Wireless Officejet 6500A Plus, print errors, will not print????
I used the scanner to scan pictures, when I went back to normal printing, I get print errors, the printer has a YELLOW Triaqngle next to it!!, if a delete the print job, the printer Yellow tri angle goes away and a Green Check mark appears. I tried printing various types of documents, same problem. I re-installed the printer, same problem.?? Did print tests and all colors appear good?? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreiated.

We have an HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-all-in-one Printer - E710n and run Windows 7 on our laptop.
I have run the wirelss setup wizard and have successfully connected the printer to the router, and both the laptop and printer are on the same network and have identical SSID.
However, we can not send any prints the printer wirelessly. We have to hook it up to the USB to do so. We are also unable to access our web apps; pressing the app button on the printer control panel brings up the following:
"Connection error. The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check your internet connection and try again."
I have run through the suggested solutions under "A Network Connected Printer Cannot Access Print Apps, Web Services, or ePrint" in the customer care help centre which didn't work, although when I tried to enter the IP address under IPv4 into the browser address bar it timed out. I tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but it returns a result that suggests everything is fine.
I turned off the firewall and tried again with no luck.
I really am at a loss now. Diagnostics say it should work, but it doesn't. Help!Disable Bitdefender altogeher and try again.

Hi,
I am struggling to print to my " HP officejet 6500A plus e-All-in-one printer e710n". According to the setup network test (Wireless network test report), everything is successful (status "PASS" for all fields). I also checked that the IP configured is the same as the IP displayed on the printer when i push the wireless button (updated via "Update IP address").
I have a laptops as well as netbooks connected to the wireless network. All these devices could previously print, however now none of them can. When i run the diagnostics (both the standard trouble shooter, as well as the one from microsoft when clicking on the fixit option), no problems are detected. When checking the device manager, i can see no conflicts.
When i open the printer control panel and click on "Customize your printer" and then go to "Ports" and click on the "configure port" option, i get an error "An error occurred during port configuration. Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000007b).".
Please assist with any suggestions.I was able to resolve the problem.
I reinstalled the printer on one of my other laptops (this might have cleared up an error on the printer). I think the true problem is related to the fact that we left the printer on, we've started switching it off when not in use. Even though it goes into sleep mode, it seems to cause problems over time if not switched off on the printer itself.
The basics i did was check the network connection, printed a status of the network connectivity (you can do that from your control panel on the printer). If the network looks good, then try leaving your printer off for an hour or so, if that doesn't work, try reinstalling the printer on your device and start switching it off after use. I know it sounds crazy, but that's what i've been doing and haven't had a problem since.
It was a strange problem, in some cases i wasn't able to see the printer from devices that previously could, when the devices that could see the printer tried to print, it would print okay for a few pages and then start printing garbage, followed by failing completely and cancelling the print. When this happened there would be an error on the device saying it cannot connect to the printer, even though it could at the start of print. -

I am on WIFI but system always shows me on USB. I thought maybe that was the problem so I connected by USB. No Help.
I assume this is an update?? HP is insistant and keeps sending me this update which alwaysends in FATAL ERROR at 96%

View Solution.No Problem. Is everything working now or this tool only removed the HP software? If so, then try downloading the full feature software to see if this fails or not here. Please choose your correct operating system; Either 32 bit or 64 bit. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.

I had to replace both printheads about $85 a piece. It may be more cost effective to buy a new printer. Once I replaced the one printhead, the other one went out. It is common and it did solve the issue. I really like my printer and if it gets me another year or so, I think it was worth it.

I have a Photosmart Premium C310 a printer that will NOT print in BLACK. I tried the unplugging the cord and holding # and 3 and it did not work for me. I, at first, purchased a new cartridge thinking it had run out of ink.........so now I am out $25.00.
Any other suggestions. It does print in color. HELP! HELP! The printer is not even 5 months old.Can I ask are you based in the US?

Envelope in print queue will not print.

I tried "RESTART" of the document to no avail.
problem started after I ran the utility to clean the rollers because envelope would not feed. In the past this has worked fine.
I can print regular documents, just not envelopes.

I have the HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus E710n-z series for All-In-One Printer. I lost my driver software disk together with the PC computer that had the software driver installed in it.
I now have the Printer and my current PC ( which is using Wins 7 Home Premium 64-bit Operating System).
I have found the download link for the driver software from HP website and from the internet.Each time I download the driver software, there was a "cancel" or "unable to proceed" message at the almost end of the download process. I was told to "retry".
My humble request is to have the driver software files so that I can install the driver and operate the printer. My PC is functioning as it can detect correctly the Printer with its correct name and model.
I donot know the problems. Is it a virus?
Alternatively, I greatly appreciate if you could email to me the driver software files.( Please use Google Cloud if the files are too big).

Hp officejet pro 8610 windows 8 will not print off web
Hi,I have an HP Office jet Pro 8610 for about 7 months ,had to replace the printer head about 2 or 3 months in ,but it worked great.Now my printer will not print from the web,It will print from notepad and will print test pages just fine.It has printed from the web earlier today,it just stopped ,It will go to the print screen and just continue saying "loading preview" and nothing happens . I even left it up hoping it was just "competing " with other programs but my google chrome crashed ,Not sure if was printer related or not , here are the specs and info about computer and printer then the steps I already took
laptop is an hp pavilion 64 - bit operating system windows 8
printer hp office jet pro 8610 {print fax scan web}
using google chrome
1.turned off printer unplugged all cables and from outlet
2.restarted computer
3.did the troubleshoot
4.forgot printer and re installed
5.uninstalled printer totally and re installed{ using USB connection}
6.printed test page successful printed
7.printed notepad paper successfully
8.failed to print from google chrome.
9.stopped printer spooling and restarted {was worth a try}
10. uninstalled printer went to hp site allowed their hp installer to install printer wireless,printed test page successfully
11.failed to print from google chrome
12.troubleshooted again said everything was working fine.
13.searched forum and found nothing on this subject.
any other information you need ask.I am not interested in mucking around with my register at all or making any changes to my laptop that is not common(had a laptop destroy hard drive from that kind of advice,,,never again}

Can anyone out there help, after a recent Apple software update my Epson Stylus Photo RX640 will no longer print, every other aspect of the printer works fine including the scanner but it just will not print, I sent an email to apple but all i got was an automated reply directing me to their support page, the email i sent is below this explains in full what the problem is & what i have done to try & fix this problem.

I'm pulling my hair out after a recent software update from apple, since this update my Epson Stylus Photo RX640 will not print, every other function of the printer including the scanner works fine,
Please see attached file of the error message coming up in the print queue.
I have spent days trying to fix this, i have been onto Epsons website & followed their resolution for this error message to no avail, after contacting them again with the results i got an email back saying : In response to your email, the RX640 will use an inbox or gutenprint driver on Mac OS X 10.6.8, it is not compatible with an Epson driver.
I have also tried re-installing drivers from original Discs for the printer but it still will not print, obviously this error has been caused by Apple's latest software update, when are Apple going to fix this problem? i need my printer working ASAP.

BrianIt is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

Epson printer 3880 will not print

After upgrading from Snow lipard to Mountain Lion bouth my Epson R1900 and 3880 will not print in Adobe Lightroom 5.
I have checked in the PPD file and the R1900 is listed but the 3880is not. I ran update from the apt stor and also tried the Epsom web site updates and still it will not work. I also tried the cds that came with the printers and I get this"You cant open the application :Epson" because powerPC applications are no longer supported.
Please help if you can. NemoHave you downloaded the 3880 drivers? There is a driver for 10.8 listed. You can check the same link for the other printer.

I have an 8620 that is enabled for web services. The printer is listed on the HP Connected site. I emailed a document to the email address on the printer and it is sitting in a status of "Sending to printer". I also enabled the printer for Google Cloud Print and I have 2 jobs there claiming to be "In Progress".
