Wireless remote building configuration

I had a working remote system up for aa year which was WRT54>ANTENNA>(500 FEET)>ANTENNA>WET54G>WAP54G. I liked this becasue the SSID of the WAP54G could be different that the SSID of the local WRT54G
I have had to change the conguration due to a longer distance between the WRT54G and the antenna. I assumed I could do this:
WRT54G>WAP54G>ANTENNA(DISTANCE)>ANTENNA>WET54G>WAP54G, This does not work even after 5 disconnected chat sessions with Linksys. IDHCP addresses are not handied out at the far end.
I'm thinking I may be using the added WAP incorrectly. Should I put in a WET instead? If so how does the config work?

Well you can use WEP also .... it will work with that ....

You can deploy AP's configured as Bridge and you may need some directional antennae.

I200 Wireless Remote Not Working

Evening all,
I've just received my I200 Wireless Remote from Creative, and it doesn't work .
I'm using the Creative I-Trigue 3300 speaker system, and tech support stated that the device would function with these speakers.
At the moment when i plug it in and press the power button, nothing happens.
Can anyone give me advice?

Thank you for responding; I just this minute returned from my local Best Buy; the Mac guru there assisted me, and I found that I had to plug in the remote first, then turn on the iBook. It then recognized it as a keyboard, and we configured it from there. It's now working! Thank you again.

I have installed coheI have installed coherence server "fmw_12.1.3.0.0_coherence_Disk1_1of1.zip" along with Examples on windows machine and C++ client coherence-cpp-12.1.3.0.0b51709-windows-x86-vs2012.zip on the same machine.
I have built the "contacts" C++ Example successfully and while I execute this "contacts" using run I am facing TcpAcceptor error.
On my coherence server the TcpAcceptor is listening on port 8088, so I have modified the extend-cache-config.xml file with values "ip address of my windows machine" and port as "8088".

Wireless remote control and FM transmitter in one?

Hello.
Does anbody know if there is a wireless remote control and FM transmitter in one product out yet for the iPod? I am wanting to keep my iPod in the trunk of my GoldWing and control it while I ride transmitting through the FM tuner.
Other ideas or a combination of products to accomplish this much appreciated!

I spent some time (2 hrs) again with the vendor, trying to solve the issue.
The only result we got is that, when the PC is in suspended status, it can be resumed by pressing "ON" button of the IR Remote Control. That's all.
My suspect is therefore confirmed: it isn't a hardware issue. It lokks like the IR Remote Controller and the PC can talk eachother, but they speak different languages.
It is quite a surprise that I couldn't find any information on the use (Settings? Activation?) of the remote control, nor in the topics of this forum. Really I'm the only one trying to watch TV on the PC? Are there any users of a C540 who can tell me their experience?

Could not start Configuration wizard in Integration Builder - Configuration

I am New to XI,
I have gone through 4 scenarios of XI in a system where Xi is up and running sucessfully.
Now one of my colleague Installed ECC5 with XI in our local server.
I need to do a File 2 File Scenario, for which I could create Product, component, Technical System and Business System in SLD.
I could Create a Name space, Message types and Interfaces in Integration Builder - Design
But When I open Configuration Wizard, Internal Communication in Integration Builder- configuration, it is giving a exception : java.lang.NullPointerException.
Can any one help me in resolving this.

In Exchange profile chack the SLD , http port for Integration Bulder properties.like IR,ID , i hope it will try to check for the SLD info , if it is the first time of XI using , you need to check in Exhcnge profile .
if it is not the first time then refresh the SLD cache..

Error creating TFSBuild.proj via Create Ant Build Configuration Wizard in Eclipse Team Explorer

In Eclipse Team Explorer, when I try to create TFSBuild.proj via Create Ant Build Configuration Wizard, when I click Finish, I get this error:
Error creating build configuration files: Invalid server path or the archive with the same name already exists on the server.
I also get this error in the Console, plus a couple other messages:
Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: pathLength

I have already successfully created build definitions and queued and run builds using Visual Studio. I'm using that same build agent.
Any ideas?
By the way, I'm using Visual Studio Online with an on-premises build agent.
Update: I also tried to delete my builds, delete the build agent, create a new build agent - still same problem.
I tried this on another dev machine with no visual studio or workspaces previously installed - still same problem.
I tried creating the version control folder where it was trying to store TFSBuild.proj. I tried using a build.xml that was in a shorter path. Still same problem.

I believe the problem is the same that occurs when we have the name of the files in the build nomento exceeding 250 characters
looking full name of TFSBuild.prj file (file directories +) with how many characters are getting?
For example: $ / Project1 / Solution1 / BuildDefinition1 / TFSBuild.prj => 50 characters.

Same as any HD.
Make sure the drive is formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.
But Note: A strong warning: If you're trying to edit the Library (that is, make albums, move photos around, keyword, make books or slideshows etc.) or edit individual photos in it via Wireless be very careful. Dropouts are a common fact of wireless networking, and should one occur while the app is writing to the database then your Library will be damaged. Simply, I would not do this with my Libraries.

Consuming Visual studio extension SDKs in a remote build (CI).

I am new to .NET and developing an universal Windows application.
I am using Visual Studio extension for SQLite for WinRT and Windows Phone.

I can perfectly install the extensions and work with locally.
My question is about the remotely building (continuous integration) of my application through msbuild in TFS.
Does the build machines need to have the same version of SQLite SDKs installed manually in order to resolve the dependency ?
There can be multiple project in my TFS collection which can refer to separate version of VSIX files . Both versions can not co exist together. What happens then ?
Can I somehow upload the vsix file to our package management software (Nexus) and refer from there.
We have been building other dependencies as Nuget packages from Nexus.
There might be number of packages required for different architecture and other component's packages.
Any help will be hugely appreciated.

The dependency problem should depending on your MSBuild process in my mind. I'm not sure how you will load your dependency about SQLite on your remote machine. Please share more details about it. If the build process actually need the load the dependency
in the remote environment, I'm afraid you have to install it on the remote machine.

I'm an experiencing an issue when configuring 2012 R2 DirectAccess multisite.
The initial configuration of the first site in a multisite setup works fine, however when i try to add ANY other server on another site, i see the below screenshot, the full text of which is: "The remote access configuration task (raconfigtask) in Windows
Task Scheduler cannot be disabled" while the entry point is added.
THere are no logged events on the remote server, but on the controlling server i see this in the event log:

Any ideas what might be causing this? All servers are in the same domain, firewalls don't seem to be dropping anything, SCCM client is installed, but thats it.

Dear all,
I'm an experiencing an issue when configuring 2012 R2 DirectAccess multisite.
The initial configuration of the first site in a multisite setup works fine, however when i try to add ANY other server on another site, i see the below screenshot, the full text of which is: "The remote access configuration task (raconfigtask) in Windows
Task Scheduler cannot be disabled" while the entry point is added.
THere are no logged events on the remote server, but on the controlling server i see this in the event log:
