Wireless mic for iPhone

I'm trying to connect an AZDEN WMS-PRO wireless mic to my iPhone for video recording. The connector fits but doesn't work record. Does anyone know what kind of connector I need?

After getting a tip from this guy, I went ahead and ordered this and this. Now let's hope they work as expected.

I´ve just converted from a ordinary SoneEricsson-user to now a iPhone 3GS-user. I´ve now concluded my new step and found out that I´m satisfied with everything beside that I´m missing my bluetooth headset from SonyEricsson - a headset with earplugs like the one you use for iPod but without wire connection to the phone. Up to now I´ve only found wireless headsets for the iPhone you must put on the ear all the time - you look like you are working with telephone support or CSI-gards
I´d be greatful if someone could recommend me a website where I can order my typ of headset for my new iPhone.

The BT profile that might accomplish this is not on the iPhone, but even if it were you would not be happy with the results. Go for a good wireless microphone.

I need a small electret condenser mic that gets enough power from the jackinput on my iPhone 4! for live recording of concerts etc. I heard that the Dony ECM DS30P DOES NOT WORK.?

I recently purchased an EX-10 and my iPhone randomly. Sometimes it'll stay connected for 10+ minutes, but usually it'll disconnect after 10 - 20 seconds. I'm assuming it's the iPhone because I tried a RAZR for a full day and it never had that problem.

Podcast with wireless mic for Church

Our church is wanting to podcast the Sunday sermons. But the pastor uses a wireless mic. How can we get the sound into the Garageband? He does not stay in one place where he can speak into a stationary mic. He walks around alot.

since the mic has to broadcast somewhere (a PA), take a line-out of the pa and plug it into the line-in on the mac.

Does anyone know if Apple's wireless keyboard (using bluetooth) will work on the iPhone 3G?

The HID profile is the one needed for keyboard connection, and isn't included in iPhone 3.0 OS
where do you know, that this is not in the new os 3.0 ?
I know, because I have been using all the 3.0 betas. If you read the latest Apple site page listing the new 3.0 features, you won't see it there. Only stereo audio (A2DP) with audio/video remote control (AVRCP) were added.

External mic for iphone 5

I have an iPhone 5 and I video and audio record classroom speaking tests (3-person conversations) from about 6 feet away using my iPhone rear facing camera.
The video quality is great (and lower memory than the front facing camera), but the audio quality leaves much to be desire.
From all I have surfed on the internet, it appears if I have an adapter, I could plug in any normal microphone.
I have a reasonably good wired microphone, but it does not work with the iPhone. I presume it might with the correct adaptor.
Is an apdapter the solution? I see them on amazon for $ 3 - 7.
Is one of those iRig square mic's the solution? However, I would prefer to get the mic closer to the students.
If I understand correctly, some mini-mics work with iPhone 4 and 4S but not with 5?
For less than $30 - 50, I would like to get good quality sound from 6 feet away.
Adapter? Recommend a brand? Mini mic? Brand?

Hey there! Thanks for the responses, but I'm looking for something a little less professional/expensive. I don't need fantastic sound quality, just for the lectures to be intelligible from 20 feet away.
As far as the adapter you linked goes, my old mic doesn't have any pins. It just went into a hole like a pair of headphones, and it was good enough to pick up the lectures from the back of the room. Here's what it looked like:

I have been using a Dell Bluetooth keyboard with my 3GS and now my 4S. Granted, it 's not a fold away portable, but it is exactly like my wired Dell keyboard that I'm using to crate this reply and has the exact feel of full size keyboard. The arrow keys navigate me through text for corrections. I highly recommend it.

Bluetooth Speaker/Mic for iPhones

I was hoping to get some recommendations for a bluetooth speaker with a built in mic that works well for calls. My grandfather has an iPhone with the Lifeproof case and he is having difficulty hearing conversations. I looked at the portable speakers used in cars like the Motorolas, but I believe they are powered by a car charger and this would be for the house. It would not be used for music, mainly as a sort of amplified speakerphone. I want one that pairs easily and doesnt require going through a menu after the initial setup.

Why not just a bluetooth headset? There are some very good ones out there; though I can't suggest any specific models.

Need wireless mic for MBA

Help! I'm desperate for a good solution (i.e., not costing $300) for a wirelss mic to use for teaching on online yoga class. I've found some over the head options from logitech, but really need an an over the ear headset. Someone suggested trying to use a bluetooth headset for a phone w/ my MBA, but i don't think that will work.
Would love to know if anyone else has figured this out.

Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty but if possible to reset the screen without causing additional damage, the Apple Store should do this without charging for it.

To use factime on your Mac, I believe you will need to use your email address to do so instead of your wireless number. Since you can't make calls on the Mac.

I did a typo. My current computer is a 2010 1/2 iMac. The stand alone monitors are still out of my price range so I'm looking for other options. By buying an external hard drive and a broken iMac, I'm still ahead. Still, if I understand you right, the 27" 2010 and earlier iMacs would be possiblities.
Are there adapters that would allow me to run a 2011 and newer iMac as an external monitor from my 2010 1/2. There are so many adapters out there these days.
