Wireless Router reset. Iphones will no longer connect to Wifi. Help?

My wife recently reset our wireless router and now both our iphones won't connect to the WIFI?
As I look into Settings it looks like it's continuously trying to connect to our network. However it never connects......

I am having the same problem but have not reset our router at all.
when i turn my Iphone4 on it connects for about 10 seconds... then goes to using 3G.
Ive tried resetting network settings, tried selecting join networks>other> and manually put in network and change security to WPA, ive tried resetting my phone, ive tried updating firmware on my wireless router. I dont know what else to try??? my husbands iphone3 is connecting to our wi-fi.

First try this:
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
Re-enter your wifi info, see if things work now. If not, proceed:

3. Restore your phone as a "new" device in itunes & re-sync your itunes content. You will lose all saved data doing this.
If no change after doing the above, you most likely have a hardware issue.

About three days ago the ability to connect came and went and the connection never lasted more than 10-15 minutes; it has not been able to connect since last night. I do not think it's my wifi router as non-mac lap top has no issues. I have seem many similar questions posted.

Reboot your router by removing all power from it for about 15 seconds. Also, if your router still has its default SSID (such as LINKSYS, DLINK, NETGEAR, etc) change the SSID to something unique. Note that all other devices on your network will have to be reconnected if you change the name, but if the name is still the default that is most likely your problem.
If the SSID is not the default then the reboot should fix it.

IPhone 4s 5.0.1 will no longer connect to wifi

Updated to iOS 5.0.1 and now my 4s will no longer connect to wifi. iOS 5.0 worked perfectly. Now the phone tries to connect to wifi but fails every time and the battery drains faster than water from an unstopped sink. My guess is that the battery drain is due to the phone trying to connect to wifi. I have done all the usual things. My phone is 4 ft from my router (and it worked perfectly under iOS 5.0). I have restored the phone on iTunes with no change. I would love to go back to iOS 5.0.

Just checked my wife's iPhone 4. Did an over the air update to 5.0.1 and apparently that killed the wifi on that phone as well. My iPad 1 and iPod Touch works fine.

There is a one year limited hardware warranty with all iPhones.
You can check your warranty by going to supportprofile.apple.com.
Try to restore the iphone as new without restoring from a backup. If that doesn't work, you're going to need a repair.
And if it's out of warranty, you will have to pay for it.

I have turned the phone on and off and reset the network settings. I have also turned the wifi switch on and off.

Call Apple support or take it to an Apple store for evaluation. If it is defective they will replace it.

After the 6.1 update my iPhone 4S will no longer connect with my car stereo (2012 Chevy Sonic). Until update, everything was working fine and I experienced no such issues. This may be a silly question, but I figured I'd ask anyways. My building for the last year has had an unlocked wifi that we've been using, in the last month or so it has become password protected. My iPhone will still connect to it, but my Apple TV will no longer do the same. Is there any way around this as I don't know what the password is.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with wi-fi on your device. Obviously we want your device to have a smooth transition when getting updates. There have been no known issues with this since the update was released. Normally in these situation we suggest doing a hard reset on the device so the update can fully integrate with the device. These steps should help http://vz.to/1dJ9CFH and as long as your information is backed up on either google, backup assistant, or SD card you should have no problem retaining your phone information. IPhone will no longer connect to wi-fi at home

For a long time both me and my Mom had comcast and as soon as I came into both dwellings the phone would automatically jump onto either wifi network. Then a while ago she switched to verizon and used the same Belkin router. So there was no problem and my phone jumped on her system as usual, but at some point something happened and when I got home I noticed that the phone asked to be put on my system. I would input the password, but it would say "unable to connect" to the network. I did the standard things like check the network settings on the phone itself and they were fine. Then I did a reset (actually twice) with the same result. It seems like the phone ability to pick-up wi-fi is ok because when I go to my University or for that matter anywhere else I can log-in with no problem. The only thing I noticed is when I look at the settings (on the iPhone) for the router at home the whole thing is blank. My question is: Is there a manual way to get the phone to pick-up my router? I need to have it on my network at home because I use DocumentsToGo a lot. Thanks.

Just to make sure, does this mean you did a reset of the network settings in Settings/General/Reset/Reset network settings? A reset will let you fill in the connection info again for the networks you connected to. But you'll have to put in the info for your other networks again as well.
So before you reset your network settings, try this and see if you can put in the new passwords for your router at home if you try to connect after the "Forget network" procedure.
Forget a network, so iPhone doesn’t join it: Choose Wi-Fi and tap next to a network you’ve joined before. Then tap blue arrow “Forget this Network.”
