Wireless network report says that the wireless radio is not fuctioning
I have a C309a HP printer. When I updated my laptop from Vista to windows 7 and try to connect to the wireless printer, it will not connect wirelessly. When I print the Wireless network Test Report the report says that the Wireless radio in the printer is not functioning. Do I need to buy another printer???? I have gone into the wireless radio selection and made sure that it is set to on.

It might be possible that the printer is not able to initialize the printers wifi adapter. There are a few steps that I would try before looking for a other printer. One of them is contacting your local HP support. Often with a reset, they might be able to to re-initialize the printer in a attempt that it would re-enable the printers wifi card.
What could also help, is making sure that Bluetooth is disabled, or first disabling every communication option and then re-enable the wifi radio only. Though as I said before, make sure to contact you local support for any further options they might have.

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. My 120GB IPod classic is not recognized by my Windows 7 PC. When I plug the ipod into my computer I receive a message saying that the USD device is not recognized. The Device Manager lists it as an Unknown Device. I've tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it, but it had no affect. The odd thing is that our other iPod (160 GB Classic) is recognized on the same computer using the same USB cable. When I plug the ipod in question into another PC, the PC seems to recognize the iPod and lists it in Windows Explorer (iTunes is not installed on this machine). There seems to be something out of wack with this PC/iPod combo. Any thoughts on what I can do to try to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

That is almost always because the phone was hacked to illegally unlock it. Contact the carrier it's locked to and ask about having it legitimately unlocked. If they will not do so, you will not be able to activate that phone.

I'm unable to play approx. half the songs in my library. I get an error message saying that the original file could not be located. I am asked if I want to locate the file, I click locate and get a screen with a list of confusing looking files and nothing seems to solve the problem. As is probably apparent by now I am not particularly computer literate. I don't understand why this problem occurs on only half my library.
This "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

You are using PPPoE but there is no server to authenticate against.. or the modem is already connected and nothing else can join.
Is this ADSL?
Do you have the modem in bridge?
How does it work with the modem working as router? ie what type of connection does your ISP supply.. eg PPPoE is only one.. PPPoA is another.. IPoA or ETHoA.. and sever other more specialised.. PPPoE can only work where it is supported. -

I did that and it still does not see my phone or pad?Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?

After I recently Upgraded iTunes I can no longer play any movies or songs. It says that "The song ______ can no longer be playe because the original file cannot be found. Would you like to locate it?" I have no clue where to look as I'm not tech savvy. I did look in previous itunes libraries file and it's empty. Any and all help is appreciated.

The above links also illustrate the Media folder and its subfolders. Look for a file in there in the logical structure by folder artist and album. If you're lucky, linking one file will get an offer to link others and it iwll all come together again.
I see you are running OSX 10.5.8 it would help to know which version of iTunes you use now and which one you used before. -
