invoice printing using J1IP. The value of a field gets double while printing but it appears correct in Print Preview of the same.
Moreover, the value prints correctly if some other login is used on the same machine.
What could be the reason. Kindly advise as not able to resolve this issue.

Sometimes it is to do with printer settings. I hope you are checking Output for both PRD and DEV on same printer.

EPSON LQ - 2180 ESC/P2 : print setting problem from SAP b1 8.8 PL 19

Hi All,
we are SAP Business One Customer, I have created Crystal Report and using Printer : 'EPSON LQ - 2180 ESC/P2',
I have selected Same Printer in Printer Option
Orientation is 'Portrait'
Paper Size 'US Std Fanfold'
but print out comes in Vertical Format, we want to print it in Horizontal format
I Tried many times in Landscape and Portrait format but print comes in Vertical format.
I have checked some following conditions:
1. If printer is in 'Portrait' format then test print is OK..
2. If Crystal Report is in 'Portrait' format then test print is OK..... directly print from Crystal Report
3. whenever I take print out from SAP B1 for same Crystal Report with same setting but print comes in vertical format.
I am attaching Print Setup screen print with this mail, pls kindly find the attachment.
Pls give me feasible Solution as soon as possible.

when you say S-Account, this account is needed when we use the SAP Portal. Contact your SAP Partner to get your S-Account. regarding the note i will quote it here
1535606 - Printer preference setting for the Crystal Layouts
Symptom
Print Crystal Report layout does not consider Business One (B1) printer preferences changed by user before printing.
In order to enable B1 to make print preferences changes in application the Crystal Report Layout must have ticked off the "Dissociate Formatting page Size and Printer Paper Size" option in page setup.
The following preferences are enabled for the Crystal Reports Layouts:
1. Orientation: "Portrait" or "Landscape".
Note! In case the report is too wide to fit on rotated page, error message is returned.
2. Document Options: Duplex printing (Print on both sides).
3. Paper Options: Paper size.
Note! The options Custom Size will not be considered by B1.
Note! In case it is not possible to print on some paper size error message is returned.
4. Paper/Quality: Print Quality/Printer Resolution, Paper Source.
5. Color Options.
Note! Crystal does not resize the report to fit the selected paper or format.

Printing problem with printer EPSON 1070+

Hi ,
I am printing Document using SAP smartforms on EPSON 1070+ Printer. The device type used for task is EPESCP.
Page foramt I am using is DIN3.
When print is taken on specified printer it is printing all content of document in one font and not in the font which has been attached part of text.Document is display properly(text in different fonts) in print preview,but output on actual printer comes differently.
What should be done to correct problem ?

Hi Amit,
Have you checked by printing Word document on same printer??...
If the right part of the paper still left blank, then margin setting of the printer in windows has problem,
Otherwise check it in SPAD only.
Also check your Margin settings at printer.

How to use print control in Sap script

I would like to use print control in Sap script.Actualy my problem I have security font Troy ECF. Using this font I would like to print amount field in Check printing.
we count download this font with sap .we talked to customer care they told we should hard code in sapscript. pls can any1 help on this how to do and how to use print control for this fonts.

Printing problem with gray cells in smartforms

Hi there,
i have developed a smart form with some color logo and some gray shaded cells. If i print it by SAPLPD it comes out fine but when i print it on a printer configured in SAP it doesnt come out properly. All the gray cells print as black cells. Any advice?

it some times depends upon the printer drivers also
i faced the same problem with one printer then i tried with the other hpcolor printer then i got the printout perfectly that means sometimes the drivers of the printer will crash with the program
so its better u try this one in the another printer

I was having the similar issue on my Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. At times SAP prints stop working. Then i changed Printer Type to "G" and it had solved the problem. It skips the use of SAPLPD service and calling windows printing service directly.

Printing Problems GI Slip and GR Slip

I have printing problems regarding the above. When I have only one output type configured eg WA01 and no WE's the goods issue prints perfectly however the GR slip also prints but in the form of a returns delivery note. I have not created any Returns delivery slip in the system. What could the possible causes be

Set the parameter ID NDR in the user master record to X.
This makes the print check box to be defaulted to X.
Now you should be able to print the GR from VL32N.

Printing problem in standerd report.

Dear Gurus,
In standard report of maintenance scheduling overview and simulation plan through T-code IP19. I am getting the graphical report.But I am not able to print that report.
Is there any special method to print the Graphical print out in SAP.
Is there any setting in functional customization for it.Or only Basis guy can fix the problem?

Please check if your printer is configured with the system or you have selected in the pop-up window when you click on print icon.
Destination: Local
Print Mode: Pages
Even if there is no printer configured with the system you are able to save the file to the desktop as *.TIF file and print later.

Using WEBGUI printing Problem encountered

Dear all,
having implemeted the WebGui application server a printing problem in the browser occurs.
Suppose that an ABAP-report issues a list consisting of various pages. Once you apply threprint button
in the internet browser (Microsoft 6.0) only the first page is being printed, the other pages are neglected.
In contrast, once you carry out the report within the SAP-System all pages are printed. The same applies once you apply the legacy standalone ITS with the function modules employed.
How can this issue be resolved ?
