Wireless Security ... Is there an easy way to see if anyone has been trying to gain access ?

Hi,
I am using both a wireless router from my cable company and an Apple Time Capsule with an Airport network set up. Is there a way to see if anyonehas been trying to acceess my network besides myself. Occasionally I get messages that another user is connected and I have security passwords in place. I am not sure if this is referencing my other Apple machines, iphone, ipad, macbook pro etc or if a neighbor is trying to get into my network.
I do occasionally use the Air Display app to check a machine in another room and I wonder if this has compromised my security with the setting to use the app..
I would like to make my network invisible to anyone except myself. I do encrypt everything using passwords as well as File Vault. I can see many other networks in my neighborhood in the wifii list.

My laptop has been in the apple store to be fixed more times in the past 2 years then you could imagine. They just replaced a defective wire in it, and hardrive not even a month ago and now the screen just went black and wont turn back on. Also is there a way to see everything that has been done to this laptop through the apple store?

If I were you I would call Apple Customer Relations (800) 767-2775. Tell them exactly what you stated in your post in a polite way. See what they can do for you.

Forgive me if this is a REALLY dumb question but I would love to know if there there is an easy way to to see how many rows there are in a table in InDesign?
(And I bet I am really going to kick myself when I hear the answer and how simple it probably is..lol !)
I am working on a huge catalog and am dealing with LOTS of tables...very long tables too at times. I am also doing a lot of copying and pasting back and forth between InDesign and Excel and it would REALLY help if I knew how many rows there are in a table without having to manually count them (TIRESOME!!).
Also, is there a way to see how many rows I have selected at any one time? It would be SO WONDERFUL if the info box could also provide this information.

Oh boy I AM going to kick myself! Why only NOW that I wrote this question did I suddenly notice that the Table palette shows the number of rows and columns? lol.

You need not select whole rows, just one or a couple of cells.
Then run the script.
An alert message is telling you how many rows belong to the cell range you have selected and:
which rows of the table are selected…
A typical message would be:
6 row(s) selected.
3 to 8 out of 20 of current table.
The script does some basic checks of the selection.
If no cell or table is selected, it will just do nothing…

Correct, but you may need to install some software on each computer that you want to be able to monitor in the household. OpenDNS will walk you through the setup.
If you want to go back in time, there are also professional applications (read very expensive) that will reveal the browsing history of a given computer.....even if the browsing history has been erased by the user.
You will have to have physical access to the computer to use these applications. Post back if you need a few names.

Is there an easier way to see all my texts from one friend? The harder way is just clicking "see more messages" over and over again on the iPhone.

If a password is filled then that can only be done if the password is saved in the password manager.<br />

Where are the daily released apps? The new page has them all mixed up. Is there any way to see only what has been released each day like it was before?

Since updating to ios6, the page with the newly released apps is gone, and replaced with something that has them all mixed together. Is there any way to search for apps released each day? I don't like the new setup, where it is categorized and you have to go through everything listed.

500 video files imported in fcpx
800 clips extracted from these obviously on the timeline and joined/compounded according to their content in say 15 layers according to 15 instruments used ,so now just to see the entire usable footage ....
now one 7 minute song sequence has to be made where bits would be simultaneously taken from these 15 layers as all instruments are playing simultaneously
these shots are not more than 2 secs each according to the beat........
when I try to work with these 15 layers as well as the Final primary layer that I'm making in the same timeline my fcpx becomes slow
but when I drag individual layer to individual timelines it is fine so that is the only option
but now for every 2 second bit I have to go back to the 15 layered timeline and find one single suitable shot
So I was wondering is there a way to be able to see these layers and clips on the timeline in the browser in a systematic fashion like the way we get with keywords ?
and keywords can only be used in the imported clips already in the browser ,and not after we drag it on the timeline.....
Till now I think exporting and importing back is the only option ...but is there another work around ?

Call search space and partitions - is there a easy way to view

You can try the following. Using Bulk Administration, Export CSS data, you will get a tar file. Save that tar file in csv format. It will show the CSS names along with the list of partitions assigned to each CSS ( example output from my lab )

I am trying to convert a .fla file to an .flv file, is there an easy way to achieve this.

I made several movies using symbols and motion twens and now wish to save these as an flv to play in a web browser.
Could someone please respond with an easy solution as I am just learning about this.

No worries, that is very simple to do.
Just click on File--> Save As and select your "File Type" and select as "Flv."

You can't merge accounts or transfer iTunes purchases from one Apple ID to another: but there is no problem about using two IDs.
Use your ex-MobileMe email address (which is also an Apple ID) for iCloud for syncing email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and PhotoStream.
Use your other Apple ID as before for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match.
There's no conflict about doing this, and you won't even notice as Keychain will log you in with the correct ID in each case. It's also better security not to have your iTunes login also your email address, given the number of complaints about hacked iTunes accounts.
