Wireless Headset SL-3

I just recently purschased this headset for my Zen Touch for to discover that I can't skip songs either way, neither can I pause thru headset. And such handy remote control was main reason why i bought exactly this headset to start with. Only thing I can do is turn up and down for sound. Support has not responded for 2 days now and i am not sure if I should return it or I am doing something wrong. Wondering if anyone has experienced same or eventually has?solution?

Jull,
You're not doing anything wrong. The remote just isn't compatible with your Zen Touch player. If you look at the bottom of the product page of this headset, there is a list of player that's compatible with the remote.

  • Wireless Headset for my MacBook Pro

    Dear Friends,
I need a Wireless Headset to make and receive VOIP calls (skype, ichat, SJphone, etc.) in my MacBook Pro 2.33 (MacOS 10.5.2)...
At home I have a “GN Netcom GN 9330 USB wireless Headset” that is very good but it is not portable and needs an AC Power Adapter.
I try the “Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Wireless Headset” of a friend of mine that is a USB Wireless Headset, but this doesn’t work with MacOS.
I already tried several bluetooth headsets but all have a very poor audio quality. The sound comes and goes out with interference and with interruptions like “cuts”.
I have heard about “Plantronics Voyager 510-USB Bluetooth Headset System” as a good option, but I am afraid of spending money with it and then becoming a bad option.
Can anybody tell me something about this device??? As the MacBook has Bluetooth can I only buy the Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth instead of Plantronics Voyager 510-USB Bluetooth???
Can anyone recommend me a good Bluetooth headset to pair up with my Macbook Pro for VOIP use. OR a good wireless USB headset???
    Sincerely,
    Paulo
    (sorry for my bad english)

For charity, no soul can answer me?
    Please...
    Thanks,
    Paulo

As long as the profiles are different (ex. HID vs AD2P) you will not have any issues. But say if you try to use 2 keyboards at once, it won't work. Or 2 headsets at once. Your scenario seems fine.

  • My iPhone 5 will no longer connect via bluetooth to Fitbit Flex or wireless headset

My iPhone 5 will no longer connect via bluetooth to my Fitbit Flex aftering updating to ios 7.  Apple phone support had me completely erase and set my phone up again as new to restart bluetooth pairing, then restore again through iCloud.  Worked last night but same problem today.  It also will no longer connect to my wireless headset in my car.  Of course I'm now 5 days over my 1 year warranty as well.  Any ideas?

Delete the pairing from both devices then pair them again.

  • Where are the Vista drivers for the WoW Wireless headset?

I just got the World of Warcraft wireless headset - but the link in the quick start (http://www.soundblaster.com/WorldofW...irelessHeadset) does not direct me to a VALID Windows driver web site.
It has two links - one for Windows (which explicitly states that it supports Vista), one for Mac. Both take me to the Mac driver package.
When I use the "Software AutoUpdate" to find the right drivers, it tells me that "Windows Vista is currently not supported"
How do I get the Vista (64bit) drivers for this thing?
I want to use it, but if I can't get drivers - I'll have to return it.
(to make things more annoying, the support page http://support.creative.com/contactus/ is 404)

    Try that direct link.

I find Plantronics kit excellent. I use their Pulsar headset for my iMac and mobile phone.
However, unless your OS has A2DP bluetooth protocol, which my Tiger does not, you can only use the built-in mike on your pc unless you get a compatible bluetooth dongle. Two way conversation with the phone however, is OK.

  • Planatronics Wireless Headset..

I recently purchased the Plantronics .Audio 995 wireless usb headset. It claims it works on both Windows and Macintosh. I have used Plantronics headsets in the past and they have worked fine with iChat.
This headset will not give me any audio output in iChat. The mic works in iChat. I have both chosen in the iChat preferences, however, the sound does not work.
This headset works fine using Skype, Garage Band, and Rosetta Stone, the sound works with iTunes.
The only problem I have is the sound output in iChat.
Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?
I called Plantronics and they said since it works with skype, it's not the headset, it's iChat.
    Thanks

I do have wifi turned on, on my router, however, my computer is hardwired to it via cat5 ethernet cable. The wifi is only used by the iPhone. My mouse is wireless as well. Everything else is hardwired.
I tried to see what I could do with the MIDI Sound Utility.
First, I could not change the 16000.0 Hz that was the only option available and I could not change it by choosing another option or typing over it.
I also tried to create an Aggregate Device and combining the both into One Device. I got a mismatch message so the only way I could Make them match was to back the speakers off to match the mic, by changing the 44000.0 Hz to 16000.0 Hz. However, iChat would not allow me to choose the Aggregate as an option.
I did set the computer to use the wireless headset as my sound output and sound input. I set iChat to use the wireless headset as my sound output and sound input and when I received a call I heard it RING through the wireless headset, but when I answered, no sound at all.
I am wondering if it's because it's showing up as two devices if iChat is confused and only giving me the wireless mic as an option for both input and output. I just don't understand why it works everywhere else and not with iChat. As no one else seems to have this problem, maybe it's time to call AppleCare.
I did try talking with Plantronics and they say their product is working, it's a problem with iChat. They do not test with iChat and have no information, I have to go to Apple for help.
Thank you for your time and patience and suggestions. Have a lovely day.

  • Xbox 360 wireless headset

Does the new xbox 360 wireless headset by microsoft work on the xbox 360 arcade?

What's the model number or can you link to the product on BestBuy.com?  I'm not aware of a "new" Xbox 360 headset but I'm sure it would work with the Arcade as it has wireless capabilities just like the other versions of the console.

  • Logitech Wireless Headset and Mac Book Pro

I recently purchased a Logitech H600 wireless headset. However I cant get my MBP to recognise the nano receiver. I have managed to get a connection between the MBP and the headset using standard bluetooth however the mic on the headset is not working as an input device. Has anyone any suggestions as to what I can do?
    Thanks

    Hello Weaver,
I actually just bought this headset. The headset exposes itself as an A2DP music streaming device when paired to a standard Bluetooth host, but this is an unadvertised feature (There is no Bluetooth logo on this product). Officially, Logitech's dongle exposes itself as a USB Audio Device but actually compresses the audio and sends/receives via A2DP. In this mode, it can do two-way communications but the audio quality sounds much poorer than direct A2DP Bluetooth from the MacBook. But in A2DP mode the microphone doesn't function. It doesn't support mono headset (HFP) profile. Microphone support is only via their proprietary audio mode from the dongle.
So I guess it's just a compromise depending on how you need to operate it. Skype, dongle. Music, direct Bluetooth IMHO.

  • Smart Wireless Headset Pro connection to laptop

    Good afternoon all,
I'm trying to connect my wireless headset to my business laptop...
But when connecting, windows (vista) wants to have drivers for the headset.
Now my question is: Where to get these drivers? Or is this even possible what I want?
    Thanks!

There are no special drivers for Smart Wireless Headset pro, it uses standard Bluetooth drivers. Check that your Bluetooth stack is using the latest firmware version.

  • Wireless headset for iPhone

    Hi !
I´ve just converted from a ordinary SoneEricsson-user to now a iPhone 3GS-user. I´ve now concluded my new step and found out that I´m satisfied with everything beside that I´m missing my bluetooth headset from SonyEricsson - a headset with earplugs like the one you use for iPod but without wire connection to the phone. Up to now I´ve only found wireless headsets for the iPhone you must put on the ear all the time - you look like you are working with telephone support or CSI-gards
I´d be greatful if someone could recommend me a website where I can order my typ of headset for my new iPhone.
    /Marlene

The BT profile that might accomplish this is not on the iPhone, but even if it were you would not be happy with the results. Go for a good wireless microphone.

  • Blackberry wireless headset HS-700 dials one number only

I just got a new wireless headset for my blackberry curve. It's supposed to be new, in box. Now that it's set up and connected, when I command it to dial a call it calls the same number ... An 870 area code number I don't know. No matter what I tell it.

Hello BobbiOlson and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Bluetooth® headset and your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone.
Does this mysterious number appear in your Contacts?
If you were to go to your Contacts and select the number to dial, are you able to manually dial the number or does it default to the 870 number?
If you disconnect the headset does this still happen?
    Thanks!

  • Sony wireless headset model TMR-RF930.

hello community.just unpacked my Sony wireless headset model TMR-RF930. need steps to connect 2 iMac

TMR-RF930 is the model number of the transmitter which is supplied to the MDRRF930 Headphones.
The TMR-RF930 transmitter uses Mini to RCA Stereo Audio Cable for computer connection. If your iMac has the 3.5mm headphone jack you can simply connect the Mini to RCA Stereo Audio Cable to both devices then setup the transmitter.
