WIPT Survey

Hey Expert
i m going to conduct  WIPT survey  roaming is required  kinldy help me how to enable roaming   what data rates  should i use while conducting
my survey

You have the software you need but I'm not sure what type of survey you are doing.  The Planner module is for a predictive survey while the Survey application is used to perform the actual survey.  You don't really need netstumbler.  Survey will give you all the information you need.  The biggest step that is often skipped in a wireless design is determining design requirements before the survey.  You can't design a network if you don't know what you are designing the network to do.  There is a lot more to surveying than putting one AP up on a wall and walking around.  You need to figure out what you are trying to do and then plan your survey around that information.  Let me know if you need additional assistance.

  • Interaction Centre: Survey not saved correctly

    Hi,
    We are using SAP CRM 5.0 Interaction Centre. While creating a customer feedback transaction with survey in Interaction Centre, following is the observation:
    1. We open the customer feedback transaction, enter the mandate information in the details tab and save the transaction.
    2. Then navigate to questionaire tab and fill-in the survey questions and save the survey.
    3. Navigate back to details tab and save the transaction. The survey and the transaction are saved correctly. Instead, without navigating back to details tab, when we try to save the transaction from the questionaire tab, neither the survey nor the transaction is saved.
    Recently the application was upgraded from SP15 to SP16.
    Please provide your inputs in solving this issue.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Hongyan Shao,
    Thanks for taking your time to answer my issue.
    Actually we have two issue in this
    1.When users press the End button, ideally, the current screens should be closed and default screen of Accoutn Identification should be shown.
    This does not happen.
    Actually, nothing happens when users press the End button.
    Users cannot click on anything else too and the screen seems to be frozen.
    Users have to close the IC session and relogin.
    2.And one more issue is when user ends call by click on end button it goes to account identification but Name of the account still be there on top left top side where it shown account name. but it allows agent to take another call and create service ticket.
    Please note that we are  using CTI( Avaya phone)
    Now since these two are an intermittent issues, i do not have reproduction steps.
    Thanks and regards,
    Teja

  • Can't move images in Survey mode

    I click on a folder and pull up a few images in Survey and am not able to move/re-arrange said images, on other folders it works as it should -- Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't -- yes, I click on the image itself. Is this a bug?

    Did you ever figure this out?

  • Service Desk Enhancement with Forms & Survey - no data evaluation possible

    Hello,
    I implemented an additional form in the service desk (using the survey functionality)
    See details here: http://www.solutionmanagerexpert.com/article_printable.cfm?id=5621
    Creation was fine, I am able to see the additional form as extra tab in Service Desk Support Messages (transaction type SLFN).
    But evaluting the data does not work.
    According to the survey suite, no data is available - but I answered to the survey/provided input to the form.
    I saved the values, and looking into the appropriate tables (mentioned here: CRM Survey Evaluation Data Storage) give the impression that answers are there.
    But I cannot evaluate them...
    Does anybody have experience with this kind of service desk enhancement and knows how to get the data for evaluation?

    Hi experts,
    We have a requirement to create a custom survey template and pass it to mobile. The data flow should be to and fro. as in; from CRM to Mobile Application and vice versa.
    Currently we are facing an issue in this that the data if not being passed properly from the CRM TO Moblie.

  • How to create a report with survey data

    Hi All,
    I need to create a report with survey data in below format. Can anyone help me how to display the summary in this format.
    Swapna

    Hi Swapna,
    According to your description, you want to create a report with survey data and display the summary.
    Reporting Services is used for rendering the report with data retrieved from datasource. In Reporting Services, we can retrieve data from the datasource then design a report, after the report processed, data is fixed on the report. So it’s not supported
    to have the end users selection and do summary. For your requirement, it’s can’t be achieved currently.
    If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

  • Survey Export to Excel - Not all columns are exported

    I have Survey in SharePoint 2013 with questions expecting different answers - radio button options / Ratings / Multi line text, etc. Settings choosen - Read thier own responses, create and edit their own responses
    I have full control over the site where the Survey runs.
    When I choose to export the results to excel (Office 2010), I notice only ratings questions and answers are exported.
     1. Question with Choice answers are not exported
     2. Questions with multi line answers are not exported
    Do anyone face this issue?
    Thanks!

    I found the problem area. I had marked "All Response" as the default view. In this view, for some reason does not export response for all questions.
    Once I changed the default to Overview, I am able to export all the responses for all questions.

  • Create survey/poll with text fields

    I want to create a survey in a meeting with text field type answers.  How would I do this?  I am using the hosted version of Connect and saw some reference to a Presenter add-in for PowerPoint, but don't seem have that.  We would like to have fields such as:
    Participant information (name, contact information
    Suggested future topics
    What should I use to do this since the Poll Pod obnly allows for multiple choice or multiple answer options and not key-in fields?
    Karl

    Adobe Presenter 7 is a product sold separately from Adobe Connect. Adobe Presenter can be purchased from many resellers.  It is a plug-in for MS Powerpoint and has the ability to upload many times of quizzes and polls in lots of types of formats.  You can download a 30 day trial from here:
    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=presenter&loc=en_us
    Adobe Presenter is only available for the Windows platform. MS Powerpoint for Mac does not allow third-party plug-ins like Presenter.

  • Action with a condition that checks for a survey filled in a transaction

    Hi!
    I need to create an action with a condition that checks if there is a survey filled in the complaint document.
    Is there any way to do it?
    Thanks a lot!
    Susana Messias

    Hi Siva,
    Thanks for the document.
    My scenario its the following:
    I have a complaint with a survey assigned to it. I need to create an action that creates a follow-up task to the person responsible when the status is equal to Completed and the survey it's not filled.
    I customized the action profile as you said, but the problem is to create a condition with the information about the survey. The field status it's ok to insert in a condition, but how about the survey?
    Any ideas?!

  • I need help,  I recently won an iphone 5 in a survey !  I have never had an apple product before.  I have had to drive to Newcastle on two occaisions to attend workshops, they were only just helpful !  most people had ipads , i was only one with iphone,

    I need some help. I recently won an iphone 5 in a customer survey. Could not believe my luck . That was mid March 2013.  I have never used any apple products before.  Today I want to get out my old Nokia E5 and go from there.  I have attended two workshops at an apple retail store at Charlestown Square, they were not very helpful, everyone at the workshop had ipads, i was the only one with an iphone. I know that to navigate around on them is simular, but after going to two workshops, which i had to drive over an hour there and back, just to get some help in how to use a mobile phone is ridiculous to me!  I noticed some problem with , I could hear people i was talking too, they could not hear me, just prior to attending my second workshop,  after much debate I was told that the phone had a manufacturing fault and that I was going to be issued with a new phone.  That was 2nd April, since then i have virtually no reception, can't send txt messages, cannot connect to my wi-fi device,  problems with battery.   The battery , once fully charged does not last 24 HRS,  this morning for example - was 100% charged, made a 2 min local phone call  , at completion of call , battery displayed 80%.   By lunch time it was displaying 56%,  i had not used the phone at all ! i don't understand it!  I have been with the same phone provider for 2yrs now and have never experienced the problems i am having now.  CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?  Yours Sincerely  Tracey.

    Tracy, first you should restart the iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.  This process could solve some of your problems.  Also make sure you have the latest update, go into  our settings>general>software update.  On the wifi issue try restarting your router, if you are still having problems try resetting your network settings, go into your settings>general>reset then tap reset network settings.
    The battery issues seems normal, the battery will not last 24 hours.

  • How do I clear all my surveys from history?

    I do a Helluva lot of survey work online filling out surveys, surfing web ads and the like every single day. They really clutter up History but the only way I can think of to get them off History is by right clicking each one separately and then deleting it! I tried right clicking one and holding down CTRL key so I could multi select and clear the lot of them at once but this will not work! Deleting all History even for 1-4 hours at a time is not an option because I use History to find old websites I have been to or need. Ideally, I'd like to set History so it auto deletes surveys as I finish them and close out of them or simply have History ignore surveys and web ad surf sites completely. Is any of this possible or must I delete this crap one at a time which will take eons to do? Thanks- Jack/keimanzero Scion of Anime in Campbelltown/Palmyra PA USA
    PS- Firefox is always causing Adobe products crashes as well as causing its own crashes, causing my Windows 7 OS to crash and causing my Taskbar and my Start Bar to vanish w/o warning. I also cannot get rid of these darn Allow bars that read Firefox denied access to automatic page advancement although the word is something beginning with a 'D' and I forgot it. Why can't we email this stuff to Firefox or Mozilla directly? What do they have to hide eh?

    Hi Jack,
    You can use the Library to erase certain pages of History. It's all conveniently organization by date and time.
    *To access the Library click the clipboard icon and go to Show All Bookmarks -> then click History on the left side pane. Alternatively you can also get here by pressing Ctrl + Shift + B
    Firefox is always causing Adobe products crashes as well as causing its own crashes, causing my Windows 7 OS to crash and causing my Taskbar and my Start Bar to vanish w/o warning.
    It's not Firefox that causes Flash to crash. Adobe Flash is just a piece of crap and has frequent problems. You can folllow my advice below to disable Protected Mode in Flash. Mozilla is working on an alternative called Shumway to replace Flash. Shumway is on the Nightly build however it isn't ready nor is it enabled by default. It's pretty buggy.
    Allow bars that read Firefox denied access to automatic page advancement although the word is something beginning with a 'D' and I forgot it
    Can you remember the exact word it said?
    Try to disable Protected Mode in Flash 11.3 and above by adding the line ProtectedMode=0 to the Flash "mms.cfg" file located in one of these locations: [46]
    (Windows 32bit) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
    (Windows 64bit) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
    For example, on a Windows 7 64-bit system, open the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder, copy the file "mms.cfg" to the desktop, open it in Notepad, add a new line <code>ProtectedMode=0 </code> and then close Notepad, saving your changes. Next, go back to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder, rename the original file to "mms.cfgBAK" (to save it as a backup) and then drag and drop in the modified "mms.cfg" file from the desktop. [47] [48] [49]
    Note: To re-enable Flash Protected Mode, either restore a backup of the original mms.cfg file, if you saved one, or else re-edit the mms.cfg file to remove the <code>ProtectedMode=0 l</code> line you added. Updating Flash Player or installing a newer version does not automatically re-enable Protected Mode

  • Creating a Survey - Novice Javascript Question

    Hello,
    I am extrememely new to Javascript.  I have been doing some research online and copy/pasting code to create the results I need.  I am trying to create an online survey in Dreamweaver in which users select buttons to answer questions and then the total results appear at the bottom of the survey.  So far this is what I have:
    http://sicolaconsulting.com/SurveyTest4.php
    The problem I have with this is that on each line, a user can select more than one box.  I don't want this so I thought radio buttons would be better.  I then came up with this:
    http://sicolaconsulting.com/SurveyTest3.php
    The problem with this is that with the function I am using, I can only get it to display the value of the first line.  I need it to calculate the sum of all the lines.
    Can you help me revise the script I have to get my desired result.
    Here is my code for the first page, followed by the code for the second page.  THANK YOU!

    Hi Nancy,
    I've been away from this for a while and have picked it back up.  I tried your suggested code and I'm having problems getting it to work.  I created a file using the code you supplied for the survey here:
    view-source:http://www.littlechisel.com/clients/GreenSurvey/GreenSurvey.html
    It doesn't work so I know I'm missing something.  If you could advise me on this, it would be great.  Thanks! Here is the code as I have it:
    <!doctype html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function calcscore() {
        var score = 0;
        $(".calc:checked").each(function() {
            score += parseInt($(this).val(), 10);
        $("input[name=sum]").val(score)
    $().ready(function() {
        $(".calc").change(function() {
            calcscore()
    </script>
    <link href="stylesheets/Survey.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

  • Creating a Survey - Novice Question

    Hello,
    I am extrememely new to Javascript.  I have been doing some research online and copy/pasting code to create the results I need.  I am trying to create an online survey in which users select buttons to answer questions and then the total results appear at the bottom of the survey.
THANK YOU!
